I only got 11.62 UTC in 19 hours on leetpools with 173 hashrate 5% reject 0 HW. I should get a minimum of 23 per day if the difficulty is 7.65. So I should get more than 23 because diff is flactuating between 5 to 7.

Your friend found a block for THE POOL, that block was then shared with EVERYONE mining, not just him, it is how you get a little bit out of each block found.
The "Finder" section just lets you know how many you have found in helping the pool out.

you can sometimes get 50 coin rewards but its not constantly going to happen. ive seen it a few times with nitro tho.

i get much better returns from http://utc.greekpool.eu/ than from leetpools but im in europe so that might make a difference.

omg are you reading answers to your post? Getting 50 for block is really rare. Happened to me 2 times from like 30 blocks i found.

After a few days of mining at Ultra.nitro, I had earned 450 UTC from pool mining , but had found 12 blocks, equaling 600 UTC, so I decided to solo mine for a bit ( this was before the last N-factor change) I did alright for around a week, getting roughly 150 UTC per day from finding my own blocks, but once the new change came in I gave up, as I didn't find a thing in over a day mining.
Ultra.nitro has the lions share of miners working on it, that 50 UTC block you found has to be shared by a LOT of people, if you happen to be the only one to submit a share for a block then yeah, you'll get the 50 (minus pool fees of course) but that is pretty rare.

I think I got a reward of 50 utc Yesterday on Nitro, because I mined 140 utc in 15 hours, while I should have gotten 70ish according to stats.

Thats just the block reward that is 50 you dont always get the 50 only if you had all the shares

See next to my worker it says 21 blocks an 1050 coins generated. Those coins were shared with other people who had shares on those blocks

Leet is in problems, finding/cracking blocks luck for 24hr is on 153% few hours ago stats for last hour was over 200% or so that's the reason for half coins, also they have 19% orphans for last 24 hr. Other pools I was checking are something better for last 24hr but all are between 110% and 140%.

YADA, that is indeed correct. We believe it has to do with the crazy inflow of new miners. Nitro had more than 50% of the hash which impacted other pools ability to confirm (Hence higher orphan rate). Nitro was gracious enough to help spread the hashes to other pools, and it has fixed that issue. We are currently under 100% @ 91% (at the time of writing) all confirmed.

I would like to personally thank Stuhlman and Biodragon for their help on the forum and in IRC. Without their diligence the hash would not have spread.

i have allreadu talked that he is steeling..always had 40-50% less on leetpool

I don't think anyone want your coins, it's matter of luck as I wrote few posts above. Yes, sure Leet is in some kind of problems but accusing someone for steeling is let say ruth. For me Leet was ok for few weeks, but last few days definetly no. So please check pool stats before you decide where you would like to mine.

You seem somewhat green in this field, so maybe another explanation is necessary: On average I get less than 1/10th of the blocks I find exclusively for me. The rest is shared accross the pool. I agree, this is exilirating to get one full block in 2 shares for oneself, trully excellent. But this does not happen all the time. (I have gotten quite a few blocks for my own personal use lately and that was only so excellent)

Sharing is not bad, because this is what you get when you can't find a block, so better than nothing, and in principle the real pool effect: instead of having 100% of the guys struggling to find blocks they would mine leading to some considerable idle time or orphaned blocks, they share them accross themselves and it's all for the better.

Now go have a look at your transactions list and try to find out how many shares did you get back from your beloved block. That might solve your question.
