What is the standard wait time for RMA items? I have returned 2 broken control boards **snip**
So... I am not posting to whinge - but as a warning to others. If you are sending
anything back to Bitmain - be sure to send it tracked and registered.
I went for the 'quicker option' and sent it via 'regular post'. Not recommended.
So, now I have an Ant that cost me 1.45 BTC, it only mined for 16 hours and then the controller failed. It had a solid green LED on the network port. A quick 'two-way-swap' confirmed the controller was faulty. So I posted it back on the 19th Feb. I have emailed and PM'd both Bitmain and Sushi, till I am blue in the face. Bitmain just keeps replying with the same message.

I have ordered a couple of more times from them since , and requested that they include the replacement controller - to no avail....
C'mon bitmain, get it together
Your delivery times and zero BS approach are exemplary, we should be so lucky that other companies were half as good. You just need to tighten up a little on your after-sales customer service. Keep up the good work - and purleeze - check your PM's and email and sort me out....
