I second that, in my opinion, if Barca even manages somehow to make it to the next round, I think that will be their last bus stop, as they'll most prolly be knocked out, they are really poor nowadays, and it'll take them quite a long time to get back to their erstwhile position in world football.

It's very delicate situation to be in for Barcelona, but the major factor is that Bayern Munich have nothing to play for but, I strongly disagree that they'd however bench some of their stars players because why would they do that ? Bundesliga is unlike the English and Spanish league with heavy schedule for the Christmas and New Year,  the last matches for the Bundesliga sides would be 18th of this after that until the second week of the new year. The only advantage Barcelona might have would be Bayern Munich not playing desperately since they have nothing to lose.
I want to hope Barcelona would make through the next stage regardless, and Bayern isn't invisible, If they can lose to Augsburg, they can lose to Barcelona, too.

Barcelona with the leaving of Messi are facing difficulties not only in La Liga but also in Champions.They maybe somewhat more focused on Champions though as they are in seventh place in La Liga and things are not looking good for them with all the other teams above them being in better shape than Barcelona.It will be a very easy win for Bayern Munchen.They have beaten Barcelona with tennis results when Barcelona was in much better shape than now.

Yes, I absolutely agree with you because I really don't think that Barcelona under any conditions has any chance to win this match except for Bayern's negligence.
