There was nothing wrong in the Line-up. Barcelona is in some sort of crisis on the Right wing, for example, Dembélé did not feature, so they needed someone who would offer some speed on that flank and that's where Dest comes in since he can also play the Right Midfield Position.

Good job today to all the Barcelona players as they beat Valencia 3-1. Aguero's Laliga debut came today but unfortunately only a few minute before the end of the game, but he should be happy because on his debut the team won despite the doubt. I am happy to see Ansu Fati, Depay and Coutinho score goals in this match, but several times I still see the Barcelona defense being overwhelmed by Valencia's attacks. Dest, who I had doubts about being positioned as a winger, also played well and managed to provide a beautiful assist to Coutinho, he was fast even though he easily lost the ball.

Did I find something wrong in today's Barcelona vs Valencia line-up? As far as I know Dest is a player who plays as a right-back or left-back, but why did Koeman put him as a winger in today's match? I don't know if this is one of the tricks to trick Koeman's opponents in this match, but if it's wrong then Koeman really does a lot of testing for new positions for his players.

Dest played there because Pedri was unavailable and Agüero just came back from injury, he could only play for few minutes. I'm pretty sure after tonight we don't have to see Dest in right wing position. It wasn't tactical choice by Koeman, he ought to put the best player from available in the squad.

Everything in the match was expected for me. Valencia always push Barcelona for harder, they scored early but couldn't keep the lead. Even though some important missing players, Barca still force their gameplay in the field and Valencia had to accept that. If Guedes was lucky in his shots it could be more exciting score though, we can say it's a fair result. Also no trouble in over goal bets, it was a typical Barca vs. Valencia game.

My pick is over 2.5 goals for this match.

Yeah, I can't say I'm surprised but I was actually surprised. I was expecting Valencia would win. Even a couple of days ago, I said Valencia might win it if Barcelona fumbles. It's a good thing that Barcelona fought back despite being a goal down since the start of the match. I'm hoping they keep up with the performance and remain consistent even if it's for a while. Someone who impressed me today was Ansu Fati.

I think the fans still in anger ... they feel the club degraded from what it should have.

this winning couldnt be a future reference on how barcelona are ready back on the track , i see there is a lot of work to do to gather confidence .. making a team to have champions mentality from a terrible form. that is a tough job to be done, that is why there is a lot of manager sacked after consecutive losses , barcelona simply didnt do that due cant pay the conpensation.

But still Barcelona played good football today and dominated the match, of course it doesn't mean that they're back on their feet yet, one match is not enough to say that, El clasico will show if they can compete for La Liga this year because they're still only 2 points behind Real Madrid the favourite to win it, I think fans and players could be happy with only a draw if they can get it.

It may be not a sign of Barcelona best performance return but it is a clear indicator that there is an improvement in Barcelona performance. May be right but in this match we have some good positive things from Barcelona even still few issues to be solved, but now they have some good and positive way for future in next few days they have another easy match at for Champions League this is also very important for having hopes alive for their stay in champion league next round.

If Barca had been smarter, it would have used all of that money to build better, improve stadium and youth and expand. Instead they threw money away to get Coutinho and others.

However them lacking those players doesn't mean that they will not make any revenue at all, they will keep on making money both from league, TV rights, sponsorship, gate keipts, champions league and so forth.

What they have to do is not to look getting back to that revenue level, but try to drop the costs, that way they will be doing fine. They are capable of paying 100-150 million total for the players, even as much as 200 million, and lets say they have another 200 million running operational costs as well. That is 400 million, let's put up another 100 million for unexpected stuff and they got 500 million dollars cost. Even without jersey sales, that's AT LEAST 100+ million a year, and even then some if they could end up with some success.

Koeman is not the manager for that, but if they could get rid of excess players and put up good talented young players, and get a manager like Xavi, making 700-800 is not impossible and that would be 200-300 profit each year. Good job indeed, De Jong (Frankie) should be the my man of the match loved how he shares the ball to the different corners and angle in the field.
The build up to Barcelona's penalty awarded was my best moment, beautiful play from the lads there,you could see confidence in how they actually played.
Aguero debut against Valencia, this is actually the team he played before a move to Manchester City.
Talking about dest, I knew he was gonna play very well, I have watched him couple of times now while playing for USA to skillful to be a right full back, no wonder he was used to play as a winger.

I think Messi still make me like Barcelona because I still like the club when he left and he was the reason I have interest for the club. The start was somehow when I saw Valencia scored in just 5 minutes to the beginning of the game, I got to have lost hope more that Barcelona has become a very poor club, but the match start to be exciting when Barcelona scored back in the 13th minute and the matched ended 3 : 1 as Barcelona won.

But the issue now is how Barcelona will go far in Champions League, I really doubt that but I think it is very possible the club will still do good in La Liga and come up further in the table.

Although Osasun won, I liked Villarreal's play style. They have possess the ball more. At the same time, Villarreal has made more attacks than Osasuna. I would have been happy if Villarreal had won. Osasuna is now fifth in the points table with 17 points from 9 matches. This season's title fight will be tough if teams like Real Sociedad and Sevilla don't lose form in the middle of the season.
