Deren Angebot war damals 900$ je BTC zu bezahlen, entweder in Fiat oder in BTC die Auszahlung.
Bei den jetztigen BTC Kursen wäre das ne gute Sache - wobei ich nicht weiß ob sie noch kaufen würden da die Frist längst abgelaufen ist... aber Fragen kostet ja nix

Ich werde meinen Claim ausprinzipiellen Erwägungen nie verkaufen und damit einem Käufer die Macht verschaffen, sich über die anderen Gläubiger zu erheben und eine eventuelle Vorzugsbehandlung zu bekommen.

Kurzes Update: Die kaufen immernoch die Claims zurück - mir wurde heute auch gleich ein Angebot gemacht für meinen Claim - Eure Angaben werden mit der MTGox Trustee Datei abgeglichen - Danach bekommt ihr von einem Anwalt einen Vertrag den ihr unterzeichnen müsst - Auszahlung könnt ihr angeben ob in Fiat oder in BTC. Ansich ganz cool - ich hätt es auch beinahe gemacht, werde jedoch absagen - Im Vertrag steht das es bis zu 180 Tage dauern kann bis der GOX Trustee alles abgesegnet hat wenn man den Claim überschreibt. Bis dahin kann ich nicht warten auf meine BTC´s von dem Verein, schließlich weiß ich nicht wie in 6 Monaten der BTC kurs aussieht, dann würde ich weniger BTC´s im Endeffekt bekommen als wie wenn ich sie z.b. morgen bekommen würde auf meinen Anspruch der geldlichen Summe.

bei bis zu 180 Tagen Wartezeit ist aber auch schon fast Mai 2020 
hack es einfach ab, vergiss das Geld und freu Dich wenn es irgendwann in ferner Zukunft doch wieder erwarten was geben sollte....
Für mich sieht es inzwischen aber doch eher nach aussitzen und warten bis das noch vorhandene Vermögen alle ist aus

Ich bin mir sicher, hinter den Kulissen laufen schon lange Planspiele, mit welcher Begründung man das restliche Geld beschlagnahmen könnte.

Ganz genau.
Michael Hourigan, bzw. Fortress ist eine bekannte Private Equity Firma, die sicher eine gute Rechtsabteilung haben und die Erfolgsaussichten und die zu erwartende Dauer des MtGox-Verfahrens recht genau einschätzen können.
Wenn die also 70% heute bieten, dürfte das in etwa dem Zeitwert der Forderung entsprechen, plus einem angemessenen Risikoaufschlag und einer netten Rendite.
Das Angebot von Fortress enthält also im Umkehrschluss eine Information über die professionelle Einschätzung des MtGox-Verfahrens seitens der echten Profis.
Wenn ich jetzt Pi mal Daumen davon ausgehe, dass eine Private Equity Firma eine Rendite von 6% pro Jahr erwartet, und ein Risikoaufschlag von 50%* sicherlich gerechtfertigt ist, würde ich ganz grob davon ausgehen, dass Fortress intern von einer weiteren Verfahrensdauer von ca. 3 Jahren ausgeht.

Interessant- ich habe nichts erhalten - hatte jedoch vor 3 Wochen denen abgesagt... aufgrund von kyc sowie das es bis zu 180Tage dauern kann bis ich die btc‘s dann erhalte... und wer garantiert mir das der kurs in 180 Tagen der gleiche ist wie heute wenn ich anhand des kurses dann die btc‘s erhalte in spätestens 180 Tagen ?

Niemand, aber das selbe Risiko hat im Gegenzug auch der Käufer.
(kann aber natürlich auch sein, dass die sich vertraglich dagegen absichern)
Interessant wäre, ob Fortress bereit wäre, die Forderung direkt in BTC abzukaufen, damit ließe sich dieses Wechselkursrisiko auf 0 reduzieren.

Geht einfach mal davon aus, daß die Jungs mehr über das Verfahren und vermutlich auch die zu erwartende Quote wissen. Gutmenschen sind sie sicherlich nicht und wie ein Vorredner schon schrieb, wird der Risikoaufschlag saftig sein. Unsereins weiß nicht mal wieiviele BTCs und USDs man abseits der aufgetauchten 200k Wallet noch sichergestellt hat.

ICh denke die wissen schon mehr als wir, daher vielleicht die erneuten Angebote. Dazu muss man bei denen jedoch KYC machen und ggfs. 6 Monate warten auf das Geld, das stand bei denen mal in deren Vertrag drinn.
