Doku is the future winger of manchester city. City is now having so many great talented young players in its club like doku, haaland, and many more. I must praise how guardiola was scouting the players. It seems like that he is always successfully bringing the good player into the manchester city.
You forget that if mudryk was pricing more than him but he less in everything compared with doku. pep is always able bringing very good player that was giving big impact to the club. No doubt that if city is likely winning the EPL trophy again this season.
Chelsea is facing totenham first before newcastle. I hope that chelsea will be winning against totenham caused by it will help city to go up again. City is the winner of EPL this season.

There was a foul in attack, committed by the Newcastle player against the Arsenal player, which was close to the Arsenal goalkeeper.
This goal is a joke. This is the second time VAR is failing, after the Liverpool goal against Tottenham, which was unfairly denied.
Maybe VAR should be cancelled. VAR is doing more harm to the football than it goes any good.

It is not the VAR fault,no not at all,it is the referees fault still that apparently no one at UEFA/FIFA take any measure against them even though they have enough evidence in front of them to judge fairly yet they seem to do what they want and not caring at all for such clear evidences.

Today's match wasn't fine due to how they made the goal decision. I was under the impression that Arsenal either won or drew, and because of self-interest, VAR cheated Arsenal by making a fictitious ruling.

In the initial VAR check for a possible ball outside the line, they act as though they saw nothing. In the second VAR check for a potential foul on Gabriel, the third VAR check for a potential offside, and the entire official team allowed the goal to stand. However, I'd like to know why they didn't let the referee go check on his own?

The refereeing decision was the main talking point yesterday and it’s disingenuous to push it to the background. I have come to the realization that the Premier League officiating won’t change. It will get worse. It’s become a business now and the people that should call it out are all hiding behind microphones. Sometimes I don’t like talking about all these ref/VAR issue. What we are seeing now is Nothing. The shit show has been on for 10+ years at least and it won't stop.

There were so many error scenes from VAR during the game but they somehow managed to overlook them. I don’t know how the VAR officials missed Bruno elbow, how they did not review the foul on Gabriel Magalhaes, but went for an offside is absolute shock, it seems like it was a mission to make Arsenal lose.
Arsenal was really into the game. They were the better side if you ask me. Yes there are things they could have done better attacking wise. But defensively they were on point. I think Arsenal did not lose that game because they did not play well. They lost that game because they were robbed. Simple as ABC.

I won't be surprised to see another referee get demoted to the championship again. Yesterday at St James' Park, I witnessed the ridiculous use of the VAR system. It was glaringly evident that the English football system won't change. I received this message from a friend, and everything he shared with me below accurately reflects what happened in the goal against Arsenal.

On Bruno Guimaraes elbow: “He's not used his arm as a weapon, it's not nice but no more than a yellow card.”

On the Newcastle goal: “The ball looks out but we can't possibly give it from that angle.”

On the push on Gabriel: “There's two hands on Gabriel's back but we can't be sure it's a push.”

On Gordon being offside: “There's no conclusive evidence whether Gordan is behind the ball, so stick with onfield decision.”

I only saw how much time they took when they made the decision about that goal and whether it was 1) a foul or 2) offside. The offside decision took too long in my opinion because it wasn't offside. But in general I think there is nothing to say against the VAR taking a lot of time to make the right decision, but it is confusing for sure. The commentator said they gave the goal because they have no conclusive evidence against it. That was word for word what he said.

Now when did this situation happen during the game in the above picture with the ball that was supposedly out? I missed that one but was it out 100%? I think it is a disgrace that there are still missing camera angles to make reliable decisions in the aftermaths. There is so much technology available and it could easily be upgraded where necessary that these things should not happen.

I was very shocked to see that the Newcastle United goal against Arsenal yesterday night was not disallowed by VAR because VAR checked on three things in that Newcastle United goal which are the possible ball going over, possible foul, and possible offside against Newcastle United. The VAR was very interested in checking for possible offside when they know too well that it is not an offside against Newcastle  United. The VAR should have focused more on the possible over against Newcastle United because VAR knew if they focused on the possible over the goal could have been disallowed but since they wanted the goal to stand they refused to focus more on reviewing the possible over which could give Arsenal a goal kick. I think they should work on VAR to deliver the right decisions at times.

VAR decisions this season had been totally unacceptable and dismal with reference to Arsenal match against Newcastle the VAR decision was absolutely unfair the ball had visibly crossed the touch line for a goalkick and it was repeatedly shown on TV replay, it was glaring and obvious that with the aggressive style of player of Newcastle one or two of their played ought have gotten a Red Card yet they got away with those terrible challenges against Arsenal players,  VAR controversial decision is now on weekly basis last week  it was against Wolves when they played Newcastle, last time it was Wolves against Man Utd when Onana made a contact and foul a wolves player and so many questionable decisions.

It is this kind of decision VAR is making made Liverpool want a replay of their match with Tottenham a few weeks back. If the Premier League FA knows that VAR can not deliver the right decision when needed, VAR should be stopped from assisting the referee in making decisions before it prevents people from watching a football match. Arsenal have all the right to demand a replay of their match with Newcastle United if they want to do that. It was the same thing that happened to Manchester United against Brighton & Hove Albion but Manchester United's goal was ruled out because VAR decided the ball was out of play. If you check the image below you will see Manchester United's ball is still in play because part of the ball is still in the touchline while Newcastle United's ball is totally out of play, yet VAR allowed Newcastle United's goal to stand.

It will be so hard for chelsea to make it happen. The performance from chelsea is not yet consistent till this time. Hoping chelsea to win the game against totenham is pretty much the same like hoping manchester united to in EPL this season as it's impossible to happen. Totenham in really good shapes at this moment. I see no reason for totenham to let three points go away from the club. Ange will do everything to beat chelsea even with narrow score. There will be a tough game for totenham.
Im thinking pochettino may also use different strategy. I would prefer to see these clubs played with their own best strategy. Totenham will obviously go all in attack against chelsea.

The problem was not in its tech but it was on its operator. If operator was wrongly taking the wrong decision and that's clear if it will not be changed.

The main problem if any parties have its own agenda. People were starting to take a look at var caused by it was a goal but the different reaction when it was not a goal. People will not care so much with it.
This kind of situation is something common in the football. The dilemma regarding VAR system will still continue.

EPL needs this tech but at the same time this is also a boomeraing for the fairplay of this league.

The image shows it was out of play but we're only looking at it from the angle where the part of the ball touching the ground. I haven't seen a clear image that shows if the other side was completely over the line. I don't think the PL has that level of tech yet to prove without a shadow of a doubt if the ball is in or out. If it's inconclusive then the original call or non-call stands.

There in addition to the possible ball going out of bounds, there were 2 other controversial moments that were watched with VAR. They were a possible foul by Joelinton against Gabriel and a possible offside by Gorodon. In general it was a difficult episode consisting of 3 moments, which decided a lot, and these three points that Newcastle earned they are still in favor of Manchester City, because Arsenal is still the only club that can fight with City for first place.
The referee is certainly not enviable in such a case. we will wait for more decisions on refereeing in this match and see whether the counted goal will be considered a mistake of the judges or not.

But Newcastle gave Arsenal a surprise in the second half where Gordon managed to score a goal without tight marking and that really made Arsenal lose confidence until the end of the match, they had to be satisfied with the result of this defeat and dropped to third place in the EPL standings at this time. Arteta of course has to accept the fact that Newcastle played better than Arsenal and from their defeat yesterday Arteta will of course study and overhaul the strategy he used in yesterday's match to be better in the next match.

I'm looking forward to see the Blues to be responsible for Tottenham Hotspur first defeats of the season.

As for titles, maybe Arsenal will win the Champions League this year, that possibility exists, plus it would be a really “fresh” event. After all, even City, which won the Champions League for the first time last year, is already completely boring to everyone.

That would be refreshing if Arsenal does at least reach the final. Whether they win it, that remains to be seen but having them in the final would be nice. I still think that having Manchester City in the final would be also nice because they would still have to prove they can defend it. I usually prefer final participants to be from different countries, but if it was Arsenal vs Manchester City, that would definitely be worth watching for many reasons.

Nope  I won't even watch this final because Arsenal's winning percentage against City is too low for me to hope to not be disappointed with the result. In general, it will be good if all the major clubs meet again before the final so that we can see two-legged confrontations, and as for the final, I would be glad to see two underdogs there. But as always, there is a possibility that instead of an interesting finale we will see a fight between the favorite and the underdog.

They are incompetent and cannot provide a fair support when serious games are on going. VAR was Arsenals last hope of getting a tie in that game but they couldn't turn up.
That foul was caused by Joelinton, the impact placed on Arsenals defender was simply too much and too obvious to be seen.
And then the yellow card of Kai Havertz also shouldn't have been a yellow but a straight red that was indeed reckless tackle. You know they have been the best defending side from last season and has been doing well also.

There are several Premier League matches this season that are similar to the Newcastle vs Arsena match.
I remember a few weeks ago when Liverpool were injured by the referee's decision when facing Tottenham, no one could do anything, that's how football is, referees and other match officials are also human beings who don't make mistakes.

Of course, the Arsenal players were very disappointed because they were the ones who suffered losses, but apart from that, they also couldn't afford to dwell on their first defeat.

I didn't know this guy before and was wondering where he comes from, but when I saw him playing I was really impressed by the speed he adds to the Manchester City game. I think this guy deserves to get his chances and he is always an option when someone like Grealish needs a break, is injured or maybe Guardiola decides to let him play because he offers a different style.

The decision has been taken by the referee and it will be useless caused by blaming the referee will not change the situation. Arsenal must have accepted its first lose this season. You must also see the previous case related to the VAR. It's always become a disaster.
It's caused by the referee and operators were always taking the wrong decision regarding the result from their analyzation. It's such a huge mistake being made by the referee and this is not the first time.
I don't know how long the referee will try to repeat the same mistake over and over. Arsenal has become a club that is getting disadvantage at this moment.

Look at so many complaints towards the referee in the previous case but nothing happen. We are only wasting our energy to complaint about that.  Let those fucking referee was continuing to do their jobs.
