Man City fans definitely have high hopes because Kevin Bruyne return is like the return of the attacking key they have been waiting for. So far no one has been able to replace his role on the field, so it is not surprising that Man City performance in several matches is not always optimal.

But is there any news regarding Haaland condition? because I haven't looked for the news, I hope Halaand doesn't suffer a lasting injury. Hasn't Haaland been waiting all this time for Kevin Bruyne to recover, don't let Kevin Bruyne recover, Haaland is actually absent.

Haaland was diagnosed with a stress reaction in the bones and there is no information yet on when he will return. The length of the healing process really depends on how serious Haaland's injury is and which bones are injured, but Haaland's injury treatment is unlikely to require surgery that would require the player to be sidelined for a long period of time.

I think Haaland will be ready to return to the Manchester City squad in January, but of course it all depends on the progress of his injury recovery. The squad will be more complete if Doku, De Bruyne and Haaland return, they are important players who enable Manchester City to get positive results in each match.

This game is mega important for Arsenal and I'm sure the lads will find a way to win , take 3 vital points and also take 1st position in EPL who in my opinion will be a deserved one for them after what we saw from Arsenal's games so far.

The other game , Brighton vs Spurs could be a draw with both teams to score or it could be a Spurs victory but also with both teams to score.  

Of course Arsenal won't let them lose to West Ham especially a draw is very unfavorable because Liverpool is waiting at the top of the table, so I think this can be a win for the Gunners and they also have small odds if bet on but the win ratio is of course quite high.

Westham is still very inconsistent atm. Im not expecting a lot from westham, scoring a few goals will be enough for arsenalt to win against westham. Westham will be fully playing use the fully defensive strategy. Arsenal needs to be careful even though it's still on the peak performance.
Arteta needs to push his player to play even better than before. I am curious to learn about the lineup choices that will be made by Westham. Im sure that havertz will not be starting line up against it.
This guy is very often starting from the bench and it may also disappoint him as well.

Not sure about Brighton can draw they are always not sure to win, worthy of Tottenham at this time they still continue to need points to get back to the position, I predict in this match Tottenham can win, both teams score goals I think it is certain, worth taking the odds.

Totenham is far better than brighton at this moment. Brighton praised a lot by their fans but the club keeps get another bad result. Can this become the end of zerbi in brighton?
It seems like that zerbi will not make some changes. Brighton may be losing another three points again. This club is performing the worst.

Man City are below their usual standards but they are going nowhere. They are still in the title race, they can’t afford to drop too many points in the next month or so but they are well capable of going on long winning runs.

I think after reaching such highs of winning the treble, it’s natural to fall off a bit but they are still fighting to defend their title. 

Maybe because some of the players they have are suffering from injuries, which affects Man City when they play. I'm not really sure that this season Man City has a chance to win the Premier League because on the other hand Liverpool and Arsenal are increasingly mature and have shown much better consistency than Man City. If in the next few matches they lose again, it will be much less possible for Man City to win the title because Arsenal and Liverpool will be quite far apart.

Winning the treble last season put pressure on Man City because the burden of defending it will be much heavier, especially when talking about the Premier League, which is so competitive every year where the bottom clubs can provide surprises like Aston Villa did. Currently Man City is not in its best performance because it has lost several important players in its squad.

I don’t see anything other than an Arsenal win as likely tonight. I don’t think they are the finished article but surely they won’t drop points against West Ham.

In the other game tonight, I never know what to expect with Spurs. It could he any outcome, wouldn’t surprise me if Brighton took something from the game.

Furthermore on the other hand Arsenal can’t afford to drop any points now hence I feel both will start slowly and then they’ll try to score that winning goal but if people feel that Arsenal will just turn up and win then I’m sure that they’ll be disappointed because this is going to be a difficult fixture for both the team’s.

Apart from beating Man Utd few days ago West Ham defeated and eliminated Arsenal in EFL cup round of 16 last month thus I believe the Hammers would visit Emirates with high confidence and motivation of trying to winning the match, however the gunners are equal to the task having been displaced by Liverpool at the top of the table would try as much to secure their 3 points to return to the top of the table, the team knew that any result other than a win means they would become the runner-up thus their wouldn't be any room for complacent in today's match I am predicting a 2-0 win in favour of Arsenal though it going to be a hard fought win for the gunners.

The game is really important for Arsenal as the competition for the Premier League title is becoming more fierce between Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, and probably Aston Villa, who are also in great form. Arsenal will not like to lose this match or draw the game because they will not like to leave the first position in the Premier League table. If they try to mess up now and drop to second on the table, they may not have any chance of topping the table again because Liverpool is currently in great form, and if they get the opportunity to top the table, they may do everything to win the tittle. So I believe Arsenal will do anything possible to win the game because it is still their home game, but it will never be easy for them because West Ham is currently doing well.
 
 
As for the Brighton match against Tottenham,the game may be hard to predict, but if I should check their current form, Tottenham should be the favorite team to win the game, and even from head-to-head statistics, Tottenham have high chances of winning Brighton, but possibly their game may end in a draw because it's Brighton at home, and they try to appear very strong, but let's see what happens. But honestly, there is more improvement in Tottenham than Brighton.

Actually this match is going to be one of the best premier League match today because Arsenal and West Ham United are one of the best premier League club in times of performance because checking the record of West Ham United on this season you will actually see that they are really in a good shape because since they are able to win Manchester United 2-0, they will surely give Arsenal a very tough time, although West Ham United good performance is mostly whenever they are playing from home so perhaps since Arsenal will be on there home I doubt if West Ham United will perform the way they normally do on there previous matches and besides Arsenal need the wining more than ever because if they win West Ham United they will move to the first position on the premier league table so they surely do everything possible to win the match.

It shows how weak they have become but Pep still have back up to always get the business done, I love the way the Citizens are switching in players to replace the injured ones but they're still not getting it to be the way it used to be.
Haaland on the other hand doesn't seem to be a problem when he's out but KDB's absence has shown that the Citizens lack that creativity in them.
Arsenal and Liverpool are never going to let this opportunity slip off their fingers in letting Manchester City win the league, and I believe that the second leg against Manchester City won't be easy as the first and Pep knows the danger that lies ahead of his team getting the title.

Manchester City's quite busy match schedule certainly makes them tired, but Pep Guardiola has a lot of ammunition and the rotations carried out on the team are able to produce maximum results.
I have said from the start that Manchester City is a quite strong team and they should be watched out for by all teams in the fight for the title, slumping and getting unsatisfactory results in a few weeks is a normal thing for a football team but how can they getting up is something worth waiting for and Manchester City was able to do that quickly.

Arsenal and Liverpool have experienced an increase in quality this season compared to last season so of course this will make the competition with Manchester City in the race for the title fierce and in my opinion the same is true and will even be fiercer compared to last season.

In as much as they're the current champions many football fans have tipped them as the favorite in winning the title base on how the slack and still bounce back to win the title in previous seasons, that's in the past to me because they haven't shown how ready they are to repeat it again and the other teams are not even ready to lose against them (City). I just hope things go as plan for the other teams, I'd tip either Liverpool or Arsenal to win the league this campaign.
Liverpool and Arsenal have learnt their lesson especially the Gunners who almost got the title but slipped off at the last minute which to me is just a disgraceful performance if you ask me. Both teams (Liverpool and Arsenal) are really going to hit City very hard just to slow them in getting close to the title and Pep is getting the signal so he had to improvise since things ain't working for him as before.

I will advise you not to write off city as the favorite to win the league title this time around. By this time last season they found themself in similar situation they are right now. But you know what happened when it was January. If city lost as many points that they have lost already and are still this close to the two teams that are toping the league just imagine what will happen when the other teams starts losing points and city start winning when Kelvin and Haland comes back by January.

I still don't understand why you guys think City has what it takes to win the league even if KDB returns and I'm not talking about Haaland because he's no threat any more and like I ones said that they ain't missing him. If we have some of those players who left City of recent I believe they would've been in good shape so I don't feel they can get the title again this season.
As for the other teams trying to get the title this season I still think they're all waiting for that mistake (losing games and points) from Pep Guardiola's men which I don't think is going to be the key to winning the title, they have to win their games and forget what's going on with City because as it is the Citizens are far behind in points until they play their outstanding games.

Arsenal have no other choice they have to win, even though against West Ham it is not easy, but we know they are very ambitious to get 3 points. In the last EFL Cup West Ham beat Arsenal 3-1 but that was in different circumstances and Arsenal were playing away while in today match Arsenal is playing at home so it's possible for Arsenal to win, the sportsbook also supports Arsenal with a handicap -1.5 even though they win by 1 goal they still get 3 points but somehow the sportsbook is very confident. I don't want to get caught up in what the sportsbook  offer I prefer both teams to score each other, West Ham also doesn't want to lose points, of course therefore I think they put in a lot of effort.

Playing at the Emirates stadium is an advantage for Arsenal who are trying to find victory to claim first place from Liverpool. Arsenal must play optimally because the opponents they face are also in their best form, West Ham is very difficult to beat this season, but the defeat that West Ham experienced at Fulham headquarters must be exploited by Arsenal to add three points.

If you watch Tottenham last game and what they displayed, you will know that they have the energy to win this game to take the 3 points from Brighton home.

As we know, the English league is the league the best and most exciting match to watch, even a small team can keep up with a big team's game, sometimes it's hard to predict a small team can beat a big team, Of course Arsenal doesn't want to lose points this week because they are playing in front of their own supporters. West Ham will certainly provide quite fierce resistance. I see West Ham are in pretty good form at the moment.

Yes, that's right. I think West Ham is not a difficult opponent for Arsenal, especially playing at home. Of course, getting full points is Arsenal's main goal in today's match. There's no need to win big either because just a narrow win is more than enough to get rid of Liverpool at the top of the standings. , Arsenal must remain consistent if they want to win the title this season, they cannot afford to lose points.

I also expect Arsenal to win tonight. Arsenal are on a good momentum right now and have far better quality than West ham. With Liverpool leading the table temporarily Arsenal will target to get the 3 points desperately and be on the front seat again on the table. Hammers are a tough opponent as they have some good players so Arsenal might have to be wary of their attacks.

Spurs have some injuries so I am not entirely convinced but considering their performance they should be able to get some points. Yes, I also wouldn't be surprised if Brighton also comes out to win the match as Spurs lack their regular players and might wobble a bit for the time being.

Haaland needs to pass some observation by his doctors first. As stated by pep if he was hoping him to come back in january caused by haaland was also one of key factor of city won treble winner last season but this is also a golden momentum for alvarez caused by this guy will get more time to play as a striker. I don't know what reason for pep to put a lot of hope on haaland's recovery while he has alvarez who is playing as a striker. Does pep trust haaland more than alvarez? This question is disrupting my mind.

Alvarez was not as good as haaland in term of positioning but he can turn any chances into the goals. Pep needs to make sure he will use an available resource at this moment.
Shall city buy an experience striker to become a backup for haaland? I can't answer this caused by pep is still focusing on haaland's condition. Haaland is still waiting for an update from his doctor. We will see that if there will be a statement to come from his doctor.

It was Westhamp with Arsenal before the end of the season contributed to the reason why Arsenal couldn't make it to top of the League, they also had bad introduction in the EFL this season and I'm really curious what they are going to play this time. But I have notice one thing about Arsenal and Westham, Gunners has not lost a single match they play With Westham in the last 5 matches they played at home. The one they have today is going to be held at home of Arsenal, so I think it's save to say that Arsenal will trash them this time around.

We are now half way through the matches in the Premier League and every team is now woke and gallant, none of them want to give chance anymore, Liverpool has played their 19th match and now sit at the top but Arsenal success will give them another lead. What I don't want to see is Arsenal being the first to lose match because Liverpool neither aren't slowing down right now and so does Manchester City, if they win their next match, they should come back to number 3 in the standing.

Arsenal vs West ham is an important match for Arteta as he wants his team at the top of the league till January. The EPL title race is hotting up and Arsenal will do everything to beat west ham today. Currently, West ham are in a great form. I won’t be surprised if they get a point today at the Emirates. David Moyes is aiming to bolster their top-six charge this season. We saw how West ham stunned Arsenal in the Carabao Cup last month when they won 3-1 with only 28 per cent possession. I know they’ll rely on counter attack with Kudos and Bowen to do the job.

However, I want Arsenal to win this game even though it’s going to be tough. I want them to take the top spot from Liverpool and maintain that spot till May.
It is of course all about being top of the table in May but leading the way at the festive time of year is often a good omen.
The margin of a team's advantage at Christmas is a much better indication of their likelihood to finish as champions. I think no team has been top at Christmas in consecutive seasons and failed to win the title in either year.

I want Arsenal to win not for the purpose of just staying at the top and been flipped back to second our target now should be the Premier League because if they can gap other clubs with a more reasonable point it will give them a good chance even if they lose any game and that is part of the strategy that Manchester City  used to win so its time for Arsenal to adopt that same process, the way we were expecting heat  but to some extent they are still trying. And Arsenal versus West ham it going to be interesting and Arsenal should just win and that is how important this game is to arteta.

And west Arsenal  for Carabao Cup was not a good one for Arsenal at all West ham winning Arsenal 3: 1 so its going to be a tough game.
