Connection settings seem to be unavailable while a rig is rented out. I can view settings for unrented miners, rented miners, connection settings are not visible for me. Check my gibberish when you get a chance.

Edit: I'm not sure if the settings are available after a miner has re-established a connection. I think things are still changing on the site.

all good by my side. the graphs are still fucked but hash rate at the pool is right on track

Are you sure about that? My miners are showing the same unchanged "Rented - Ends in xxx" labels for the last few hours, i.e. nothing is moving, charts don't work, and I don't even know where I would check the hashrate. Ahmed or whoever it is in charge there really needs to shut the whole thing down and sort it out without aggravating it any more. I have switched all miners away and messaged renters to file tickets, nothing else I can do here.

Now, with the new port, cgminer is connected to betarigs, but the above still shows. So I have no clue what or who I'm hashing for as that rental should be finished already hours ago and I did not get any info about a new one started. Nothing shows in my rentals about a new rental.

this is what i know from last night:

the port at which the rig is connecting may have been changed or swapped(been there)

graph work from time to time and when they work they don't look right(i still have this)

time on rentals may have been doubled or cut in half(not for me)

during the move some of the time for the rental's may have messed up since i had to re-create the proxy database that is why some rental's have a wrong time. If any of you believe it is wrong file a ticket on the support desk and we'll change it.

Also EVERYONE check the ports on the site and update your worker's accordingly. Until everyone does that the status for some rig's will be wrong since someone else might have their own miner pointed the port that is currently assigned to you

I have over 100 rentals with the clocks stopping and starting.  I've held 200 terahash for two months and now I'm missing all the luck in my small pools I've been waiting for.  I'm supposed look up all of them and figure out what is owed to me on a barley working site... Um  how?  This was my business.  My rent checks just bounced and I will run out of food and money due to my income flow stopping.   I work for myself and I busted my ass to have the money to rent rigs in the first place so this is a horrible experience for me.  I don't see how I'm not going to get screwed.  Rig owners think I'm getting hooked up,  meanwhile I'm not and the clocks are all running out.  ALL of them, sporadically.  I'm overwhelmed and support can chat it up on here, but can't respond to the person who held the 2/3 of the rented rigs or even help him figure anything out.  I'm ready to give up.  One day, I love betarigs and making it my business the next I'm losing it all for trusting betarigs.  Your on here talking to 1.1th carm, but what about rented all your damn rigs crispyato. I have his rented by the way.   Who is looking at doing a ticket on over 100 rigs with data he has to retrieve from a messed up site and has just as many rig owners to talk to as you. You have logs apparently since that is a defense for you on here, can you not look up my rental IDs?   No, no I have to do it, on a broken site.  I give up.  If you want to care, care.  Just remember you had 356TH rented so without me it would have been 156TH.  I am so screwed.  I hope you slept well last night because I can not sleep.

Some of my rigs are now reset to 7 days ago. Someone's still thinking it's ok to fiddle around with a live site. What a mess. Just take it down FFS.

I wonder if these issues had started earlier than we're being told. In the last couple weeks I had an unusually high number of renters complain to me about 100% rejects and/or rigs being off line. I was sure they were mining wrong algo on their end, but now in retrospect it might have been Betarigs messing up their ports.

I have failover settings set to use the original port, and the one briefly displayed on the rig edit page yesterday. Neither are working.
