All good with the new download of the blockchain, except for the fact that it only connects to one node (out of the 2 IPs) and the transfers to Cryptsy are still not showing up... I just transferred 5000 as a test an nowhere to be found... Any suggestions or do yo know if there is (yet again) a problem with Cryptsy?
Thanks

Hmm I'm as far as 274715 with the client using those 2 ips. It's stalled out now.. would anyone that has the correct blockchain synced mind publishing their ip as a node?

I was gonna suggest following the part of the guide i wrote that says go check your txid on the explorer... but it seems it is down at the moment... This appears to be getting the right fork now by using the regular conf w/ no nodes added ...

Can someone please post some nodes synced with cryptsy? I'm trying to connect to nodes 166.78.44.41 and 66.41.129.114, but one of them seems down (The one of the explorer I think), and the other doesn't send me anything.

I think the cryptsy chain is back to being the dominant one .. remove all the nodes in the .conf and delete peers.dat and let 'er rip ..

I think the cryptsy chain is back to being the dominant one .. remove all the nodes in the .conf and delete peers.dat and let 'er rip .. I'm having troubles syncing my wallet. I sent all my CENT from cryptsy to my local wallet, but it didn't receive anything. I tried using an older version of the wallet and re-downloading the whole blockchain but it didn't work. I even tried to delete the wallet.dat file, re-downloading the blockchain and then importing the private key, but it didn't work. I really don't know what's going on. Maybe connecting to some nodes synced with Cryptsy will solve this.

I tried sending 1.5B pennies to my cryptsy wallet and my pennies client crashed, next time I tried opening it it said error reading wallet.dat some transactions may be missing or something similar I can't remember exactly. I deleted all the blocks tried resyncing but my pennies have disappeared no transactions are showing in my register, where have my pennies gone?

The problems have you got the most, that is why the price does not rise, because we have no DEV able to fix the problemnas with wallets.

The problems have you got the most, that is why the price does not rise, because we have no DEV able to fix the problemnas with wallets. It's not a matter of development, is also about the user... If you have done a clean start re-downloading the blockchain, after it's done you should run in the command line a "repairwallet" command to ensure integrity of the coins. If they made it to the blockchain at one point or another, your coins will come back. They are never lost...

I re-downloaded the blockchain 3 times now. I tried deleting the wallet and importing the private key, I tried running the "repairwallet" command, I tried deleting the peers.dat and the pennies.conf files and re-creating pennies.conf using just the cryptsy's IP. All without success.

I wish that I were able to help people with these problems. We need a definitive word, preferably from The_Catman or someone associated, to explain it all and show us all how to get on the proper blockchain. Many people are losing coins, I don't send any for fear of losing them and it seems that everyone is running on different blockchains. I just changed my config per someone's suggestion and now the blockchain site is down. Do we need a special config file or not? What should be in it? What is the proper blockchain and how do we get everyone on the same one? Is there anyone associated with the DEV who could help? I do have some good news. As you may know, a problem about the massively rising size of the moneysupply (about 1 trillion a week or less) was discussed on the 29th Something changed on the 30th and the rise in the moneysupply has fallen 1000x. I wanted to wait until we got through a complete stake cycle for the final numbers but here's what we have so far... At this rate, there will be One Trillion created every 12 years. Could this be?
