17001 is the port for the Scrypt algorithm and switches to the most profitable coin. Set your auto exchange coin in MiningPoolHub to GameCredits for that to work. If you mine at NiceHash, set you speed slow and mine for hours/days.
I'm not sure what your aim is here but, if you just want GameCredits, I recommend that you go buy them because if you are messing with NiceHash then you will most likely lose money.
I don't really want GameCredits, I have my autoswitch coin set to Bitcoin. I was just trying mine via scrypt and try some things out. GAME was what the Scypt algo switching was currently mining. I was just trying to figure out why I don't seem to get any coins out of it even though I constantly mined (slowly) for 10 hours. I know I'm most likely going to lose money. I've read enough to know that. I just like the challenge and learning how it works, so I'm trying different things. You say to go slow and mine for a long time. Has anyone tried setting the price really low and taking short bursts? Has that worked for anyone? (Don't want to hijack this thread for something I probably should post on nicehash thread, I'm more interested in why my coins haven't shown up). If you are seeing a hashrate on the dashboard and shares then coins will appear. If the price drops then bursts are worth the risk but otherwise aim to keep getting regular shares. You can increase/decrease the speed at NiceHash with non-fixed orders which is better than stopping and starting but is not instant so don't increase the speed too high.

You will never find anything: https://bitcoin.miningpoolhub.com/You can mine bitcoin at here but we don't recommend. Actually this is not a pool for mining, but a pool to credit bitcoins from auto exchanges. Just set your 'Auto Exchange' coin to Bitcoin then mine a different algorithm.

Ok I am confused. I am using MultiPoolMiner
I want to use MPH as I am tired of switching between Zclassic, Zcash. But by default, my miners point to port 17023. Not 12xxx.
So what is the difference between the 3 ports:
europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:12023 europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:17023 europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20575
Do I need to change anything? If so where do I change it.
12023 is equihash endpoint. You need to set hub worker's job to use this feature. This is little bit complicate but has the most flexible configuration. You can set coin/algo/multi-algo with one click. 17023 is equihash auto switch port. You may mine zcash, and zclassic. You don't need multipoolminer to mine one algo. Just point to 17023 port and pool will switch internally. 20575 is zclassic's port. It's common classic port like other pools. There's no one page view to see miner stats if you use coin/algo switching. I'll add that.

Hi everyone I mined Ethereum. I set Auto Exchange to Bitcoin. For last two weeks everything working great. But on 2017-04-15 some of mined coins (0.15 ETH) get stuck in column "On Exchange", and after three days, this coins are still there. In the past, coins was exchange to Bitcoin in approx. 6 hours. What's wrong? Best regards, Shymmy P.S. I'm sorry for my poor English Hi Some coins were stuck due to exchange API error. Most coins were exchanged correctly but some were stuck waiting admin to review the stat. I believe it's all resolved now. Please leave message with your id if you still experience some problem. Thanks.

Still ethash. Hmmmm... Musiccoin though. Zclassic is not avaialable either in miningpoolhub. Groestl is on top again. Hmm your miner selection is correct then. Nvm. Whattomine shows list sorted by average profitability for last 24 hours. But miningpoolhub shows sorted by realtime, current profitability. I sometimes check whattomine and find myself confused by this little difference. You sure? Whattomine display 4 numbers. Current, last 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days I think. I always select current. I sorted by current Hey, then that's not the problem. Both profitability thing doesn't need to match same because hardware normalization is manually set. FYI, Zclassic was already listed, Musicoin is newly added on miningpoolhub now.

I've rented some scrypt hash power at nicehash, pointed it to mining pool hub at stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:17001, and turned it loose with a worker whose "job" is "Scrypt". I tested the worker setup at nicehash and it was all good. Mining pool hub says it's currently mining gamecredits on Scrypt at 17001, but I have no coins at all in gamecredits after 10 hours.
There's no errors on the nicehash side. Under the gamecredits dashboard it shows .02 share/sec with Your Valid 10,870,308.6511 Your Invalid 52,919.9375 (0.48%) under round shares.
It seems like it's all connected but no coins are showing up in mining pool hub. What's wrong?
17001 changes mining coin frequently so you may have got some other coins like SXC, Verge. Gamecredits pool finds blocks rarely. You will get reward when block is found. You can see detailed info at Blocks page It's limited from my side. Please leave your id or username if you want me to analyze what the problem is.

I'm curious about the 17XXX ports.
Since each coin pool is PPLNS isn't coin switching essentially like pool hoping and therefor would lead to less profits long-term? Is PPLNS calculated per coin or per algo? If it were per algo I don't think it would be a problem.

It's per coin but this has been discussed before; you wont be penalized.

No, each coin has it's own pool then the 17XXX port is like dynamic port forwarding.

No, each coin has it's own pool then the 17XXX port is like dynamic port forwarding. I understand how the server-side dynamic coin switching works and how it waits till a block is found. What I'm wondering is how that comes into play with PPLNS since its possible for the most profitable coin to change frequently. For instance, I'm mining ethash only, port 17020. ETH is the most profitable, but then ETC becomes more profitable. ETH finds a block switches to ETC. Five minutes into ETC we find a block and ETH is more profitable again so it switches back. I'm not sure what the PPLNS is set for but I would only get 5 minutes worth of hashing for that round. Maybe MininigPoolHub can explain the math here? Why is there no "rounds" page at MPH?

The pool is working correctly from experience. This may help but MiningPoolHub will be online to check your post later: PPLNS is not that simple in our pool.
Pool uses quite longer period to calculate and this minimizes some switching user's loss. Also pool distributes coins even at next height block who already switched to other coins but included in PPLNS range.
Without PPLNS, sometimes big hash miner gets whole block amount at fast block. This is not frequent on long block time coins like dash, but it happens quite frequently on ethereum like fast coins.
PPLNS is de-facto standard these days for pools, and have many variation settings. We use longer period PPLNS, so it should be quite fair.

I took that into account. Also, besides at miningpoolhub front page, where else can we see un normalized BTC/GH/s/day? Just curious. The current ones. The number in miningpoolhub doesn't take into account miningpoolhub "luck" right? It's exact number that should be universal based on difficulty etc. I

I've been mining with multipoolminer for quite a while.
I wonder if there is a way to check hash at miningpoolhub? For example, say I am connected. Can I look at miningpoolhub and see ah, this rig is producing this much that rig is producing that much?
How much money we lost on "autoexchange"? Just curious.

I think MiningPoolHub is trying to add features like that but maintenance and new coins take a lot of time. You can see the live hashrate of each worker if you go into each coin but that's it; it's all quite disconnected.

Hello everybody, I discovered the service https://www.nicehash.com/ They rent computational power. I would like to use it with miningpoolhub.com. I've tried and started it and invested 0.05BTC on mining Monero, without putting any limit (in GH/sec) I didn't see the point of putting a limit, in fact the quicker the better?!? But I guess I missed something... Indeed miningpoolhub.com only gave me 1.27 XMR in return, while 0.05BTC is worth more than twice than that. What did I do wrong? What's the problem? Any suggestion about using https://www.nicehash.com/ in combination with miningpoolhub.com? Thanks a lot in advance for any answer!
