Hi Guys, I know it has been dicussed, but I still have a problem getting infos via AJAX from blockchain.info I´m calling ' https://blockchain.info/en/stats?format=json' via AJAX and I´m getting a response, unfortunatly the data is empty. It works in Internet Explorer when I call the script from a local file. When I load it from the server http://localhost/script.html it does not work. Firefox does not give me data at all, except the response header. I know there is are issues with the Origin header, but I cant´t figure out how to solve it. If anybody can, please help me , it´s driving me mad...

hey just would quickly like to give a feature suggestion to minimize your overhead.
Currently with the SMSauth I get a text as soon as I open the wallet page, or reload it or if it was in my last browser open tabs. It would be better to have a button -'send code' or have it send when the authbox is focused on. Hope it helps. Love you're service.
also if funding is (or isn't )! Possibly consider a sponsors tab button (in the Home Charts Stats Markets Developers Wallet area or footer.) for BTC related services willing to direct some funding towards your efforts. It'd help consolidate the btc-connomy by bringing these services closer to the public eye. Of course you're the final say on who's an acceptable candidate and who isn't.
xoxo

Definitly a scam site.blockchain.mobi: Created On:11-Sep-2013 01:27:16 UTC URL root page shows the Apache Test Page. Only the wallet part is implemented (for password phishing).

Ouch! Are you saying that there is a cross-site scripting bug on blockchain.info, and that somebody is using it to redirect us users to blockchain.mobi? That would be very bad indeed. I have not tried to check this myself, I do not trust that I would necessarily detect the problem, and don't want to lose my coins.

For transaction summary (when clicking on a transaction in My Wallet)
The "Value at time of transaction" is still using the mtgox feed instead of bitstamp.
This make it look like the $ amount I received dropped by 10% which scared me for a second.

A friend hit the same scam, but hit the .mobi site through a "well"-placed Google Ad when searching for blockchain, I believe. Always go straight to the proper URL. Bookmarks and web extensions help. As does 2FA.

I have a feature request. Well, it's more like a slight modification.
I noticed on the statistics page (and for the statistics returned by the API) most numbers are given as an average over the last 24 hours.
This is fine for most stats but it makes no sense for difficulty. People want to see when the difficulty changes and what the new difficulty is. The difficulty averaged over the last 24 hours is meaningless as it's an instantaneous change. Can this be change, or at least add a "current difficulty" that is accurate. The way it is now is very confusing and misleading for people.

It's always exciting to try to login to My Wallet with GA 2-factor authentication. Half of the times I manage to log in on 3rd attempt, some times after restarting the app on iPhone. Some times I get in from 1st attempt. And other times, like now, my account gets locked for 4 hours after 5 failed attempts.
Looks like the GA has serious time drift problems.
(At least I have access to my Wallet through the iPhone app, though it lacks custom send option for selecting sending and change addresses.)

Use Authy... it is MUCH better than GA: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/authy/id494168017?mt=8 Also if you have a Mac and Bluetooth 4.0 you can get their companion desktop app that will pair with your phone and mage the TFA much easier to use in all.

I had this problem many times. I emailed piuk and reported here... but no response so far. Several other users reported the same problem. What might help: 1. check server time http://blockchain.info/time2. adjust phone time to match server time 3. try your luck : ) I do this in case i get error for the first two attempts. It works just fine for me.

The RPC API is often offline, forcing me to manually perform transactions using the web wallet. Connections to rpc.blockchain.info just time out. And when the RPC API is online, there's a rounding error in the returned balance. Both issues have already been reported on GitHub.

If I want to sell digital downloads on my Wordpress blog how do I do that using the Blockchain wallet? I don't want to use a third party service like Biypay I want to do it all myself. Basically I need it to where when someone clicks buy now it sends the Bitcoins to my wallet and once the amount is confirmed they will either get an email link or it download now link on my web site

Here is a feature that I think would be awesome:
What: First, a little background: From the standard web page at Blockchain.info one can search an address and view the balance and payment status. The QR code is also displayed and a "request payment" button is available. Problem: you can only enter a bitcoin amount. Can you please add the option to enter a currency amount?
Why: Scenario: Let's say I have a restaurant and I would like my servers to have my bitcoin address (via the Blockchain.info URL described above) bookmarked on their smart phone. When a customer offers to pay in bitcoin the server simply pulls out her smart phone, opens the bookmarked page and clicks on "request payment". She enters the total amount of the bill and tip and generates the QR code. She then hands it to the customer and the payment is completed. She can verify the payment by seeing the transaction right there on her phone and the deal is done.
Another Reason: I don't want my servers accessing my wallet just to generate payment requests and I may not want to use the BitPay or Coinbase solutions. I might prefer to have my own wallet and then I simply provide a payment address via a simple bookmark for my servers using Blockchain.info.
All bitcoin transactions are treated as "cash transactions" at the register and balanced with the tickets at the end of the day.
Additional Benefits: This same feature would benefit everyone who wants a quick and easy way to receive payments without performing exchange calculations and without having to open or keep a wallet on their phone.
Thanks for considering, Trader Steve

Me too. Access came from a Tor exit node and was obviously scripted (User Agent: Python-urllib/2.7 )...

Same here. I am lucky to have static IPs so I have my wallet locked down and moved my coin out of my mobile wallet just in case.
