In the past few days, the blockchain.info API stopped working and we cannot confirm all the transaction until yesterday. We had to manually confirm some of the orders, but the man hands' speed could not be compared with computer, so lots of order were delayed in shipping. We feel sorry for what happened, and we are deploying the second payment API, and our private payment service is planning.
We will adjust the price of the S1, and starts to sell Batch 3 of S2. All the orders which is influenced by above accident will get coupons.

Let me get you a nice email from Bitmain tomorrow once they are back to work  I love shoving trolls down the shitter The latest update from Bitmain is everything back up and running 48 hours Can anyone get this kid a dummy ^^ i thought u had it already? oh, so you lied than and I caught you. I think I just showed others what kind of person you are. ..i am reseller for EU and uk....-apparently bitmain give you reseller bage. ...sale of miners going great...-no sight of thread for selling anything. ...im official support for bitmain...-bitmain denied that, and you posted proof. ...pallets are waiting to be loaded on plain... ...I have second forum account because I have no logins at work for old one... yeah right. time to wake up and finish dream. Bitmain has settled this, now shut up and stop trolling  that's proves nothing. I will wait for answer from them for my specific questions. once will get them than will see if it's anything settle or not. again bitmain didn't confirm you as reseller,that you and this silly site as official support or any of what you trying calling yourselve. |

I suggest to run your own bitcoin node, compared to an api is much more reliable and secure Will the next price drop on S1 be massive (0,7-0,8) or you are planning to do little drops every day, like a week ago? |

The simple story is this. The Blockchain.info API (the "API") has been providing a unique address for each order. This address is provided and controlled API. Usually the API transfers the Bitcoin received immediately to the address controlled by us, TxID of which will be provided by the API. During the last few days, all the Bitcoin received by the API were hold there but not transferred to us. As the customers has paid the money as our instruction, so whatever happens we Bitmain should take all the risk. But this just make the confirmation work more slow. So please be relax if you have actually paid the orders. Some of the orders influenced have been shipped out yesterday, and the rest of it will be shipped out today.

any additional info how flexible hash rate would be on s2 units? with s1 we know how much I can push them. This info would help a lot in decision to buy it or to wait. |

Bitmain has already dropped the price for today see website D'Oh! Should have waited 12 hours and i wouldn't have gotten held up in the payment confirmation saga and got it cheaper... ohh well, i hope i get a decent coupon to compensate |

Exact same problem with me and a payment of 0.988 except mine was shared sent... it's snail mailin it's way down the line to a new address in what seems like every 4hrs. Here's a copy of the email and PM I sent since neither seem to be getting read. Below is a copy of an email I sent last night about a problem with my order. I have a slight update to this after talking to the Blockchain people, it looks like it will get to the orders payment address like it's supposed to. It's just taking it's time and I hope the order can still be shipped to the specified address on the order page... Ty. We are still fixing a few issues with the API. The funds are not lost. Not really when you consider they are going flat out to get the miners out the door and fix up every payment from the third party mess a few days ago. You can forgive them a couple of "forgotten" things. |

Has anyone who ordered on 19th March received a tracking code yet? I'm just concerned as its an order that I need to pay customs duty in advance on, and I understand it could have been posted out already. I'm not sure whether I can pay customs duty in advance without having the tracking code.
