Back to Dash in a moment. But the whole sector must have implications from this - at the bare minimum, thought-wise. As they say in aviation...it's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Does anyone ever get a false readout from dashwhale.org?  It says one of my MNs is offline, and when I check my MN directly, it is on the correct block and says masternode started successfully.  Should I be worried?

try to do the following on hot wallet (server) : ./dash-cli masternodelist full | grep -e IPADDRESS
if it says enabled you should have nothing to worry about.

Thank you, in a panic, I was looking at my testnet wallet, and unfortunately, when I checked my mainnet wallet, it was indeed down.  Damn, I don't know how I'm going to pay my bills!  I had to increase my capacity, and so servers are 75% more.  Very bad mistake on my part!  Ugh!

I sincerely don't understand at all, one iota why Dash isn't at least the #2 alt-coin and worth so much more.  But I guess people are just so excitable and digital cash isn't exciting anymore.  For me, it's everything.

We need to be at least above LTC in market cap imo, if the big whales got involved and sparked that initial buying rush...

The price would go up very quickly as well due to less liquidity on the market from Masternodes. Then it would probably fall due to lack of demand...

So they key here is to get as many people as possible using Dash....by having ProtonMail, Jaxx, Mycelium and Lamassu integration thats a big leap forward

Any community members running their MNs on IP6? What are your experiences?

I'm looking into moving my MNs to another datacentre (and beefing them up a bit) and figured I could save a few bucks opting for IP6 if it's working for people. I also want to reduce the amount of times my MNs crash as it seems to be happening every other week now, I can only put this down to performance issues on the current platform... Not so expensive a couple of years ago but at $20 a missed payment lost earnings are starting to rack up!

Not sure about IPv6, I didn't even know it worked in the current stable release. However, I am using OVH lowest tier VPS at only $3.49 a month. Crazy cheap, and my nodes have been up for months without any missed payments (only using cron job to monitor dashd, and to startup on reboot in case of unforeseen maintenance). 10gig SSD, 2GB ram, and ddos protection.
