lack of support is mindnumbing for past couple months, not noticed any support movement after their announcement either, tickets already hanging for several weeks without any responses ... nice way to get their overcrowded issue solved /sarcasm off

I've had a BTC withdrawal stuck on "Awaiting Approval" for over 5 days now, with no answer to my ticket for over 4 days. Getting very fed up of their non existent service.
Poloniex has serious capacity issues. It doesn't seem like the money they're raking in, isn't going back toward infrastructure.

Tried to withdraw factom on poloniex to my bittrex today. Withdrawal said it was completed but never turned up in bittrex. Now I've had to do support ticket. Sounds like this will probably take an age to get sorted. Huh

Anyone have any idea how long its supposed to take to get an enhanced verification request approved? It's been about 5 days now I think. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard anything with regard to the ticket or the original request.
it's over a month for me and nothings happened. Dont expect anything to happen soon!

Hello, I have a question about lending. What is the exact formula/algorithm used to compute the fees ? I'm wondering about the compounding in particular.

If I lend a 1BTC sum at 0,1% for 10 days, will I get back 1*1,001^10, or 1*(1,001*10) ? Actually the result of either of these, less 15% for Poloniex.

The difference is not gigantic but it exists.

I made the calculation and the answer is 1*(1,001*10). So no compounding.

Please answer my ticket, I have 3500 PASC that is showing withdrawn with a block hash but is NOT on the official blockchain nor showing in my wallet

I am not the only user with this PASC issue

It appears their PASC wallet (one of them) had this issue, been 8 days now.

It took about 5 weeks for me to get to level 2 at Polo.
During that time I lost a substantial amount, because all of a sudden my limit lowered to 2500$, and I could not withdraw. There was no USDT at that time.
All over a very bad experience ;-(

But since I'm level 2, everything runs smooth and very fast, except of the lags we get sometimes.

Another thing, Polo is bloody greedy, they take as much as they can and a bit more. That makes Polo a very profitable money machine.
Something higly precious !
That makes me sure, the guys will protect it as good as they can, so we should not get another Cryptsy or Mintpal or ...

Yes I think Poloniex is making way too much money on everything that they have a lot to lose here.
They have a huge influx of users and are in the process of hiring people (according to their previous announcement) and it takes time to hire staff + train them.
If you guys know anything about corporate recruiting, it takes like 3-9 months to hire and train the worker. Sure there are some tricks you can do it faster (basically offering 20-30 % more salary to a skilled worker in some other company - but also that person need some sort of training).

I lost access to my account.
Created a ticket in those support, and they do not answer for very long!

As a result, my money was stuck and I can not trade.  Cry

I hope the administration of the exchange is here and will see this message.

The number of my ticket is 235890.

I have to say, since yesterday, Polo has been great for me at least. API access is much better, almost as good as BTC-E from various locations, and I've never had issues with withdrawals...

(Although I hope you guys know, the withdrawal method does not really work...)  Cheesy

I suspect the lag you talked about was the "forever buffering" image when you do an order or a blank page (with only polo's header) when the page should show a list of coin or a detailed info of certain coin (their graph, current sell-buy order, the market, etc). It happened to everyone regardless their level, I think. That was what being talked here between the unconfirmed transactions

What are you using as crypto to withdraw ? I've only withdrawn a couple of times in BTC and it was fast and cheap, nothing to complain about.

Please answer my ticket, I have 3500 PASC that is showing withdrawn with a block hash but is NOT on the official blockchain nor showing in my wallet

I am not the only user with this PASC issue

It appears their PASC wallet (one of them) had this issue, been 8 days now.

Still no response on my missing ~$3500 worth of Pasc.

Quote
hi, i saw the owner started this thread, i hope hell see this, i sent bitcoin saturday early morning to buy ether at 280 like you will see with my other transactions ;i moved everything in ether as you will see. At that point bitcoin was 2800 , you see below the transaction details :

Complete    BTC   1.83067190
2017-06-10 05:37:20
Address: 1HntVi6fRpF8e6o6ghctdurEvVpZAe7Lbg
Txid: 8ed0a0fec6dc1c917d6e76d4ff67518132f060e09d30538619878f1f581fce32

then one of your bot or manually , those bitcoin were taken from my account to yours as you see below in the link   ; and how i know its yours is easy as you see lots of previous transaction with you its like i did a trade

https://blockchain.info/address/1HntVi6fRpF8e6o6ghctdurEvVpZAe7Lbg

first im living the stress of my life as where the hell is my money
second i sent multiple request to your support which dont answer ;with the money you make you should hire tons off stafff since you know whats coming unless your an idiot
third my losss ow that ether is up 100 usd and bitcoin lost 100 is unberrable and is up into thousands already

please if your the owner and see this message , please put an end to my nightmare and solve this and give me the amount of ether i would have had to this time exchange rate and not today as its ,lets be real , like you guys stole my money

9 days , still no news of poloniex who steal our money, dont ever use this exchange , even for only one transaction

i suggest that everyone start sharing that thread  evrywhere and to evreyone they know ,to all crypto channels , we have stop as many people as possible to get scam by poloniex, i already ranked a video on first page of google for poloniex review 2017 , only have to do the video and upload it, im leaving them a last day, after that im gonna rank videos on all fn keyword related to poloniex , and were talking of days before all video on top of all keywords, so if there is an idiot at poloniex who see this, know that the wave of true publicity  aboput the reality that you steal into customers account will be far more then anything you would expect.   The nightmare you cause to a tons of people will be back at you on a proportion of 1000/1 , all complaint on this thread should be resolved rush at same time .

So everyone please share this and poloniex this is your last warning, you want to steal almost 2 bitcoin from me, no problem but youll loose millions with the wave im starting , nobody want to do business with a company that steal funds from your account when they see fit  !!!!!   I dont know why the news only said there was ddos attack on 2 exchange , i think its about time they know not only they were ddos attack but poloniex a major exchange is stealing your money from your account,  anyone can contact their news channel straight , if everyone that got money stole from their wallet from poloniex contact the news, it should be viral, then it will affect their business in a way that they wont ever steal money from nobody again .

And guys all support i can have ill appreciate !
