Real Madrid will not take any wrong step in the match. Madrid is a very experienced club. And the match is their home match. Since the first leg, Madrid had a beautiful 3-1 victory. So even if Real Madrid loses 2-1 or 1-0 in this match, they will still be able to qualify for the semi-finals. On paper Bayern Munich will still win but this time I will try something different that Villarreal seems to be able to defend well and discipline, because just a draw is enough for Villarreal to qualify. I am actually surprised that the bookmakers are still seeing Bayern Munich as the big favorite in this matchup after their bad performance in the first leg. I am aware that this was kind of similar in the round before against RB Salzburg where Bayern only managed to achieve a draw in the first game but then won the second leg with 7-1. I also think though that even in the second leg Salzburg had the chance to score the first goal and if that would have happened Bayern would have had real big trouble to come back from that because at the moment they are just not in a good shape at all. If Villareal plays disciplined, which i guess they will, then they have a really big chance to advance tonight.

I do not think any new history will be created than Bayern to win this match. I have just gone through Villareal matches in La Liga Santander, Villarreal made the fourth position on the league in home matches, with 9 won, 5 draw and 2 loss matches, this shows how Villarreal is very strong at home.

But Villarreal is not strong in away matches. Villarreal in La Liga Santander this season, in away matches, Villareal won 3, draw 5 and lost 7 matches. Villarreal can have strong defence, but the club is not as perfect in away matches as home matches.

We have also noticed how Bayern can disappoint fans while first playing in away matches in Champions League, FC Salzburg was never the first Bayern defeated in Allianz Arena in return match after disappointing fans in the first match. Although, Villarreal already have 1 goal which means it is leading, but it should be expecting much pressure from Bayern today.

Bearing in mind that Villareal has the advantage in the tie, they will try to manage the result as best they can.

now Munich will play at home. of course, they will play better with full support from fans. Munich had to play aggressively from the start of the game. they have to catch up with 1 goal down in the first leg. this will be a very interesting match in the second leg which will be held at the Allianz arena where Villarreal managed to beat Bayern Munich with an ugly 1-0 score first. Realistically, Villarreal could have scored more goals in the first game! They are a good team, but I think Bayern is an unstoppable machine at home! And I saw that odds for Villarreal, and it seems very attractive to play with some low bet! Bayern will start offensive for sure, but if Villarreal finds a way to cut off that offensive play and find a chance to score, this game can get a different course!
