One of my 6 ants is hashing with one blade only.

So its 90 ghash instead of 180.

I reconnected all the connectors and I know that the  PSU and eveything is fine.

Is there any other Idea what could be wrong? OR am I just having bad luck and that one is broken?

Yes.  They got to the one I ordered on the 18th earlier today.  They WILL catch up.  Bitmain are great ppl, and they will get to your order.

ive set up to eligius, [i think] with my btc addr as worker..
so far so good.

I haven't received ANY updates on the status of my order. All I am greeted with is "Unpaid" & "Expired"

I have emailed Bitmain explaining my situation, I included my order ID. I have also PM'd them (Here on the forums)
I haven't received any reply whatsoever.

I've ordered two Antminer units in the past, and I've never had an issue.
Have I been scammed?

Swap the controller and fan to the 2nd blade and use its sensor instead.

TO ALL THOSE WORRIED ABOUT ORDER STATUS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

From my past experience with Bitmain and what I've also read on here in the last few months, you will most likely receive your miner before the website is updated. Bitmain will concentrate more on getting the orders confirmed and shipped, than updating the website and emailing out tracking numbers. If you can sign up for MyUPS (I think US only) you might see a delivery on it's way to your address.
