Power supply okay?

Have you tried the hardreset?

It is in the Data center. Cant try it till morning EST.  Cry

It looks like the i2c bus is not working properly.
It can be fixed by a power cycle usually.
Please try a full power cycle - if it`s not helping open an ssh tunnel for us so that we can look.

It is not possible to physically unplug and plug the miner in before the morning EST. But I can PM you the SSH credentials, if you would be so kind and try to help me Smiley

@edgar
Please tell me how the software lead on a 3-day vacation (during which he was answering questions) slows production down.

I find it important to get a vacation here and there, especially in todays hamster-wheel work environment.

In case you didn´t know, Zvi was probably the hardest working guy for the last months, as most of the software work was done before release.

If Zvi got burnout because of your shitty "nobody gets a day off" strategy, you would have a much bigger problem on your hands.

zzzzz....

lets not divert attention from the requested details with intentional 'misunderstanding & twisting of statements' again, eh?

there is a time & a place for everything.

NOW is the time for 'all hands 'pon deck', however even i am now falling for your misdirection tactic.

Again, if you have a valid order, why don´t you just email spondoolies-tech with your order ID and kindly ask when your unit is scheduled for shipping?

I am sure it will be much easier to get your shipping date from a public forum, where spon needs to guess your order number, and whether you actually have an order.... \sarcasm

what is the purpose of again implying that i may not even be a customer?

IF i didnt have a 'valid order' why would i care??

your repeated attempts to divert MY focus where YOU want is stupefying.

The only one diverting from anything is you, as you cannot even be bothered to write a single email asking for your approximate shipping time, instead spamming the thread.

My brain is able to comprehend two statements per post, is yours?

If you dont write that email, you quite frankly don´t deserve to know when your unit will be shipping. (Other than within the next two weeks)

I basically made payment on Friday and it probably will go through to them today. I was charged by my bank for overseas payment. I don't want to find out that spoondoolies don't have the machine. Even a refund would mean i'm loosing out on my charges. I've e-mailed sales@.. so let's see what they say.

How comes the company doesn't have a number to be contacted on? Even for technical assistance in future after receiving the machine?

Ignoring the fact that only 2 hours and half have passed since Monday working day began maybe they have a big backlog of e-mails. Just a thought...

If you've transferred the money on Friday, we'll see it on Tuesday or Wednesday.
You'll get a confirmation email from Katya.

We're overwhelmed with emails. If you don't get a reply within 48 hours, please email sales@, support@ or info@ again.

Thanks,
Guy

Of course they don't have the "machine". This is a preorder for September (batch 2) if you ordered in past few days.

You mean they will make the machine late august and start shipping in mid-September?

Spondoolies will probably assemble your specific machine early September and ship it as soon as burn-in testing was succesfull.

If your order is a September batch 2 machine, it should be shipped after the 15th September. (and assembled mid September)

You spent nearly $4000 and didn't know it was a preorder? I don't mean to be a dick about it but it's hard to miss this at the top of the order page...
