Despite you "know"/feel it's a pump, you don't know how long/far that pump goes... i timed wrongly and was too confident during night, to end having a nice surprise next morning

and heavy 24-hr volume today... wow 

yes volume was high!
even if seems to follow the same pattern you see with other low marketcap coins: accumulate, then pump on FOMO buying self positions, and distribute at peeks
and often you see that pattern repeated 2 or 3 times in a week, this is why i wouldn't be surprised to see a dump post snapshot and then a pump after the next accumulation phase

I bought some 3 days ago, feeling the same pump/dump schema that happens when there is some airdrop
anyway what i gain is a fraction of the effort i put into this coin during these 3 years

mmm i dont now all i know is snailbrane team continue project for 4 year with no pay and never leave. all coins old like huntercoin quit or anonymous. This is why i respect huntercoin team. i think chimera will be good if work full time but need big team

all my coins are off exchange for the snapshot, so i have not been trading. but i'm doing fine with huc over the past year of providing a floor for the market at ~500 sat.

trading aint easy so i'm glad you've scooped some. withdraw it. hold the btc safe.

i dont know why snail is so mysterious, but thats his way. maximum speculation. dont invest more than you're willing to lose - money, time and energy.

According to Poloniex's response, from the lead Dev - If you keep them in poloniex - they will allow you to redeem your Chi when it is released.

CHI will not be released until the coming months. I suppose they will just keep track of the amount of huc you had in your wallet at the snapshot block. Unfortunately I do not know how the exchange back-end works.
It may be that they halt trading around block 1.68million in case people sell or buy on that block. I've asked for some clarification but i do not know if I'll get a response in time.

A snapshot does not need to interfere with Huntercoin itself in anyway - so you can do what you want with HUC.

If you want to be "100% sure/safe" keep HUCs in your personal wallet.

Also, I think the 1000huc cutoff is reasonable, very few people will be able to afford a computer but not afford to get that many huc if they want.

But still, if somebody falls in that crack, they have a wallet with <1000 huc because that's all they can afford, and they post on this thread with their wallet address, I have enough huc, and will have enough chimaera, to help them get started with chimaera. If somebody is following huc/chi and is in that situation they should post.

No one can confirm this for sure. Probably not even Polo. Dump at your own risk after snapshot.
