Been waiting for a level 2 verification whole week.
Got no answer from support. I need to withdraw an important sum of money.
You guys are being negligent. I thought I could trust Poloniex. But I can't.
HELP ASAP
Yep me too going on 3rd week trying to get to lvl 2 verification, used ticket system as soon as i sent the ticket in got a response back, nothing like a bot response..  Icon |

I must agree for this, I found some difficulties wandering around their site, checking on this and that coins, because it kept giving me errors. |

I must agree for this, I found some difficulties wandering around their site, checking on this and that coins, because it kept giving me errors. I read on some sites there are people who had withdrawals 3-4h ago and nothing came so far, not looking good at all |

As for adding new coins, we don't want to jump into that too fast. Soon, though.
Poloniex... my bitcoin stuck on "withdrawal awaiting approval" already 9days, and no one reply the ticket, pleaseeeeee!! 11bitcoin and seems there is no end, all the altcoins and bitcoin already went far away  whats going on, currently i have 100btc in polo, this is not the 1st withdrawal, and seems often stuck, i don't think this is coincidence what's going on?  http://prntscr.com/f5cn30http://prntscr.com/f5cn94 |

They had some server issues in the last day or two, but 9 days of wait with no response is just alarming. What's your verification level, is it possible that you went over the daily limit? Have you tried to catch any of the mods on chat (trollbox)? I'm having trouble getting a reply from support as well. Ticket has been open for close to four days now, with no response.
Are you having issues with withdrawal as well? |

Honestly, this server lagging issue which isnt accepted for an exchange not to mention a connection error on top of it. |

Are you having issues with withdrawal as well? No, my issues are of another sort. I tried reaching out in the trollbox, but the mods there do not have any influence on support tickets. The trollbox seems to be full of users complaining about withdrawals, but who's to say if they're all legit? |

I had some issues with withdrawing last week, had withdrawal outstanding for 4 days - had to post on the trollbox to a moderator and they sorted it pretty quickly after that...

Polo have been losing a lot of credibility over the last months, with outages, sporadic delisting and withdrawal issues, I hope they can redeem themselves somehow |
