I am not using Cloudbet a lot lately but in the past while there were other "problems" with their service, I have never had any problem withdrawing funds. Havent you contacted their support to ask whats going on?!?!

i contacted the live support after 4 days of my withdrawal, 3 times... every day. everytime the same reply, they don´t know the reason why it takes so long. they gonna contact the payment team and inform me via email. i´m getting actually tired of that. i had till this withdrawal also good experience with cloudbet, get all my withdrawals always fast...but this is getting anooying, and i don´t know what is the reason for this delay. |

Something is going on with cloudbet right now, i can vouch they Were good 3 years ago but in 2019 they have gone downhill.They basically stole 900 from me

After doing so, the withdrawal now is pending, stating it has to be manually approved which can take up to 24 hours? Not what you expect from a good bookie...

i can´t say how it was before as i´m using cloudbet active now for 1-2 month....but the procedure was confirmation via email and then wait up to 24 hours. was easy to go as i received always my withdrawal but NOW, waiting 8 days....things changed. |

Sad to see how one of the most popular gambling site is loosing its community.
Something need to be done to cheer-up the community.
Well, its just no surprise when you miss out as a customer on so many different points - I mean, we are talking about basic stuff here and I have provided the feedback several times. You cant just let your customers wait so long for a standard withdrawal when other sites are processing instantly - you just cant and if you do, you will loose customers. |

and what happen at the end? you just give up on it and never received your withdrawal? |

Right now I think people should stay away from Cloudbet they are being very shady, they told me a bet I clearly won was put up in error, bet if I would of loss there would be no error.

and what happen at the end? you just give up on it and never received your withdrawal? yes i did get it, to add on, i have heard from multiple friends about random bets not being settled for no reason for hours and support doing nothing. cloudbet is in shambles and i would not be surprised if they closed shop |

Okay... now things are getting interesting. A few hours ago I wrote that for the first time my cloudbet withdrawal didnt go through instantly and that it would have to be approved manually. After confirming the withdrawal request via email, the status in the wallet transactions history switched to pending and the text said what I just wrote - in addition there was a button to cancel the withdrawal and I cancelled.
I placed some more bets and 30 minutes ago requested a withdrawal once again. I confirmed my withdrawal request via email and the status in the transactions history switched - this time though its different and its saying "processing" with no option to cancel or anything like that. I thought I would ask the live support who were not able to say anything helpful but only that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends bla bla (the support person was not able to write proper English by the way).
I am not sure what is going on but I will definitely stay away from Cloudbet for a while...

I can't imagine how i would feel if i was in your shoes because for me whenever i make a withdraw, i expect it to be processed within a few minutes for altcoins and just a couple of hours for BTC. The Cloudbet should do something as soon as possible otherwise this is not good at all with the complaints i have seen from various members lately. I should probably keep away until things get back to normal. |

If Bitcoin is urgently needed then its should be stored in your wallet and not on someone else's resource. You don't have to rush things and write bad reviews ahead of time. |

There's a lot of sportsbook to choose from, actually the signature you are wearing is a good sportsbook as they do process withdrawals instantly and they don't even have any charge of the amount. I am just wondering why you are playing Cloudbet when the site you promote has what you are looking for in terms of withdrawals processing speed. |
