Before 2 hour I create account and deposit total ~6000 EUR in ETH. I made 4-6 bets and won two bets. Last bet won and my total balance: 266 mBTC (~9800 EUR). I try made withdrawal 166 mBTC (~6100 EUR) and my account is disable.

I write mail to security@1x-bit.com and ask for return my total deposited amounts, because final balance before account disable higher than was total deposited amount.

I will update this topic by posting their next steps.

It's not the first time some players have tried to exploit 1xbit's software and cheat on it. Otherwise I don't see the point in buying an account that has lost a lot. Mysterious things are going on here. When will cheaters finally gamble fairly? In this way, it is not strange that 1xbit closes accounts if there is cheating. I also think it's quite normal for every bookmaker to intervene against this.

I think for a while the cheaters had a way of avoiding being detected by 1xBit security. When 1xBit improved security, it started to detect them faster and block accounts. This infuriated them and they are now taking their revenge.

I think you're just saying that because 1xbit pays you so you feel obligated to defend them and it's the best defense you can think of.

I've explained to you over and over again that what these guys are doing isn't cheating.  They're betting on lines that 1xbet is leaving up too long.  When a sportsbook leaves a line up too long, players bet on it.  The sportsbook then has the right to go back and void the bet, but a lot of books will just pay it because it was their mistake.  You're arguing that when a book leaves a line up too long and a player bets on it, that entitles the sports book to take all the money in their account. 

And the multi account line defense is also garbage.  They literally advertise themselves as a fully anonymous Casino. 

If you're stealing player balances because they bet a line that you left up too long, you're a scam sports book.

If you advertise yourself as fully anonymous to attract players, offer promotions that can be abused with multiple accounts, and then steal balances because you suspect players are using multiple accounts to abuse promotions, you're a scam sports book.

but at general i deposit more than i won .
almost 3000 euros i deposit over and over at this site

yesterday i won at the roulette table and then try to withdrawal 60mBtc ~ around 2100 euro
and got log out from my account
and the told me contact security team .

Where are my money?

1xbit not want to give me open my account because they blocked when i win something.
i dont know the reason why they refuse to give me my money on the account beted on regular and there is no reason they hold my acount frozen.

Still not asnwer from support and 1xbit and livechat and email. This get me very angry!
my account is still locked from 5 September 2021. I dont know how to recover my account but I tried everything (emails, livechat), so many times, they replay the same message that they dont want to speak with me anymore. I go to the promo code store, then click buy currency for bonus points and it said error cannot get it. I was shocked, and then wrote to livechat support to help me use this bonus codes.

So six months after your account was frozen, you found this forum. You waited quite a long time to react to the ban of your account. Why you waited so long?

When a website regularly tries to ignore its customer's problem, the owner of that account will try his best to recover his own account. Not everyone knows about BitcoinTalk from the beginning, maybe he found BitcoinTalk from somewhere. I am looking at his account registration date, he has just joined this forum and posted about his problem. If his problem is valid then add another scam list for 1xbit.

Mostly these are multiaccounts bought or rented just to slander 1xBit.

Do you have enough evidence that those accounts are multi-accounts? If that user's problem is fake then 1xbit can only prove that it was a baseless allegation. But we have not received any such response from the 1xbit team, so your comment is not believable. If a platform carries out its activities honestly then those users are enough to promote that platform, and platforms like 1xbit spend huge amount of money on marketing but get negative reports from the community.
