Bayern Munich really surprised me by losing to Villarreal yesterday. But I believe Villarreal deserved this victory from the beginning to the end. They had a very impressive performance and it helped them get a huge win in this. Villarreal were very good at defense too and found so many dangerous attacks also. Bayern Munich should be just thankful for not losing the game by a bigger gap. In Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich are going to be my favourite of course but it might not be easy for them to eliminate Villarreal.

I also noticed that in fact the score in the first game should have been more in favor of Villarreal and Bayern were lucky to lose only 1-0. But if you remember the confrontation between Villarreal and Juventus, then in the first match Villarreal drew 1-1, and then won 3-0 away. Therefore, if I were Bayern, I would start to get nervous - Villarreal plays stronger away

The Chelsea vs Real Madrid game was the most delightful one among all of them I think. Thanks to Benzema especially, we watched a superb game. He was perfect by making a hat-trick. Chelsea had really nothing to do against him in this game. Especially the header goals were incredible. And now, Chelsea are in a big trouble like a 1-3 score disadvantage. In Santiago Bernabeu, I don't think that Chelsea have much chance to advance. As long as they don't improve their game, nothing will be changing for them.

We have removed Chelsea from the Champions League list this season because it is almost impossible for them to reverse the situation
Real Madrid definitely qualify for the next stage and wait for a new opponent, what we are waiting for is Benzema we look forward to the action in every game

The best teams in all leagues have the opportunity to play in the Champions League. No team is weak here. Each team is stronger. The team that can maintain its consistency, will not lose form, they will go ahead to win the title. It is not possible to do well in the Champions League if you are not able to perform consistently well. Since each team is strong here, a poor performance in a match will make it uncertain whether they will qualify for the next round.

Totally agree with what you say because I also see the performance of each team in the Champions League is always different from the performance in their own League, because in the Champions League every player is required to play better and consistently so that they can always look strong and have the potential to qualify for the next round with an advantage through aggregate.

you might play brilliantly in your domestic matches but then feeling different as it's a huge stage in champions league, it's often you suddenly losing your grade A form and fucked it up.

Well, I'm seeing Real Madrid as a finalist, I don't think Chelsea can do anything else, on the other hand Liverpool is very strong, it's a team that is showing that it never loses level.

All four played and I believe that I agree with the fact that only Liverpool looks as guaranteed as it gets. Obviously nothing is guaranteed in football, but all other teams are closer to each other. Real Madrid looks comfortable too by the way, they won their away game, and will be playing at home and will be much more comfortable, I do not think that they would lose from this point.

I mean if it was 1-0 or something like that then I would say it was closer, but it was 3-1 and Real has Benzema who is having the best season of his life at age 35, that is a big weapon to have. Let's see what happens, the games will be held in a week or so, quite soon.

Yes it is almost impossible for Chelsea to qualify. Already they are in dangerous situation. But everything is possible in football. If we see the history of PSG and Real Madrid, we will be able to see a great come back from Real Madrid. I hope Chelsea will try to come back in their second match.

I wouldnt rule out Chelsea just yet although they need to score 3 nil to get to the next round. I agree with you both Benzema and Lewandowski are currently the best strikers in the world,i would give a small edge to Benzema due to playing in a lot harder league and different play style then Bundesliga. Both Hazard and Bale currently are just only their for money and arent playing at all currently

I'm not underestimating Juventus but I believe they are not on the same level as Bayern.

Benzema is important for Madrid, without Benzema it would be a very difficult story. But that is also without Mbappe at PSG. Although comparison between Chelsea and Real Madrid is very crucial because there is a great difference in teams of experience on UEFA Champions League. But Benzema alone has become a legendary figure for Real Madrid,because he is a player that knows how to play the ball and know how to score goal. I am sure he will score more goals in second leg, because Chelsea's defense really bad, they need to sign more players

Well, this possibility will still happen but if you look at Chelsea's previous performance, I am quite doubtful about it.
they made too many unnecessary mistakes there which made an already superior Madrid even more profitable with the personal mistakes they made.
other than that the problems that have been haunting them until now regarding ownership, sanctions issues etc are still unresolved problems so I really think this will be the end for Chelsea now
