Australia is making slow and steady progress after the fall of Usman Khawaja and Steven Smith. West Indies bowlers as usual, lost their focus when a partnership started building. Now the match is slowly drifting out of their control and the West Indian captain looks completely clueless. BTW, I was quite impressed the way Marnus Labuschagne batted so far. He maybe targeting to take his test batting average to 60. Not a mean achievement, considering the fact that he plays the vast majority of his matches in the bowler friendly tracks of Australia.

Australia are playing brilliantly in the 2nd Test. Lost only 3 wickets and scored 287 runs. The man who scored a double century in the last Test was a complete failure today. Instead, other players have been able to fill the gap. In the last match Steven Smith scored 200 runs but he returned to 0 runs in this match. Marnus Labuschagne and Travis Head have been able to form a good partnership.

Australia is now 330 runs in 89 overs. I think the runs are fine. Travis Head batted very well in the match. He scored 114 runs in 139 balls. Marnus Labuschagne scored 120 runs in 235 balls. Australia did not score much in the beginning but in the end  Australia scored a lot of runs.

England team will now head to Multan - for the next matches and the fans are excited to welcome them.

Many in Pakistan were also hoping for the final of WTC but on other side we have big community which is also aware about this fact that PCB and Pakistani cricket is having history of big blunders, and they are still on this path without having any lesson from these mistakes now with this results most chances they will be out of the WTC final race and it's wide open for the India and South Africa with Australia is already set their place into this final and here I have feeling India could be second team, and they will second time into final of the WTC.
When you have any management where most of the members are having seats just because of personal links and political base then you can't expect any positive development from them because they have no mind no vision they are doing things just for the big salary and personal sack, so this is the biggest issue in the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Yes this is very true that Pakistan cricket never learn from past mistakes rather keep repeating them again and again. Rameez Raja was a pathetic cricketer and he was selected in team because of his father influence, wasim akram wrote in his recent book. Now same Rameez Raja is heading PCB, so you can easily figure out where Pakistan cricket will be heading.

I don't see any reason to hate Rameez Raja because of that statement. If anything I think he said the right thing. It always feels like India is the one child of ICC who always gets what he wants. It's high time for some changes. I still do not know if anything will change or I don't even know what is going to happen regarding the Asia Cup.

But there is no reason for India to oppose the idea of Pakistan hosting the Asia Cup. 
ICC needs to take certain steps if this is the reason why they do not want to participate in the Asia Cup.

It's still decided that the Asia Cup will be held in Pakistan but I am not certain whether India will let that happen. The ICC will also lose a lot of money if India doesn't participate in the Asia Cup.

So we are left with two options, either ICC agrees that Asia cup will be played without India and loses on the revenue. Or ICC comes with a new plan of leaving Pakistan and conducting the ICC in a neutral venue with Pakistan 

The second test between England and Pakistan will be played tomorrow and Pakistan needs to win this one in order to save the series.
I am hopeful Pakistan will play in this test match because they are best when it comes to do or die situations.

ICC will come with one and only solution to organise Asia Cup at a neutral revenue , ICC cannot finalise Asia Cup without India as they have alot of role in ICC finances and decisions .
But this rigid behaviour is not good for anyone obviously India is at wrong end this time as why they can't ce to Pakistan to just play some matches. What's wrong with Pakistan,?

Like the first match, the Australian team will probably declare the innings by collecting more than 500 runs in the second match. I think Australia will bat two sessions today.

Marnus hasn't played a lot of matches in the sub-continent. Therefore I am not sure about how he will perform against spinners such as Ravichandran Ashwin on turning surfaces. Anyway, we will get the answer in around two months from now, when Australia is scheduled to play a total of four test matches against India (venues are - Negpur, Delhi, Dharamsala and Ahmedabad). The second test at Kotla would be an entirely different experience for Marnus. Thanks to the parali burning celebrations in Punjab, at that time the AQI will be at hazardous levels.

Marnus Labuschagne is batting on 130, and now his test batting average has also gone past 60. He single-handedly took the match away from West Indies. At one point, Australia was struggling at 131/3. The partnership between Labuschagne and Head completely changed the course of the match and now it looks as if they may post a total of around 500-600. None of the West Indian bowlers are looking as if they can trouble these two. Both Marnus and Travis have been scoring with such ease and now the run rate has also gone up.

Pakistan vs England, 2nd Test is going to start shortly. England won by 74 runs in the first Test of the 3-match Test series. But the way Pakistan were batting on the first day of that match, it seemed that Pakistan would win the test. Pakistan could not finish well in the end. They lost all their wickets and lost the match by few runs. In today's match, England won the toss and decided to bat, let's see how they perform in this 2nd test.

Like the first Test, Australia has more chances to win the second match.
