Hello everyone,

I'm sorry, but I have to get this off my chest and say what has to be said. People involved with Mintcoin and the Mintcoin fund have gone out of their way to do whatever is needed to help this community and this coin gain the recognition and acceptance it deserves. People have put in countless hours of their time, spent hard earned fiat currency all in the name of Mintcoin.

Mintcoin has a Social Media reach of 952 people on Reddit, 1086 on Facebook and 557 on MintcoinTalk as well as all the people that frequent this forum as well. I'm not sure how exactly to check Mintcoins reach on Twitter, but I know there is a fair number there as well. Out of all these people, only 72 have actually taken the time and effort to show their support for the Sonoma County Redwood Reforestation Thunderclap campaign.

Why is this? Is your life so busy that you can't take a mere minute of your time and actually visit the site and click through it so that your "ACTUALLY" supporting it? This truly bothers me a lot, as so many of you come here each and every day asking why Mintcoin is not rising in price, well it's because so many of you are not actually being a part of this community and actually helping Mintcoin and the Mintcoin Fund the needed exposure that is needed to obtain the higher values.

If you would only take a small amount of your time to visit the Thunderclap site and actually click the links so that you are actually supporting this cause, this would help out you, as well as Mintcoin and the Mintcoin Fund, and everyone else holding Mintcoins.

Here's the link again....NOW TAKE THE TIME AND DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE....

https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/10998-sonoma-county-redwood-reforest?locale=enHello

Thats so true.
But something is happening.
Just 16 people left!!! And 16 hours left!!!
Cheers everybody
I did it a few days back. I'd do it again if I could!  Grin
i just did it with twitter and facebook

hey,

can someone help me whit my wallet? i deleted everything expect wallet dat to get connection. And im missing about 3m mint coin? and it seems that it dosent mint?
Try opening the debug window, and run repairwallet and if that that doesn't work try salvagewallet
What operating system and what wallet version are you running?
About how many coins do you have, and how long have you had them? It takes at least 20 days before you will have a chance to mint, and if you do any outbound transactions from the address it resets the timer.

Well I have to say Thank You to all the great people that showed up today and actually supported this great cause. I just finished spamming Twitter and we have now reached our goal....again a big thank you to everyone that showed their support, it's times like this and projects like this, that will really help get the word out about Mintcoin and the Mintcoin Fund.

Still no stake. Closed and re-opened wallet a couple of times, it still say 2 minutes to reward.
Before i installed 1.9 i staked 2-3 times every hour.
Whats wrong..??
There was a 1.9.1 shortly released after 1.9.

v1.9 had a problem. Maybe you are using 1.9 instead of 1.9.1 ?
I use 1.9.1 and i did checkwallet and repairwallet, still no staking.
Changed to 1.8 today and staked after 10 minutes and now again after 1 hour.
So, SOMETHING must be wrong on SOME computers with 1.9.1

I'm having the same problem with 1.9.1.  No staking at all after regular staking on earlier wallets.  I actually haven't minted any coins since I made the upgrade to 1.9.1.  Do you think I should downgrade to 1.8?

Which OS are you using? I keep staking without problems with 1.9.1 (on Ubuntu)

If Windows, can you try re-downloading the official one on main post and try with that again? There are sometimes community released versions, maybe you use one of them and it doesn't have the patch in it.

I downgraded when I saw that the estimates for coin staking weren't accurate, they reported that coins would be staked in 'twenty minutes' for a couple of days and nothing happened. I'm using an older version Kergecoin posted, I think it's 1.8.1 - this is the last link provided a few pages back -

For now its fine to use 1.8 if you dont like the staking indicator, but please stop making up problems which really dont exist. Instead take some time and learn about how staking/minting works.
1.9.1 works absolutlely well. Im using it and have no problems with it.
official windows download link is also workig just fine for me.

Heres my recent wallet action. All minted transactions:

If you have matured coins, your wallet is online and unlocked for minting, then you will get your mint.

No one's making up problems.  I'm familiar with how this works, and I just want to get my wallet working properly.  It seems like other people are having the same issue that I am, so I thought it would be smart to ask them how to fix it.

Could you tell me who has this problem? Also please post your coin control screenshot to for clarification. Exactly like i described earlier.
If you are reffering to user named g0re79, then you need to read my explanations to him as well. He was wrong. He did not enough have mature coins for staking. Im sure that your case is similar to his.

I'm not sure why everyone is being such a dick about this.  I initially replied to another person who was having the same problem I am.  I know how this works.  I was minting every other day, and now I haven't in a week.  My wallet has said that I would mint in 2 hours for a week now.  I'm glad everyone else's is working fine, but that doesn't mean I'm making stuff up.  I just want to downgrade or whatever I need to do so that I can mint my coins that are overdue.

It could just be people are running the 1.9 and not the 1.9.1 wallet? I downgraded when I saw that 1.9 had an issue, so I'll try the 1.9.1 wallet now (no problem downloading from link in the OP)

Yes. 1.9 had bug, but 1.9.1 does not.

perhaps because you are not cooperating with efforts to assist you? frankly it makes it seem as if your purpose is to spread fud. None of the users I know have had this sort of continuing difficulty with a simple client.

I will say that I am also getting exactly jack and shit in terms of minting coins, since upgrading to 1.8 and then 1.9. Seriously I was consistently minting several times every single day then since upgrade I get maybe 1 minting of half the previous amount, every 1-2 days. Something is fucked up. I'm not the only one experiencing this.
