I think that this game has been the most amazing one among the games in this round so far. Both of them are very big teams and there is a very quick playing style by each teams which made me happy a lot. I wouldn't like to see one side trying to secure a certain score by playing defensively. It just kills the joy of a game directly. Real Madrid are 2-1 ahead for now. And the best player of the first half was Benzema I think. He even missed a hat-trick chance too but he can still make it. Can't wait to see the second half!

1-3 now, although the match seems to be equal but it is getting harder for Chelsea now.
Real Madrid is so effective in maximizing goal attempts, while Chelsea is still struggling hard to score more goals.
Although there is no more away goal system, but losing with too big goal difference is big disadvantage for Chelsea because they are now playing as home team, it means the 2nd leg can be more difficult for them because too much pressures.
What makes me more surprised is the current result in Villareal vs Bayern, I did not even think that Villareal could score goal against Bayern.

It's very difficult now that Benzema is scoring goals again and this is his two hat-tricks in the last 2 Champions League games now after previously he also scored a hat-trick against PSG.
The return goal was quite fast because it was only one minute after the second half kick-off began.

Tuchel had to fix this problem in the second half and they had to put more pressure on Real Madrid to win this match. The Chelsea Vs Real Madrid match is oncoming. After the first half of the game ended with 1-2 victory to Madrid. Chelsea completely failed to stop Benzema and their failure this season in the Champions League is very likely now if Real Madrid win this match by more than 3 goals. It is like a nightmare for Chelsea now. They kept their hopes up after scoring a goal and making the score 2-1. But at the beginning of the second half, Real Madrid scored another goal. Benzema had a huge opportunity thanks to Mendy's big mistake and completed his performance to a hat-trick finally. He is shining bright tonight like he was against PSG in the rematch too. Ha, Real almost 4/1 was just too sweet of a deal, wasn't it? And paid off handsomely (yes I know, still time to play but no way Chelsea comes back to draw after a masterclass hattrick from the guy I keep saying makes the difference in Champions League -- not to mention Modric and Vini. Agree with what you said it's difficult for them now to catch up even with the more possession they showed but it wasn't enough.
they were too careless at the back and indeed this was used well by Benzema.
Credit score I add to this player he really is a nightmare for his opponents. the moves he makes always result in good things.

It seems the game was all that he could think of while in the dressing room. Barely a minute into the second half and he has got his desired hat-trick in a consecutive game, first PSG and now Chelsea  E. Mendy was so silly to have caused that defensive blunder with K. Benzema around the corner and hope for K. Benzema not to capitalise on that.
Again, was taking N. Kante off to be replaced by H. Ziyech a good choice for Thomas Tuchel? I don't know but, it didn't settle right with me, nope! Which ever way it is, Chelsea has still got to loose and there won't be any come backs in the returning leg.

Benzema always amazes me with his performances on the pitch. He showed great ability by scoring goals repeatedly. I want one more goal for Benzema to give this great performance. the last minute of the first half would normally be much more dangerous for Chelsea. Heatrick for the umpteenth time in the best condition and Real Madrid really saved Benzema.

Chelsea at the moment (10 minutes to the end) need to try to score another goal and not conceed another, so when they visit Real Madrid's home, the task doesn't become too herculean.

Yes, Benzema did it back-to-back in his last 2 Champions League games and he now looks really wild as a number 9. The competition for top scorer with Lewandowski is getting tighter, but Benzema will probably be first if he advances to the semi-finals.

I think Chelsea played better in the second half even though they conceded an early goal by Benzema. They managed to create several chances where Lukaku still missed with his header. Real Madrid will defend this win and they step 1 foot to semi-final this season.

I'm just loving the Chelsea v Real Madrid match now. Real Madrid had a great start to the match thanks to Benzema's two superb headers by only a three-minute interval. After that, I was like that was it and Chelsea were going to have big struggles. But Chelsea still managed to score their goal finally in fifteen minutes. And this was another header by Havertz. It is a tough day for the goalkeepers indeed.    Now it is halftime by a 1-2 score. But if the match goes on like this, then Real Madrid might still win.

Well Benzema is again and again a frightening specter for their opponents. 3 minutes 2 goals is something that is quite good to see. His movement is absolutely incredible and it can be said that he is performing quite well now.

Chelsea are just in a desperate condition now. They lost the game by 3-1 in Stamford Bridge and it was a huge hit to them. I'm not sure if they can manage to recover at this point. It is football and everything is possible any time of course. But if we look at this realistically, I don't think that Real Madrid would let them achieve their goal in Santiago Bernabeu. They just need to keep the current level of performance and this would be enough for them to advance to next round. And btw, Benzema had a hat-trick in this match which was lovely.

Actually, Chelsea has played well, but Real Madrid is much better. Not in vain for more than 90 minutes if the game goes on like this. Because we feel satisfied served with a score of 3 by one person. And yes, Karim Benzema became the top Heatrick, especially when the 22nd minute and 24th minute made Chelsea's mentality go down.

From Chelsea point of view, it seems that they did not give their best at all, but unfortunately, with their current condition, they will be very unprepared against Real Madrid.

A great match for real madrid outside their stadium they have done 90% of qualification today, they managed to score 3 goal by the magician karim benzima who is really getting use to score hat-tricks like he did against PSG, even Chelsea played well too but had made few mistakes in defending. The third goald is totally the goalkeeper' fault and gave a free score to benzima. In my opinion everything is clear now. Next match at Bernabeu which gives more chances for real madrim to confirm their qualifications.
