I guess we always need to know the whole story now. Of course it was a US user that shouldn't be playing here throwing up the most dirt. Cloudbet is very liquid. My trust returns to this book.
It depends upon us on how we evaluate what happen, we can always gamble because cloudbet would always welcome us. US players are having some kind of trouble when they gamble, I'm glad I'm not from US. Cloudbet just addressed their biggest scam accusation, now they deserve our trust, but like I said, that depends on how we evaluate things. There's still a lot of gambling sites to play, it's not the only one.

They addressed ? It means they have paid out all 330 bitcoins ? From where you got this update, I just want to check and verify for my self-satisfactions. If your time permits, kindly share that link. Even there are lots of alternatives are available, I wished cloudbet to stay as it is my favorite one and now I am hearing that they are clearing their biggest scam accusation, it makes me push more toward sticking within them among other houses.

That's the comment from OP of this thread, Cloudbet not responding for my 330 BTC withdrawal You can also tell by looking at the cloudbet profile - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=154563 , red trusts are gone.

I respect what you did for the gambler and managed to bring the truth to the matter but it still doesn't really cover cloudbets mistakes at all. Maybe the gambler lied and used a non-USA account to join and got the help from someone else as well but shouldn't that cloudbets responsibility to vet these out ?
Let's assume someone found a way to play there even from USA and managed to bet 150 btc to win 330, cloudbets responsibility should be to stop them, not take their money and not pay them. Of course in the end cloudbet paid but I wonder how much of it was because there was a whole thing going on in here about how "cloudbet is scam", would they still paid him if this didn't become a huge deal ? They realized paying 330 btc and going back to being legit was more important than being labeled scam so maybe that is why they paid him ?
All I am saying is gamblers can do wrong things, we know that, and gambler was wrong in this case too, nobody debates that but we can't clear cloudbet 100% from this, they need to own up to at least a bit of the issue themselves.

is there any plan to add any kind of loyalty vip program to your site ? I don't know why you still don't have one since almost all the other bookies have some kind of rewards for their bettors the first deposit bonus is really great but it's a one time thing and not enough IMO as a promotion

I read the thread and was shocked by this story with 330 btc and I can only say: Good job Cloudbet and also congratulations Swofty. My trust returns to this Casino too I think they only paid him what he deposited even though the player said they paid him the full amount including his winnings. Which was I started to doubt after seeing their last login message saying they were untruthful with claiming who they were and having someone else posing as them so to claim the winnings. I believe they came to an agreement with saying they paid him including winnings so for him to get his deposits refunded to him. Thats all of the BTC129 Because even on askgamblers he posted the same message with no tx id or anything else including no response from cloudbet about the case after that.

Cloudbet is by far the SLOWEST bitcoin book with regard to grading of wagers AND payouts.
Most of my bets are less than 0.05btc and my payouts are NEVER instant, always "in process" for longer than 24 hours which is totally unacceptable.
I will no longer support Cloudbet and not recommend them until they get this sorted out.

Will they manually grade it when you ask for it in support? I usually send them a message to have them manually grade it.

Shouldn't be necessary but even if they grade it quickly the withdrawal still takes over 24 hours. The only reason I decided to play at Cloudbet was because of their advertised "instant" withdrawals, I mean come on the whole point of betting in btc is for fast payouts. If I want to wait days for a payout I'll play at 5Dimes instead. Cloudbet is not processing my payouts instantly, far from it.

I can only say your guess are baseless and should be ignore.

From what I have seen from the user and how it was resolved. With swofty saying he was lying about his identity so he would be able to withdraw his winning because of attempting to evade his accounts ban on their platform makes them untruthful to begin with. So if you want to believe in a proven liar on here then go right ahead. That is your prerogative. I would go see what was written on askgamblers and see what more was said by this user and cloudbet not saying they did do the complete payout not just refund of their deposits is proof enough for some. They do not want to confirm or deny how much was paid out to swofty.

-snip- I read all their conversation on ask gamblers but just because cloudbet didn't say they pay the total deposit coin with all the winning doesn't mean they don't pay all the 330btc, I don't see Swofty saying he lied about is identity and I will be happy if you can provide me the link to Swofty lying statement about his identity.
Sure. Here it is on this thread he posted before receiving his payout from them. I was thinking he needed to make a public statement under these conditions before they did. Hello everyone,
Ronnie is correct in what he is saying, the delay is entirely my fault. I am from the USA and I didn't even worry about my location or withdrawing bitcoin until I got an email from them asking for my ID and things like that.
At that point, I got very scared. I went from really excited about my winnings to very, very scared I wouldn't get any. I have a good online friend in the Phillipines and I asked for help. I had him give his documents and ID that said the account was from the Phillipines. This was a mistake. As of right now, I have sent cloudbet my real credentials (ID, etc) to cloudbet and they know who I am. I want everyone, including cloudbet, to know that nothing I did was meant to manipulate or mislead cloudbet in anyway. All my wagers were made in good faith and I won them fair and square.
I should have been upfront about my situation from the start and this situation would have gone much more smoothly. I can also say that even though a resolution to this issue has not been come up with yet Ronnie is correct in saying we have recently been in touch and we are making progress on coming up with a solution. I have to say I am thankful for cloudbet being reasonable about my situation especially considering my misleading them about my location. I am very, very hopeful we will come to a conclusion soon. I will keep everybody here updated when this is all over.
Thanks for listening.
Swofty

Sent a withdraw request for 0.029 BTC .. Its been almost 24 hours now.
Their support is full of lies. I spent 4 hours talking to one person named Molly who promised it will be within an hour every time. Today talked to a person named Lily and same story.
Now finally they have disabled LIVE CHAT on my profile. Tried to contact them on twitter, still not much useful
What a terrible experience. Needed this money urgently
