I don't know what you mean with "You're running extremely slow hardware", my minimum difficulty set on 64.

My laptop's graphics card gets ~110Mh/s, so ~80Mh/s really is quite slow.
The lower your hashrate, the lower the minimum difficulty you should use.
You should be using a min difficulty of 1.
The higher [Edit: Doh! LOWER] the minimum difficulty, the more network traffic will be generated, but the more steady your income will be.

You must mean Gh/s then, not Mh/s...  You wouldn't be making .46 BTC per day with 80 Mh/s

This is incorrect.  Higher minimum difficulty = less network traffic, but more variance.

What a ....?
Angry

After changing on stratum protocol, my speed drop down in last 24 hours from 82 Mhash to 62 (prize also 0.46 to 0.37).  Angry
On other pools all its OK (speed is 82). I go there for now.

Btcguild must solve it.
I need more information.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pool right now.  Additionally, your speed is so slow that it's impossible to have an accurate measurement of your speed in the time frame the pool uses to estimate it.

I connect machine on stratum+tcp://stratum.btcguild.com:3333, and all its OK until yesterday. Today I watch stats and see that speed drop down, and prize so. And this is all. I don't know what is problem, only I write facts. In cgminer stats my speed is over 82 Mhash, and on other pools speed is OK, and prize so.

You can try dropping your worker difficulty to '1' and restarting your miner.  You're running extremely slow hardware, and with a default difficulty of 2 on BTC Guild, you will see a lot of variance when running that slowly.  However, you could easily end up on the other end with your speed showing up 15-20 MH/s higher.

I don't know what you mean with "You're running extremely slow hardware", my minimum difficulty set on 64.
I reset machine, and nothing help. Now is only some card connect on my account with min diff 1.

Sorry for mistake, machine is 82889.99 Mhash, not 80

It sounds like you're running a 3-module Avalon unit.  I run one myself, and it will occasionally drop a significant amount of hash rate and require a restart in order to resume normal speed.  It has nothing to do with the pool, it's the hardware.  It will generally run 1-3 weeks before the problem shows up again.

After restart problem stay.
They working about 4 weeks, and I first have this problem. In meanwhile, I do not know if it restarts when I was not there.

Also they working on other pools, before, and don't have a problem. Now also.

Have you let it run for _ONE HOUR_ straight?  If you have hardware issues and restart, it will take a full hour for your speed estimate on BTC Guild to update.  There is *NOTHING* wrong with the pool, this is entirely you, so there is definitely something either wrong in you're setup, or you're not waiting long enough for the estimate to adjust.

I'm watching stats about 15 minutes, but speed go to 62 Ghash, and drop to 60, and standing at the time. I was too nervous to waiting more. In next days I will try to connect again.
Facts is that in cgminer stats its all OK, but on site stats not. Because, I think that not only hardware make a problem.

i have 5 blades and hashrate dropped from 63 to 60, 24h reward from 0.30 to 0.22
should i change the pool ?

in dustcoin.com i should get 0.35 btc/day

i got diff 32, all my blades have >13GH at web panel, they are well cooled, radiator temps are around 36-40 celsius.

Well I recently passed the 2GH mark a few days ago and was wondering, is it worth bothering changing to difficulty 2 if bandwidth isn't an issue? I rather keep difficulty 1 for the bigger variance.

I don't know what the problem.
On else pools I have 85 Ghash, about 0.47 BTC/day, and in last day on btcguild drop to 0.37. Reason for this not in luck.

It's called variance.  Other pools have it too unless you're on PPS.  It can be good or bad.  Last 50 shift luck: 71.026%, roughly 29% less than expected payout.  The only way to avoid variance (LUCK) is PPS.  Otherwise, you'll have bad times where you make less, and good times where you make more.  It evens out in the long run but most people can't seem to go more than a few days without bitching when it turns bad, then become blissfully unaware when it's the other way around and they're getting paid 30% more than they normally would because luck flipped around.

You know something that makes me laugh is the fact that people come on here complain that the pool sucks. WELL considering that BTCGuild is the only pool that is racking in 252.58TH<- They GOT to be doing something right!  Grin

Rock on BTCGuild.  Cool

I just question why people always seem to blame the pool, like it's discriminating against them specifically while the other 240-260 TH/s worth of users run without issue.  Code does not discriminate.  The problem is always user settings/hardware settings, otherwise it would be affecting thousands of other users.  You'd get a lot more than one person posting if that was the case.

That said, right now, there is a small problem on 1 of the EU servers Sad.  Trying to route everybody to the other server right now until the problem is resolved (ETA: 10 minutes).  Looking into options for what to do with the EU servers right now, since those are the only ones having issues these days.  It's very tough to get a provider that matches the quality of our US datacenter, especially when you have no physical presence internationally.

I know it maybe out of the question but i know Softlayer has datacenters all across teh world. I have a server with them in Houston and Dallas. Been happy with there service and support. Not a blip of down time during Hurricane IKE in my houston server.

Most datacenters have good uptime, but I've yet to have one that didn't at least have periods of high packetloss once a month or so.  Additionally, the setup in Chicago has significant upstream filtering, fat pipes, and I'm able to push nullroutes for my IPs to their network during attacks as well.  99.9% is not enough, especially when they never count periods of very high packet loss as downtime.
