 Majority of players Barcelona do buy are truly over hyped players, I can't believe that Greizman will go to Barça and not perform up to expectations, Velverde wasn't Barcelona problem it's kind of obvious now,  the players are the problem they are not giving up to expectations,  it's just like when Arsene Wenger was in Arsenal we all thought he's the problem meanwhile he's not

Many purchases of Barcelona players that do not match expectations only suarez is brilliantly playing with Barcelona and currently injured so must be absent in a few weeks, while Messi continues to be cornered will not be extended again is it possible Barca will not be consistent anymore?

For today in the Spanish Cup I bet on Athletic Bilbao to win 1st half against Granada CF. Seems Bilbao in recent games creates more early scoring chances than Granada, and Bilbao's defense in the cup has been good.

I almost thought it's not sarcasm . But actually federation achieved what they wanted by changing tournament format to single game played. But probably all these results were too extreme for them.

Thibaut Courtois was named the player of the month of january in laliga. He has had one of the best recoveries this season after the very slow start to his first season at Spain, gradually picking up form this season and has conceded the fewest number of goals in laliga this season.

I saw the news just few hours ago and i was very happy courtoius, in the la liga this season he has been the best by very margins
Justifying the need for madrid to prise him away from Chelsea, and even sell out Keylor to accomodate him.

But he also has survived strong criticisms which i believe made him even more stronger. He is already in the season poty, and surely looks clear and right on path to secure the golden glove

Totally not forgetting and this is definitely the best ever I can remember. Not because Real is out, and Barca still in, I honestly don't mind even if we get knocked out later on because it will be even better to see a new team win the cup for the first time.

He's starting position is at midfield but he's been playing three postions.  Defending, making assists and being a goal threat too on top of that.  They don't need Paul Pogba imo (there are rumors saying he could end up at Real.  I wonder why Zidane is hellbent on getting him).

I bet that if the spanish football federation could've predicted that ALL of the top teams would get KO'd before the semis, they wouldn't have approved this new single game format, at the end of the day, they're a bunch of paper chasers LOL the current teams in the semis don't provide as much as money as the top teams (tv rights, sponsors, etc).

There's no way we're gonna sign Pogba. Valverde will be our next midifield legend, Kroos is back to his old form (top-class), and Casemiro, well, he's Casemiro. I think it's more likely that we'll sign either Kanté or Camavinga in the summer, just to give Casemiro a bit of rest and competition.

Pleased that I stopped betting on Granada as soon as their league form started to show their true colours (with all due respect!) but yeah, the bookies definitely agree with the strategy and it's the way for these teams to play, smart and careful.

I still think they're worth a punt though at 6/1, they're still the slightly more attacking formation, they're actually separated by very little in league position and I smell a poacher's goal from Soldado.

Shame on me for picking to watch the Inter match though =p

Actually there are many good real midfield midfielders, but only Casemiro is able to perform at his best and continue to pressure opponents with good form and defense.
