Watford come off a disappointing scoreless draw at Millwall, ending their three match winning streak. The visitors were unable to capitalize on a number of chances, but this was probably the best result heading into this match. Watford will be hungry returning home where they have won their last three and are unbeaten in their last five. Add in Watford's defense has only conceded one goal in their last four matches overall and just one in their last five at home. For QPR, they are danger close to the relegation zone, sitting on 27 points, they are four points clear of 22nd place Rotherham who have played a match less. QPR come off a 1-0 loss at 18thplace Derby after back to back road wins. Though those wins were not against sides in the top ten. They may also be hitting above their weight on the road and we expect a major letdown against a side chasing promotion. This is the first match at Watford since 2013 between these two sides.

[WIN!!!] - PICK: BOSTON BRUINS ML for 4 UNITS (1.67 ODDS).

Look if you are the Bruins you have to be ticked as they were definitely the better team on Saturday when these teams hooked up losing 4-3 in OT. The Bruins were down 3-0 before coming back to tie it 3-3 and force OT which shows how tough they are to beat. The Bruins outshot the Caps 43-23 which saw them have 19 shots in the first period, and yet the Caps managed 4 goals on just those 23 shots. I expect a much better effort here from the Bruins. Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said after the game " we felt we were the better team if you look at the overall game" The Bruins got back one of the league's best goal scorers last game with David Pastrnak, who is a major piece to their offense. I think now having a game under his belt and finding some chemistry again with his teammates that he will have more of an impact today. The Caps received a big boost before game time getting Ovie back but I think they are due for a let down here. I get they have been playing some good hockey which is why the public is all over the dog here today, but the Bruins opened up a favorite for a reason. Favorite's off a loss have been very profitable this season. Put it all together and I look for a big bounce back from the Bruins here today and a great public fade to boot. Capitals are 4-12 in their last 16 games following a win. Bruins are 4-1 in their last 5 games as a favorite.

We roll with the Under today as we like the fact that Memphis comes off a loss and they are going to be irritated and we like the fact that UCF comes off an OT loss as well as giving up a near season high in offensive output. We have always felt that UCF is able to play quality defense and hang in against elite opponents by slowing down the pace if the opponent is a top 50 school like Memphis and as Memphis comes off a loss, we expect them to clamp down on defense as well which though this total is low, makes for a decent shot at an under this evening.

We have been on a down tick in the NBA and we look to change that this week and start a solid run in the NBA. Per this selection, the Spurs gave up 129 points last game which has to infuriate this team as they discussed in multiple post-game interviews. This is a Spurs team that simply had beaten Denver, Boston and others and were feeling themselves a too much if you will. You'd have to think that this Spurs team plays better defense here and locks down more here from a Memphis team that took them to the woodshed from start to finish - but that is only because Memphis had not played in quite some time b/c of Covid protocols so they were more than ready for that game. We like Juventus in the first leg of this Coppa Italia semifinal. Juventus come off a solid 2-0 win at tenth place Sampdoria over the weekend for their fourth win in a row and their fourth clean sheet in a row. They have outscored their opponents 10-0 over these four matches since their last loss, a 2-0 loss at Inter. Away from home, Juve have just one loss in their last 13 matches, winning five of the last six. For Inter, they continued their strong run after knocking out local rivals AC Milan 2-1 last week with a 4-0 win over 12th place Benevento at home. The host are unbeaten in their last six matches since losing at Sampdoria. We expect a letdown from Inter's high power attack coming off a 4 goal outing. Inter's win in January was their first over Juve since 2016. With away goals in use for the semifinal, expect Inter to alter their style a bit, not wanting to make a mistake and allow a Juve goal. However, changing their style of play will only give Juve the opportunity to get the upper hand in this two-leg match up.

Per this selection, let's take a shot on Wake Forrest to hang tough here at Notre Dame. You have a 5-7 team here in Wake facing a 6-9 team here in Notre Dame. Wake Forrest just beat Miami by 12 points and played fantastic defense and they hung in there against NC State and lost by just 5 points. This team is coached by Steve Forbes and he has done a fantastic job turning around this once Danny Manning coached team. Remember, this team recently beat Pittsburgh as well when they got their first conference win, and then they did beat Miami as well for their 2nd conference win - and Miami just beat Duke recently and Wake was able to hold them to 55 points which is pretty impressive. Notre Dame has looked good and they just destroyed Pittsburgh but do they have a big let down here? Wake Forrest plays hard, they hung in there and lost by just 4 points to Virginia Tech, they have good depth, they know they are getting better and Notre Dame only runs 7 deep so given how hard Wake plays on the defensive side, this could tire Notre Dame a bit here. Let's roll with Wake here as they continue to believe in themselves and play hard and I think they hang tough today.

We roll with the Blazers here. Remember, this is a Portland team that just got destroyed by Milwaukee 106-134 and I think they get back on track here. They do have Philly on deck here but they are 1-2 on this road trip, and with Washington winning a shocker over Brooklyn, a game they never should have frankly won but it took a terrible in-bounds play and back to back 3 pointers to win that game, I think they have a let down here. The body of work for Washington is not great as they are 4-14 and I think Portland will come out focused today after a terrible defensive effort against Milwaukee who was red hot in that game. Yes, Washington gets up for the very good teams, they beat Brooklyn twice, but can they grind? Can they beat normal mediocre teams here and I don't know if they can grind and we will roll with Portland here who is much better on defense, who comes off a bad loss and who will be motivated to play well here as though they are shorthanded, their bench is starting to come together of late as well.

The Avalanche lost some key players in that game in Johnson and Mckinnon. Both are not likely to play today but that's ok, as the Avalanche are an extremely deep team, with plenty of weapons. The Avs have won 3 straight at home outscoring opponents 18-3 in that stretch. They will likely have Grubauer back in goal today who has a 1.76 GAA on the year. Regardless if he starts or not we still love the play. Its tough to beat a team twice, especially an elite team like the Avalanche. This also matches a profitable system this year in the NHL as home teams are 57-19 (75%) this year. While Favorites off a loss are 37-10 (77%). Take the Avalanche at home today to bounce back and grab a win.

Per this selection, we roll with the Under here as Alabama comes off a rare loss in their last game against Oklahoma where they were outscored late in the game as Oklahoma went on a 7-0 run despite Bama leading by 1 point late in the game. Also, LSU gave up a record number of 3 pointers to Alabama last time around, about 21 (3 pointers) which was stunning as Bama dropped 105 points on this team. Will Wade's team has not given up on this season at all as they nearly beat Texas Tech away from home and let a late lead and a 7 point lead slip away in the final 2 minutes. They basically nearly beat a top 10 team on the road which shows you a lot about the caliber of this team and the ability to still fight and still hang in. I think LSU might actually cover today but don't want to go against Bama off a loss. There were 180 points scored between these two last game and we don't see that many points being scored this game between these two squads. Look for a hotly contested contest that could fall in the mid 150's today as we have this contest around 80-74 today.

Per this selection, Atlanta beat this team by 4 points last yaer but we're more focused on the fact that Luka and Dallas really need a big win here. This game is more than just about Luka vs. Young the trade that surprised a lot of folks but a trade that I think worked well for both teams - Atlanta picked up Hunter and Reddish off that trade and both guys are playing well. But, with Kleber back for this game and possibly Kristaps also playing here too - not to mention Richardson now back for Dallas, this is a decent spot for Dallas to do well as they head out East for this 1 game. Remember, Hawks could be hungover from the very tight loss to the Lakers so it could be tough to get up for the Mavericks who are just 8-13 out of the gates and on a 6 game losing streak. Hunter possibly might not play here for the Hawks but I think more than anything this sense of urgency is very big here for Dallas and I think they play well today.

Its tough going against the Bruins but do you think the Flyers have forgotten what the Bruins did to them a few weeks ago?  Flyers took an early 2-0 lead in game 1 and blew it, losing 5-4 in a shootout.  The following game the Bruins blasted them 6-1.  Since then the Flyers have won 4 in a row and I think they are just salivating at the chance to face the Bruins again.  Carter Hart allowed 10 goals in those two games so you know he will eager to face them again.  Many had picked the Flyers to be in the thick of it come playoff time and challenge for the cup.  This is a chance for them to make a statement against an elite team like the Bruins.  On the flip side the Bruins come off an emotional roller coaster of a series against the Capitals.  Game 1 saw them down 3-0 only to come back to force OT and lose 4-3.  The last game they were down 3-0 again and stormed back scoring 5 unanswered goals to win the game.  I think they are in for a let down here in this spot.  They are slow starters and that is simply not a winning formula long term especially against elite teams.  I think the Flyers are out to prove something and while getting some revenge, while the Bruins likely have a let down here.  Give me the Flyers at home to get the job done.  Flyers are 6-2 in their last 8 games as a home underdog.  Flyers are 35-17 in their last 52 home games.

They sit in seventh place and are just two points back of Real Sociedad for the last European spot. Ohio State lost to this team last year and I think they will remember that loss. They are better, longer, deeper this year and this team is a top 10 team for a reason. Yes, Iowa is fantastic. But, do not forget that Ohio State is still a top 10 team as well and Ohio State has been able to score with relative ease all year this year and it is their defense that gets them in trouble sometimes. You have a Iowa team that just thumped Michigan State as well who have no issues scoring the ball, but the games they tend to struggle are against athletic teams who are able to run the floor even better than them. Remember, Iowa gave up 99 to Gonzaga, over a 100 points to Minnesota with overtime and 81 to a suspect Indiana offense at times. I think Ohio State can be an active underdog today with revenge and Iowa is suspect on the defensive side of the ball and I think this game will be a high scoring game, with Ohio State leading early on and even at halftime and then Iowa makes their come back as this game goes over.

Per this selection, we know that this is a low line here but let's roll with the Under here. The Nuggets went 18/23 from 3 point land against the Utah Jazz and they were simply lights out that game and these Lakers know that. The Lakers are very fundamentally sound defensively which is why Frank Vogel was brought in the first place. The Lakers have been phenomenal on the defensive side of the ball and they will want to prove a point here and shut down a team that just domianted the Jazz the game before. The Nuggets also gave up 117 points to these Lakers last time and lost 1-4 to them in the Conference Finals so they have a little revenge here too. No Garry Harris this game because of a left adductor strain but I think the most important thing here is that you have a Utah team that will get up to play the Lakers, it's a primetime game that will have all the playoff feel to it and the Lakers are likely to lock down heavily defensively as well.

I love the over in this one. Odds makers opened this total at 6.5 which signals a higher scoring game, and rightfully so as the Capitals are 8-2 to the over this year. Their goal tending has been ok this year but not great at times, as it is their offense that keeps them in games. The Capitals are averaging 3.70 goals per game on offense this year and feature a ton of weapons, especially now that Ovie is back. You also have to think the Capitals are still ticked about blowing a 3-0 lead to the Bruins this last game losing 5-3. I expect them to bounce back here and be eager for a win. On the flip side you have a Rangers team that bounced back last game beating the Penguins. The got rid of the cancer in the dressing room putting De'Angelo on waivers. I think you will start to see a better Rangers team moving forward. When you look at the opening line the Rangers opened up as a slight favorite which also signals they likely do well here today. Put it all together and we like the over. Over is 6-1 in Rangers last 7 games following a win. Over is 11-4 in Capitals last 15 games

After losing at Napoli 6-0, Fiorentina are on a two match unbeaten run, drawing 1-1 at Torino last weekend. However at home in the League, Fiorentina are on a six match unbeaten run, winning their last two. They sit in 11th place on 22 points, seven points clear of the relegation zone. They are a strong side at home where their defense seems comfortable. For Inter, they are coming off a 2-1 first-leg home defeat in the Coppa Italia to Juventus and now travel for the second-leg on Tuesday. This loss snapped a six match unbeaten run since losing at Sampdoria 2-1. With an eye on Tuesday, this has the making of being a trip up match for the visitors. Inter are two points back of local rivals AC Milan who do not play until Sunday. Away from home, Inter are 2-1-2 in their last five matches and playing out to a scoreless draw at Udinese. Inter have won the last two meetings, both one goal wins with the last three meetings in the League at Fiorentina all draws. Inter have not won at Fiorentina since February 2014.

The side on this game can go either way but we will roll with the total here. Couple things here, Youngstown State beat this team in 2019 so Robert Morris has a little revnge here but Robert Morris comes off one of the worst losses of Coach Andrew Toole's career. It was horrible, the opposing team scored 90+ points and it was an embarrassing defensive effort for this team which led to more defensive practices as reported. Now, you have a Youngstown State team that is an on again and off again team who is one of the few teams to beat Wright State in conference play but they can have huge let downs as well. Given that Robert Morris comes off a horrendous loss especially with a terrible defensive effort and given that Youngstown State has a tendency to shoot poorly against quality defensive teams when they are motivated, we think this likely goes under today in a surprising way.

But, they did sine Mason to a two way deal and will get some guard help today and I think what you will see is Orlando moving to a guard heavy lineup and they will run here and with Chicago coming off a horrible shooting game as well where they put up 103 points against a good Knicks defense, look for a higher scoring affair today as this game goes Over.
