Considering the existing draw, if Liverpool challenge Manchester City in the UCL then it will be a final match. Because if Liverpool qualify for the semifinals then the opponent is Bayern Munich/Villarreal and to be honest, if the opponent is Bayern Munich I personally don't believe Liverpool will be able to beat him. As for Manchester City, if they qualify for the semifinals, the opponents will be Real Madrid/Chelsea, which I personally am quite sure that Manchester City still has a chance to reach the final match than Liverpool.

Do not discount the teams like Real Madrid, who have shown over and over again they know how to play Champions League football. They dumped out PSG, so they will look forward to City after getting Chelsea out. If they meet all Chelsea, City and Liverpool, you have to say they deserve it like no other team.

On the other hand,,, we are also forgetting about Bayern Munich if they beat Liverpool, they will be confident of beating anyone in the final.

Atletico Madrid  can't be compared to Sporting Lisbon. The laliga is another competitive league after the English premier league so we might be surprise to see a very narrow win from either side. There is only 1 match that is going to be tense, normally. Chelsea - Real Madrid is difficult to say who is the favourite. I think the other 3 games are pretty clear who will go through. Certainly Villareal and Benfica are too small in this face of the competition. Atletico Madrid could still be a surprise with Griezman and Suarez, but I suspect Liverpool will know how to handle that. I am especially looking forward to the draw for the semi-finals.
