Wow, hadn't seen it yet. We all knew for a few days things at cryptorush were a mess, we just didn't know how bad it really was. The amount stolen is shocking. I wonder if they will go public now, and tell what really happened. When do exchanges start learning from the mistakes of others? Like only keeping X% in the hot wallet... They are not the only ones, CoinEx has just been hacked. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=265277.msg5769484#msg5769484Yeah I'd seen that already. Can't believe they actually still have some basic security not in place when they've been hacked before...

The dev was setting up a private pool in the previous days and he intends to pay off the miners to sustain the network. Wait for good news coming. The good news is we hope will come tomorrow is full of sunshine Wish us luck

It just disheartens me to see coins like that receiving so much hype and exposure when a coin like PMC which is designed to be more stable doesn't get a look in. Too many people want to get-rich-quick and pump-and-dump. That's why there aren't that many Bitcoin millionaires. Those who got in early on never expected it to be the success it was and so sold them long before the prices went sky-high.
I don't see how Premine is any different to that. Look at our pricing, and consider all the altcoins right now going down in value. Think about it. Also consider the price of PMC when Bitcoin's price goes back up.
I'm seriously just considering dumping a lot of the other altcoins I hold and just buying up PMC. This feels like the early days of a coin before it gains massive market acceptance, which is why I am still here.
If you have it You should have confidence in it At least it gives us hope

I doubt we will ever be able to buy premine coins this cheap ever again. It's a golden buying opportunity.

Poloniex now has stop-limit orders.. Can someone explain to me how or what these are for someone who really does not quite get it?
In my experience in trading, it is not good to put a stop order. If you are a trader, it is better to manage your winner than your losers. If you use a stop that means whenever the price is going down you are taking it out to cut your loss, you can always wait for it to go up. Well, most of the time you will wait forever until losses are recovered. I wouldn't count on that. The basic rule is to risk 1% of your whole amount of coins for trading. Stop orders are good for preserving gains.

Pool is finished: Any miners out there that cannot mine solo willing to help test?
Full disclosure: This is in beta, I'm sure there are bugs to work out. I will pay miners from my own funds to mine. Currently I will only be accepting miners with low hashrates. Once all of the kinks are worked out, I will gladly open this to the public.
Send request via PM.
I hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible Good luck to you

They are all scared about the attack but nobody really knows the consequence of it. Since there is a lot of interest, maybe the dev can initiate or look for someone to do the attack?

I'd like to get credits input in on this? I love the idea of being a testing ground for different experiments like this. For us to do it we need to notify exchanges, and all members first, and to choose a block to fork back to to prevent any loss of coins from anyone. As long as the dev is on board, and all parties are given ample notice, this will bring a ton of exposure to PMC!
