The only thing I like about poloniex is the lending thingy. They pay good rate. Better than bitfinex. Otherwise there isn't much. Should I move to bitfinex? What happens to their BCC. If they're not giving it, then they must have some shortage of BTC balance.

Don't hold your breath for it.
If they were to list BCH, people would expect to get their share distributed to them and I don't think Polo is keen to do that.

Well well .. another user having problems with their system...

I wanted to withdraw some few satoshi at least 24hrs before the Bitcoin Cash split.... And what happened? _nothing_ at all...

So .. count me as another victim of their crap...

Proof can be found here support ticket: #351239
and screenshots of the "Awaiting Approval" crap and the support ticket itself over here:

I'm pretty sure Polo just stole all of our BCC/BCH

*Disclaimer*
I have never personally had problem with polo.  Always deposits and withdraws done fast.  BUT the fact they aren't giving us our BCC/BCH is straight shady.  If they aren't giving them to their clients, where are they going?

I dont think they are stealing your Bitcoin cash, because to have bitcoin cash you need to have the underlying bitcoin private keys...somehow I feel as though there might be a problem there...

Yes they have the private keys, so they should credit the BCC.  Otherwise, they own my BCC.  Thats the problem.  I had some I couldn't get out due to their $2,000 USD withdraw limit.

This is one of polo's BTC wallets:

https://blockchain.info/address/12cgpFdJViXbwHbhrA3TuW1EGnL25Zqc3P

This is one of polo's ETH wallets:

https://etherscan.io/address/0x32be343b94f860124dc4fee278fdcbd38c102d88

No, these guys are not insolvent.

They're being shamefully unprofessional in following up with their recent announcements about the BTC hardfork and BCC/BCH sidechain tokens that are rightfully the customers' who hold BTC on the exchange; as well as utterly disgraceful in handling their support requests.

I, for one, am not worried.  A little digging and the dox for the CEO/Founder of Poloniex are on this forum.  And anyone that's been in the crypto game for long enough has seen the same as I have; scammers getting eviscerated and devoured by this community.

Lol I think that everyone that works for Poloniex knows it is in their best interest to get their shit together and start telling us what's going on, STAT.

Great, now post the total customers' balance info, otherwise the above amounts are useless for determining solvency.

Very interesting to see, that they already send a lot of BCC to some people...

I even got told from a friend, that he had his BTC doubled into BCC _on his poloniex wallets_, whilst most users still can not see any sign of BCC on poloniex at all.....

Strange stuff is going on...

Poloniex BCC wallet as per chain-split:

Poloniex is not looking good from last few months. After the removal of trollbox, it seems like everything stopped, looks like they are reducing staff/laying off. It used to be ag ood exchange with new coins added/removed every few days. Now it looks like they are dragging themselves. I removed all of my coins from polo, will sit this one out for the time being.

many exchanges dont have a trollbox.  I dont see it as a big loss.  It just tied up the sites recources with useless shit.  Although it was fun when you were drunk.  There are still many ways to communicate about Polo besides the trollbox, much like we are doing now.  =)

YES. I sent 1322XCP on July 31st, and it hasn't shown yet. I am ticket #351227. Waiting patiently. It doesn't show up in my deposit history, when block explorer clearly shows it has been sent. Very frustrating trying to get in touch with support.

Yes, we can find Poloniex addresses with thousands of bitcoins in them, but the we don't know how much customers have on the site so we can't determine whether or not they are solvent.
