Arsenal definitely knows if they want to be table till the end of the year they have to win this match but this does not mean West ham will be sleeping in the match. I guess we all can agree that Arsenal will win this match but I don't they will be topping the league for long, Liverpool more likely will be crown Epl champion, since City are far from their best and still continue to have injury woes

Arsenal's play is getting better right now. I'm not afraid of West Ham because I know Arsenal will do admirably against them. West Ham is a minor team from Arsenal's perspective, given their efforts and achieved the draw with Liverpool. When Arsenal plays West Ham today, they should be able to overtake Liverpool for the top standing. My prediction is that arsenal should score 2 goals so that we can get full three points make we able celebrate the new year with the first standing at the table.

I think Arsenal are favorites against West Ham. Arsenal will try to regain the top spot in the table in this match. It is also Arsenal's home match.

You can start with the criticism when they lose the game not at this early stage of the game where the game just started. It is normal to concede goals and as a big team you need to respond adequately by ensuring that you are able to get the equalizer and then get a winner. Manchester City against Everton yesterday, Everton were the first to get the goal but did not end up winning the game because Manchester City as a big team that they are, went into the halftime made changes and responded well to win the game. Arsenal can still do the same, we all know that they have a very good and impressive home record. West Ham are a strong team, but will need to fight hard to keep this their goal.

I know it will be a tough match, but if Arsenal put all their best, this match is a winnable watch because Arsenal have won best teams in the League so far this season, therefore, I have hope that Arsenal will win this match especially as we see Liverpool is already topping the league with two points ahead of us.

The match seems to be tough already because West Ham are already leading with 1 goal in 13 minutes, which was scored by Soucek. although this is just the start of the game as they are still yet to even reach the quarter-minutes of the match, it seems to me that West Ham seems to be much stronger than I expected. Seriously, West Ham dominates these matches. I can’t really predict what will happen as everything can change, but seriously, West Ham are doing well already.

However, let's see if Arsenal are going to take advantage of being at home and win West Ham in the flowing minutes of the match. As you said earlier, they have a good statistic in playing at home against West Ham. I hope they will continue dominating and secure the point we need in the match because Liverpool have already taken their position from them in the standings; therefore, they should do all they can to get back there.

I think Arsenal are favorites against West Ham.

Yeah they are definitely the favorites to win the game, but an upset can happen as Arsenal are currently losing 1-0. There is still quite a lot of time in this game for things to change, but for now West Ham are looking pretty decent in what they are doing, they are strong in defense and when they do go forward, they are causing problems for the Gunners. If West Ham continue in this way, then they have a chance in this game, but Arsenal are going to test them so much.

Manchester City has not been as effective as they were last season due to series injury to the club's first team players as well as the departure of some of the integral members of the squad that lifted the treble with them last season. The Pep Guardiola's has dominated the English Premier League for the past three seasons but considering their performance this season, I don't think they are strong contenders for the league title this season. I wasn't surprised when Everton took the lead because almost every team in the league now believes that Manchester City are very beatable which was unlike the feelings of their league opponents were having last season that the City team were on rampage.

The injuries suffered by several key players from Man City really had a big impact and have become problems that have not yet been 100% corrected. Because it was really that hard to play without several key players from the start and up to now there are still some who are in the healing phase... So Pep really has to fight even harder to bring his team to at least defend one of the titles from last season's treble.

Luckily, after several changes in players and tactics, in the second half against Everton, Man City was able to turn things around and take the lead until the end of their victory with a score of 1 - 3. This was the expected result even though at first they tended to be quite worried.

Anyway, right now Arsenal is struggling against Westham, unfortunately they are still trailing 0 - 1. However, Arsenal is dominating the match, so I think Arsenal still have a chance to turn things around to be ahead, if they can really effectively launch their attacks.

A very interesting match today between Brighton vs Tottenham where Brighton was able to take the lead in the first half with a 2-0 lead. The match has entered the second half where Brighton played quite well in this match because they were able to build quite a neat attack that they carried out in the first half. I saw that in the first half Tottenham had difficulty in attacking because Brighton were able to stabilize their performance in defense so that Tottenham didn't have a good chance in the first half.

So, I think Tottenham will make the best use of the second half to reduce their deficit in today match. As for Son and Richarlison, They didn't play well enough in the first half and I hope they can play better to help the team avoid defeat in today match. But if Tottenham lose then they have given up the top 4 place to Manchester city.

Looks like a surprise result for Tottenham game despite them playing away against Brighton Lately I am having difficulties to read what are they doing as Tottenham recovered in the last couple of games and now they are losing again.Brighton is not that convincing either as they have been quite volatile themselves but are now winning and playing well.

Everyone seems to have to be prepared to lose money because Tottenham today, how not surprisingly Brighton managed to take a 2-0 lead over Tottenham within 23 minutes of the first half. Tottenham have not made many attempts to score goals, while Brighton has looked good since the match started. Tottenham's opportunity to turn things around remains, but so far Tottenham have failed to develop their game and find solutions to score goals.

Very incredible night for Brighton as the club is leading Tottenham Hotspur with 2 goals just within the first 28 minutes into the game, although the match time is still good and if tottenham team are able to make any equalization but as it stands, their chances for such possibilities is very slim and Brighton won't be giving them that chance.
Many of the time, we have seen how such matches that start in this nature end up favouring the losing team innthe early minutes, because Brighton players may slack and believe the match is already in their favour,  but then until the 99 minutes are over, no one can declare a game as over.

I would say that I am surprised about Brighton's performance tonight against Tottenham. Although the match is still on and the both teams will soon head to have 15mins rest for the second half. Where my surprises lie is that, Brighton has just won 1 out of their last 5 matches while Totenham has won their last 3 consecutive matches. People were expecting Tottenham to consolidate on their winnings.

@Odusko, talking about Tottenham coming from behind to win Brighton, I don't think it is an easy task. It is Manchester city that does that easily and the one done by Manchester United last match. It is not something easy to do. One goal is understandable, but two is hard to equalise and win.

In the last five matches between Brighton and Totenham, Totenham won four out the five game played, then brighton won only one, thatsi to to say that going by the history available, Tottenham will win the host team,  when we look at the both team recent form we will find out that the away team is in more good form than home team, though anything is possible in football, Brighton will like to close the gap of the history but I don't think that Tottenham is going to give them that chance, the away team might utilise the lapses of the home to win this match, I see the visiting winning ecsues the have all it takes to win this match.

I knew already when they got 2 goals down that things maybe would get even worse because of that saying that says the sun can be spotted early in the morning and if you watched the first half you saw a completely disorganized Tottenham as those players like Son and Richarlison should normally create quite some goal scoring opportunities.

Brighton on the other side is on a good night and for now for Tottenham is game over as they look completely surrendered now and I doubt they have the power to come back to fight just for that honor goal,no they look tired and without ideas.

It's an overwhelming and a  shocking poor performance by Spurs tonight in that first half. It's high time the young players on the bench be giving a chance to prove capabilities and skills. The midfield and defense of Tottenham tonight is really lagging behind in this game getting out-runned  by the Brighton's players all of the time.  If it continues this way on the second half more goals will be conceded by Tottenham.

The second half of the game has kicked off and is already more than ten minutes played but the shoreline haven't still changed as Brighton are still leading by two goals to nil and are still even playing better.
Tottenham manager seems like he's not getting this one and probably doesn't know what to do at the moment to change the current scoreline. Considering the current performance of both teams in the game tonight, I wouldn't be surprised if Tottenham Hotspur concede more goals before the end the the game.

The two favorite teams to win the match are behind their opponents. Brighton really destroyed Tottenham's hopes today, Brighton even had a 3-0 lead at home. The match is not over yet, but Brighton can almost certainly win this match at home.

Arsenal is also 0-1 behind West Ham. Arsenal dominated this match with several good chances, but so far West Ham's defense has handled it well. West Ham did not attack or build attacks much, but West Ham was very dangerous when they were in their opponent's penalty area. Tottemhan was likely to lose after Brighton went 3-0 up, but Arsenal still had time to make lots of changes in the second half as long as West Ham didn't double their lead.
