I kind of already expected that the presale will be extended. The funds they raised (in the pre sale) so far are way lower than what the team was expecting. I just hope now that the sale picks up some momentum so that they won't have to extend it another time.

Bitcoin was growing even when no ETF were visible on the horizon.  The only thing that matters is reducing the block reward by half.  So the monsters from the financial markets and government authorities only harm cryptocurrencies. They come up with KYC for us, some stupid financial instruments from stock exchanges, and so on. Cryptocurrency does not need all this for growth. According to my calculations, slow growth will begin this year.

Every ico extending their ico phase. But at the end, i saw the very little amount of ico had benefited from the extension.

Extending the ICO period will only throw everything away, from investors to bounty hunters will feel bored if this system continues to be used. It is better to use the ICO as long as one month is complete and a week after that, direct listing into the exchange.

I still do not see any regulatory initiative that has the real intention of providing growth and greater visibility to Crypto, I think all this really needs to be ignored, and crypto-coins and Projects like Jarvis, even if they yield to some requirements, need to find a way obstacles and seek greater support from the Community.

I think not.
Crypto prediction is ungrateful job. There is nothing that could have an impact on the growth of capitalization.
I think that the main problem is that there is too little implementation for projects that previously had good fees. Little integration into real life. A lot of faith and enthusiasm was in 2017,  but after there were few real results. There is some disappointment in the community, and investors no longer believe the words, but only the things done. Perhaps these are some of the reasons that led us to this long winter.
It is a pity the good projects that decided to be implemented at this time. It remains for us to hope that the team of the Jarvis is strong and that they have enough patience and endurance to create a quality product.

I think these 'calculations' also include a lot of hope/optimism. A lot of people joined the crypto scene in 2017. For them all started with a the market cap rushing from one high to another. Then 2018 came and with it a lot of resignation. Now they think it MUST go up again soon.
