Did you ever back up the wallets keys at any point? You will need to root your phone if you havent already. Then look for the following folders. /data/data/de.schildbach.wallet.digibyte/ and copy key-backup-base58 onto the pc or somewhere it can be opened like a text file. It should list all your private keys. Hmm, in order to root I need to unlock first. This will wipe the phone... I did not make a backup from the wallet keys oops. how many coin in that wallet? A little bit over a million... IF withdrawal from mintpal was successful With the Nexus Toolkit I was able to make a backup that includes system apps+data and shared data. However I didnt proceed with the unlocking process just yet. As the tool give me a warning about backing up this data. So I'm a little reluctant to go on Probably best to 'hang fire' there, I'm not sure what would be the safest way to proceed from here but it would be nice to see the community come together on this and see if we can get them digibyte back in TriLiXi's control. I appreciate the gesture. However I went through with rooting yesterday, but I kinda screwed up with the backup. I assumed it would backup all apps + data, but sadly it did not. So after I rooted, I restored my backup and it was bye bye coins... Ow thats sad,Sorry to hear this. Well drop your address / QR code and let's see what the community can do for you

Hi i'm just wondering if someone could help me. Until now i've been keeping my digicoins on bittrex, but now i'm getting a little aggitated because i have a lot of digi's stored on there. I generated a digibyte address and private key on dgbaddress.org. So now I have the private key, how would i import that into digibit or another wallet? Digibit needs to import a .key file. I tried to make one with the same layout as a bitcoin wallet.key file but it doesnt work. Also does anyone know a website where you can check a digibyte address balance? Like bitref for bitcoin?
We suggest not to use dgbaddress.org,We have not tested it to work 100%. Please download a wallet that fits your requirements on http://digibyte.co/content/choose-your-digibyte-walletWhen you have downloaded the wallet it first needs to sync with the network and after that you can see and use the Digibyte address. You can now send your Digibytes from Bittrex to your wallet. Please make sure you back-up your wallet at all times. You can look for your Digibyte address at http://digiexplorer.info/If you need any further help please let us know.

Open source is very appealing. No more wondering how long til the service goes under or the owner splits with the coins

I think the DGB richlist on http://www.richlist.eu/digibyte is missing some data. As far as I can see I should be within the TOP 20 but I can't see my wallet in the whole list. My amount of DGB's hasn't changed for several weeks now so I think the richlist isn't complete.

It is based on the transactions made to a specific address. So probably your coins are at the same address but they have been transferred there with different addresses. Check this first. But I think you still might be right. That richlist is probably based on the total inputs or sth... I just checked mine, it has shown a huge amount, but actually it does not have that much in the same wallet for already a month, since I moved my coins out exchange. Sure, something is weird with that.

so close to 1000 Is there a campaign planed for the 1000th page? Should we start a give away for the first 1000 people with 1000 DGB? I would give some DGB to the community! Or we start tipping 1000 DGB with the DigiTip I say we move to the Digibyte Forum! (^0^)/

Or we start tipping 1000 DGB with the DigiTip I say we move to the Digibyte Forum! (^0^)/ hm, I am not sure if this is the best way. I personally like it to have everything in one forum so I really safe a lot of time while looking at my altcoins. And I don't want to make another password Also like others said before newcomers see the huge traffic in here and if we move to the digybte forum probably all the traffic is lost. I saw this in the Vertcoin thread. They wanted to move over to their own thread and now nowhere is traffic. Of course, Vertcoin is almost "dead" and DGB rising for day to day but the forum should not be outsourced I think. this thread is fine to help promotion but discussions get lost very quickly. I have to say it kinda sucks trolling through page after page to look for previously given advice when issues arise etc. I would like to see more important discussions being moved over there so that topics don't get lost so easily. So saying, I'm quite sure this thread will never be abandoned.
