Ethereum Classic Network Hash Rate: 134.04 GH

But it's growing by the minute. Now 137 187 GH. Miners smell blood.

Surely that means that Dr Death cannot now fork it with his 9X GHash ? (Unless that 137 included his hashpower already).

Maybe some answers for you here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1563496.20

edit 1 : looks like you found it already  Smiley
edit 2 : strange to see a pool hashrate exceeding the network hashrate

Yes. For once I actually liked what GMaxwell posted there.

Back to Dash in a moment. But the whole sector must have implications from this - at the bare minimum, thought-wise. As they say in aviation...it's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Check this: https://bitflikz.myshopify.com/blogs/news/ethereum-whales-offer-legal-support-for-dao-hacker-challenging-foundation

Thats the way I saw it as well. The fork should have been named ETH-HF and what is now "ETC" should rightfully be ETH (+ all associated branding).

Does anyone ever get a false readout from dashwhale.org?  It says one of my MNs is offline, and when I check my MN directly, it is on the correct block and says masternode started successfully.  Should I be worried?

Thanks for any help!!!  I'm so nervous!  I already lost over 3 payouts this month!

try to do the following on hot wallet (server) : ./dash-cli masternodelist full | grep -e IPADDRESS
if it says enabled you should have nothing to worry about.

Thank you, in a panic, I was looking at my testnet wallet, and unfortunately, when I checked my mainnet wallet, it was indeed down.  Damn, I don't know how I'm going to pay my bills!  I had to increase my capacity, and so servers are 75% more.  Very bad mistake on my part!  Ugh!

Personally, I think it's insane Smiley

I sincerely don't understand at all, one iota why Dash isn't at least the #2 alt-coin and worth so much more.  But I guess people are just so excitable and digital cash isn't exciting anymore.  For me, it's everything.

We need to be at least above LTC in market cap imo, if the big whales got involved and sparked that initial buying rush...

The price would go up very quickly as well due to less liquidity on the market from Masternodes. Then it would probably fall due to lack of demand...

So they key here is to get as many people as possible using Dash....by having ProtonMail, Jaxx, Mycelium and Lamassu integration thats a big leap forward Smiley

Pffff  Grin
Consider 72 million of coins premined in Ethereum (Classic) and look at that marketcap again.  Roll Eyes

PS. btw I don't understand why coinmarketcap.com doesn't treat ICO coins as "** Significantly Premined" but, oh, well...

ariel ariel ariel, my dear dear little mermaid .. shouldn't you be on secretly ninja-mined Steem like Smooth and Generalize_this
instead of still coming here and posting troll posts like that ?

Lets face it, all your buddies seem to be moving on and your stuck here backing a coin that just doesn't seem to wanna go anywhere.
It must be frustrating as hell to see Dash move forward like this :

Looks like Dash has concluded its selling cycle and will hopefully be catching some upward winds again soon : https://cryptowat.ch/poloniex/dashbtc/4hr

Time to re-take our 6th rank... sorry NEM

Any community members running their MNs on IP6? What are your experiences?

I'm looking into moving my MNs to another datacentre (and beefing them up a bit) and figured I could save a few bucks opting for IP6 if it's working for people. I also want to reduce the amount of times my MNs crash as it seems to be happening every other week now, I can only put this down to performance issues on the current platform... Not so expensive a couple of years ago but at $20 a missed payment lost earnings are starting to rack up!  Cry
