I didn't do anything against of the rules and my account was created over than 1 year. I really need help.

Most probably you aren't going to get any response from them. I have found similar reports from few more users in BC.game forum. Most of them hasn't received any response from bc.game support. Perhaps, bc.game has closed or banned your account. That's why you are getting such error messages. They close the account of a user in this way if the users try to take the benefits of BC.game bonuses unethically.

I am also facing this problem. I contacted live support and they referred me to email support.
I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

UPDATE:
I have contacted the live support team again. The team said I need to verify my KYC though I don't know how to do it as my account is still blocked.
Also, I don't know why they are asking me to verify KYC. As far as I can remember, I have never deposited there and have no funds left in my account. I just wanted to share my affiliate link on my blog and Telegram group.
Anyway, I would stay out of it and not verify my KYC for no reason. [note: the support team is super slow]

You are not the only one having this issue. I saw some more topics here about the exact same issue you are having. Maybe try to send a PM to the OP. He is not so active but can help you out with this issue. It is unfortunate that live support can’t help and that you don’t reveice any response yet by mail.

I believe you are not the only one with this issue, I read several complaints in regards to this same issue, and I thought that the team behind this casino should have resolved this by now, it's really unprofessional that the issue still lingers and worst of all is the fact that their customer care seems to be doing about it, not even responding to tickets.

Anyways, just hope the the OP comes around with a solution to this issue, or like the previous comment said, you can pm him, and hope he comes online soon.

there are a few same complaints in threads here and they haven't got any reply either. and on the other hand the representative from BC.game has also not been active since a few months ago.

They are asking for some basic information like mail adress, IP adress, deposit txid. First time really that I see that a site resuests this but it is different from full KYC. They ask you to send all the infomation to the email adress they provided.

well there are many casinos that had been operating outside our forum so yes not all of them had representative in Bitcointalk.
but while those who have been here ? then why have reason to not updating or answering people's problem here.

but since you have said above that you are  an old member of BC.games yet just now that you experienced this kind of KYC verification? or there are some changes in  their rules but does not updated in their TOS?

if you don't commit any violations your account shouldn't be banned, it's possible that your laptop or cellphone is being compromised so your account some other person tries to log into your account, so you are asked to verify it using KYC or so on, I don't know what happened actually but would love to hear any updates from you here, but my guess is just going there, hope your issue is resolved quickly

Actually, they are asking to verify KYC. I provided them with my email address then they asked me to verify KYC. Maybe you misunderstand because I have removed the message where I enter my email address as I don't want to share it publicly.

we have seen that a lot of time , as the popularity increases then Issues and attacks also increase , but as long as there are players who can prove them wrong , then the operation and the team are safe, I also played several time(as I have my favorite site as well) but never experience any issues, I come to deposit , win and lose but my withdrawal always stays faster ..

almost all casinos must have lots of people complaining about anything, so it's not just bc.games, actually I never had any problems playing there even from depositing to playing to making withdrawals never had any problems, I'm worried about people who have problems with accounts maybe they are caught committing a violation and end up having problems with their account, but still, any complaint service must be improved because the faster the response, the better the reputation

They may be reputable but there is no casino that is perfect in terms of other features and there are gamblers who seem to not understand it. Instead of waiting calmly for the reply of the costumer support, they will complain everywhere about the issue that they experienced. Then there are those complaints who are intentional and only created to damage the reputation of those casinos who are at the top. They are hoping that they can take their spot but this was hard if they will do it this way as bad karma can take a revenge at them.

I don't know if how much is their wagering requirement but 10k dollars must be the minimum for the first level of VIP in most casinos. Was it higher than that? If yes then don't stress yourself out but just enjoy the game like you used to do.
