To be fair a lot of quarterbacks who have sat behind someone and little to no tape is on does well in a one game sample.  But now that there is game film on him other teams d coordinators can key in on their strengths.  There usually is a reason why qbs like that don't see the field unless there are injuries.

Well he's gonna have some prime time tape after tonight. I am sticking with my assessment that he is solid and if the Jets D can hold the score down this will be a close game. I'm playing Carter when I have other options which I would never do with Wilson.

The Colts are absolutely going to be running all over the Jets.  They are horrid vs the run.  I need to look up player props but I am positive that Taylor will run for 100+ yards and a TD.  I'll be traveling during the game but I will be praying for some good pts from Michael Carter now that he's in my starting lineup instead of Derrick Henry    I guess I can be thankful he's playing well of late.

I think you'll be good, your lucky you had him to plug in at this time. If it was a month ago you woulda been fucked!

Yeah my other 2 league's I had Thomas stashed on those teams hoping to break him out for the second half of the season.  Lot of crazy injuries, arrests, sickness, personal leave, etc.  Gonna be survival of the fittest at the end of this season.

Playing FF during this season has been an eye opener for me, for the most part I only kept track of the injuries of the players of the Patriots and nothing more, and if the injured player was not Brady, Gronk or Edelman the effects were minimum, but playing FF has showed a reality it was in front of me and I never saw, the amount of players which become unavailable for one reason or another is huge and it is only now where it directly affects my chances to win a game is that I am realizing this.

The mystery on why the Cardinals are now presently becoming the underdog versus the 49ers has been answered. The coronavirus! A.J. Green is confirmed to have it and I speculate more players might be declared out for Sunday’s game. I made an early bet again on Cardinals -2 because I was afraid that it would change quickly to -3, -3.5. I pay again.

Yeah gonna be interesting as we get into the colder months who is in and who is out.  Not looking forward to tonight's game.  Hopefully it's not a complete snoozefest.  For some reason I just can't watch the jets play they are just that bad, they are almost as bad as my Giants

Yeah true that. Still, losing Henry is a massive blow to the gonads. Also playing wheelz this week who’s in first place  (tho I do have high point total   ) which is terrible timing.

Who was the lucky person that won the waiver wire lottery for Carson Wentz. He might have made him +30 points for this game versus the Jets hehe. He was my first choice temporary replacement for Tom Brady who will be on a bye week.

Also, Henry Ruggs was released by the Las Vegas Raiders. Everyone, do not drink and drive. Getting massage and trying to get your dingdong touched only is okay. It will not end your career.

White gave up one good drive before immediately getting injured.

Carter had 4 points on that drive and then 4.6 the entire rest of the game.

How would you rate my trade, i got J. Taylor and two other bums for Jacobs, D. Johnson, and Stafford (he was my backup QB to Allen)? I feel like i won this trade and did not overpay for possibly the best remaining running back in the game. 200 total yards and 2TDs in his debut for my team, i mean not bad, not bad at all. Not to mention that two of the Colts' next four opponents are JAX and HOU, guaranteed smash spots imo.

In our league, i'm playing against the D/ST the Jets play against for second week in a row, and i think they will be the main reason to win again. Bengals 1pts and Colts 0pts (espn), the perfect trojan horse. Jets offense with 30+ pts in consecutive weeks playing the backup QB, and the backup of the backup.

J Taylor is a stud in ff.  You definately won that trade.  Knowing you have Allen giving up Stafford is affordable because he would always be on your bench anyway and the Bills are already through their bye.  Taylor just went off for 200 yards and 2 tds (yay me) on Thursday.  He is good for those at any given time, even though they were playing the jets 😅

Christian McCalfrey aka 0.5 calf strain aka Rhuled out is finally back, even on a pitch count he should put some good numbers. Psychotics team is now officially in the playoff hunt.     (let's hope dj moore gets some open 1v1 looks today...fingers crossed).

Elsewhere, interesting to see what the Packers have in Jordan Love, how good is he, etc ? Given how bad the Chiefs' defense is/has been, i believe A. Jones and Dillon can keep Green Bay in the game, i won't be surprised if they cover the +7/+7.5

Cardinals are likely to be without both Murray and Hopkins, 49ers with a chance to get back to 0.5, Kittle and J. Wilson are also back.

My same game parlay in on the Eagles, went with Hurts over Dak for my fantasy team. I hope i won't regret this, Chargers have the worst rush d in the league, so why not...

My Internet connection has been awful the past 2 days, it seems you did not needed me as the LM but still sorry for the absence.

Today I really need the Steelers D to bail me out and break my 4 game losing streak, I need them to score 14 points against the Bears, not impossible but unlikely, this could be easier if the on the Titans-Rams game the TD Higbee scored was not overturned.

Also, the Browns appear to have released Odell Beckham Jr. Why is this? I thought he was a very good and popular wide receiver for the Browns.

Odell has always given me Antonio Brown vibes, he is kind unstable on the field and probably wants to be targeted more than what the game plan indicates, this is not sitting well with the team plus we do not know if there are some incidents they have hidden from the public and finally decided to call it quits.

So where is Odell going to play? It is no secret Odell always wanted to play with Brady but the Bucs have no cap space and they are loaded at WR so this is unlikely, I think his best bet are the LAC as they have the cap space and a QB which can make every throw, however I do not know how successful Odell can be there as without an old leader like Brady to calm him down he is bound to eventually implode again.

14pts it's a long shot, especially given how the underdogs have played/covered spreads this week. One thing that works in your favor is that Nagy will be back on the sidelines for the Bears lol. They played decent without him last week, but yeah...you are definitely looking for a defensive score or something from the Steelers.

We're officially at the halfway point of the 17+bye regular season, so who do we like for Super Bowl? It looks wide open to me.

By division:

• AFC East: Bills got beaten by Jaguars of all teams, still at the top of the division but Patriots are on a roll (RB injuries might affect that though).
• AFC North: Ravens and Steelers are at the top of their division but just barely, and they're winning their games against mediocre opponents just barely.
• AFC South: Titans... not sure if they can really do it without Henry, but they're already 7-2 in a weak division so they're pretty much guaranteed get to the playoffs and they seem to be hopeful that Henry will be back by then.
• AFC West: Chargers and Raiders might spoil the season for Chiefs.
• NFC East: Cowboys looked really poor against Broncos last week but again, a weak division will likely carry them to the playoffs regardless, to be eliminated immediately.
• NFC North: Packers got screwed by Rodgers but he's likely back for the next game. Lions definitely still in the picture.
• NFC South: Bucs are strong as ever. Not sure if Saints can hold on to a playoff spot, Falcons are quite terrible this year but have a more favorable remaining schedule.
• NFC West: Rams got beaten by Henry-less Titans and with Wilson back at the Seahawks... nah, whom am I kidding, it will be Rams and Cardinals in the playoffs.

So I don't know... Buccaneers vs Chargers in the SB? Packers vs Bills? I'm not putting any money on that just yet.

Good question Moon. As of like two weeks ago I was sold on the Bills being the favorite, but now it truly is wide open. The Bills, Rams, Bucs, Cardinals, and imo the current favorite to win it all, the god damn Packers  . As a bears fan that is very hard to swallow.

Honestly until Tom Brady is out of the league, his team no matter which one he is on is the favorite.  Kills me to say it but it's true.  Tell me a team that will be favorites in the playoffs over them?  Not a chance.  Vegas and betting money will come in hard on playoff Brady and squad.  Thinking about dropping a sb bet now on the bucs actually.

New Orleans is one of the teams which need a WR1, Michael Thomas is out for the season and they are the only team that had talks with the Browns about a potential trade for Odell, Seattle is also a team which is been mentioned despite having a good WR core, while New England does not really have a WR1, but can Odell deal with Belichick and his coaching style?

On the NFC I still see the Bucs as the best, the Cardinals are doing a great job but I do not trust they can keep that level of play during the whole season, while I still think we have yet to see the best the Bucs have to offer.

On the AFC things are way more difficult to predict, there are many good teams but all of them have their problems and at the end I think it will come down to which team is the healthiest.
