Can someone change the payment address without knowing your 4 digit pin?
Nope Can you please help me find out where's 5eth gone from my account on MPH? Did your payment address change? You can explore every transaction at Transactions page. Filter Debit types and you will see each of them. Tell me your id or id num, then I'll look into it. User ID4976 My payment address changed and there was a MP followed by a series of AP. Initially I had my payment treshold at zero and I was doing MP, but after the address was changed, the treshold was set to 0.01. Thank you for your support. Have you requested PIN reset to your email? A PIN reset request mail sent to your account at 26th Feb, 18:29 UTC If not, you should check your email account security. Add OTP or ARS voice verification to your email account. I found several ETH payments to 0xb983be3c90cc741e3bf2dc7929b57b62ab8b946c Which is BTC-e wallet address. Interestingly, these payouts were done before the PIN request. Also there were no incorrect PIN attempts at your account. Seems like someone knows your PIN number exactly. Maybe it is saved at web browser autofill form and someone used your computer. I have no idea about it. I think you should contact BTC-e to tell about your coins. They can analyze who changed wallet address because they can match wallet address to their member account.

It seems to me the address is MPH exchange address, I would appreciate your follow-up.

exchange to bitcoins same slow this days ?
There's not much pending withdrawals from exchange site currently. I'll force withdraw them if you want your coins quicker. Please tell me your id. i m mostly mining monero, but the coins still on exchange (also coins i mined on 25/02) my id 17830 I found that old exchange/withdrawal waiting monero coins are all exchanged and credited to your account. There's only newly mined monero on exchange now. I think auto exchange tasks were a bit delayed.

Is there a delay at the moment in exchanging from Monero? I have had Monero showing as on the exchange for the past couple of days. My id is 12369 edit: seems to have sorted itself now, not sure if someone pushed it through or not. Thanks if you did! Keep up the good work As monero's new wallet had some sort of rpc change, it made following mined monero to arrive exchange sites later than before. I believe there will be no delay like this any more. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hello miningpoolhub folks
I had a Monero autoexchange debit (Debit_AE block number of n/a) but there is no credit on the Ethereum account. The transaction was over 19 hours ago.
For now I have turned off autoexchange coin (to "not set") to avoid any other disappearing coin but can you please tell me how to resolve this? Is there any address to inquire with other that this blog?
Thanks
Auto exchange needs time to complete. Pool doesn't swap coin by its market price, but really send coin to exchange site and exchange, withdraw, and credit to each account. Not even thinking of long transaction confirmation time for monero, there's some condition to overcome to exchange. (like minimum trade volume, minimum withdrawal volume, withdrawal fee etc) Most coins are already exchanged but waiting for certain amount to be piled up to reduce the withdrawal fee the exchange site is charging. (As pool is just user of exchange site, there's no way to avoid this. But this fee amount should be small as pool does it once for many users) It needs at least about 4 hours, and maybe 1~3 days. This is not a bug. It is well described at auto exchange page. You can see whole coin movements roughly at Balances page after login https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balancesI know it would be better if UI was more transparent and informative. I'll improve them.

I am seeing this more and more. Not just these pools, I am mining on I think about 6 or 8 pools including the multiport for ethash algo. They all either work or they all fail at the same time. So in other words if one is doing this, they all do it. Then if one loads, they all will load. I sent this issue to cloudlfare now. What error did you get at the top of the page? Maybe host connection error, or 501 bad gateway? This info would be helpful as I cannot reproduce this things from my side.

Yes, I have requested the pin reset after I observed the transactions to 0xb983be3c90cc741e3bf2dc7929b57b62ab8b946c to prevent further transactions. That's why it is correct what you mentioned that these happened before the pin reset. There is nobody who uses the same computer, so it is excluded that the transactions were requested from the same terminal. What is strange is that this happened only to the ETH wallet, while I had coins in the XMR wallet as well. Can you confirm that the account is not related to MPH?. I will check with BTC-e if they are willing to support me. Thanks

I'll improve them. @miningpoolhub Thank you. One other question, and a suggested bit of text for your auto-exchange page to help make it more clear. bb Question? For auto-exchange does it exchange all coins in the wallet or only if it is above a certain amount? Suggested help text for your auto exchange page: Coins are removed from wallet with a Debit_AE (Debit Auto Exchange) transaction and will appear in the destination wallet with a Credit_AE transaction. These transactions can be viewed on the wallet page for each coin. However there can be significant delays between the debit and the credit. Delays can happen because 1) The miningpoolhub accumulates coins so that they can be efficiently converted at the exchange, and there are minimum amounts for efficient conversion. This delay partially depends on the amount of work miningpoolhub miners put into this specific coin. 2) The block confirmation times (which can be very long on some coins) delay the exchange at various points along the way. 3) Low transaction volume at the exchange on one of the coins involved, can create delays in conversion. Therefore delays (even delays measured in days for some coins) are possible.

Hi there. Big newb here. I've done a lot of tinkering and have been using the multipoolminer power shell script I downloaded. I got it to go through all of the benchmarks and have it going through the multialgorythm. What I'm wondering is why it has never chosen to mine Ethereum or Ethereum Classic. I have results from those benchmarks and some. The claymoreDual40, 30 and 20 are listed under type amd, nvidia but are never used to mine. Based on the profitbility cals on the front page and my limited experience mining Eth before I would expect there to be some mining time on them. I have GTX 970 on one machine and a 1070 on another machine and the same things seems to occur.
I'm wondering what I might need to tweak to really get through all the best algos.
Thanks.

Not quite sure what you are referring to but if you've changed something that effects the speed just remove it.

Will do and thanks for the super quick replies.
Does the fact that I 3 monitors from the gpu have an impact?
Not quite sure what you are referring to but if you've changed something that effects the speed just remove it. Sorry. I left out a word. I have a 3 monitor setup on this card. As I'm watching the benches it's looking like 3.5 mh/s eth still.

Try updating the files in the bin folder to the new version: https://mega.nz/#F!O4YA2JgD!n2b4iSHQDruEsYUvTQP5_w(Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred_Siacoin_Lbry_Pascal AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v8.0 - Catalyst 15.12 - CUDA 8.0_7.5_6.5.zip)

I downloaded the new as you suggested. It's pretty much the same results so it's back to running KlausT. Thanks for the responses.

Hello, any clue where my coins went? It seems to me the address is MPH exchange address, I would appreciate your follow-up. Well 0xb983be3c90cc741e3bf2dc7929b57b62ab8b946c address is from btc-e. mph doesn't use btc-e for auto exchange. Contact btc-e so that they can find the owner of that address. They would lock down that account.
