It looks like Turkey have the most difficult draws in the play-offs. Because they are going to compete with Portugal first. Even if they somehow beat Portugal, they are going to have a game against the winner of the Italy v North Macedonia draw. And it can be clearly seen that Italy would eliminate North Macedonia very easily.     So the next opponent for Turkey would be them. Therefore I think that Turkey have a quite low chance to join the World Cup.

Portugal can definitely go through difficult times, I'm optimistic Portugal can qualify for the Qatar World Cup, because Ronaldo will definitely play it out, because this is Ronaldo's last year participating in the four-year event, I'm very optimistic that Portugal can beat Turkey, I'm optimistic Portugal can qualify for the world cup next year..

What I am the most excited about is Portugal being the qualifying team for the world cup because I really do want to see Ronaldo playing the world cup thinking that this might be his last. But I do think that if Ronaldo wants he can also play in the next world cup. And yes this should be a Portugal Italy final from group c.

Yeah, Portugal should win Turkey, but I have doubts that they will be able to win Italy in the final of group C. By the way, the next World Cup after Qatar is scheduled for 2026. So Ronaldo will probably have finished his career by then, considering that he will be 41 years old.

Currently, no one thinking about 2026 World Cup and Ronaldo right now we have very tricky situation as Portugal and Italy from these teams one have to be out from 2022 world cup which is going to play at Qatar. Portugal easily can handle Turkey which is not good enough but for final they are going to face Italy which is very crucial match for both countries from here we can say Italy is going to be good but Portugal having home advantage which is really supportive for them.

The most interesting draw seems to me like the Portugal - Turkey one. And the winner of this draw is going to have a match against the winner of the Italy - North Macedonia draw. Spain, England (and Italy itself) have clearly better lineups than Portugal, so I don't think that the argument that Italy could not beat them in the main time means anything. After all, it can be seen as: Italy did not lose to any of these strong rivals.
It's funny that now the bookmakers are already accepting bets on the 2022 World Cup and the odds of Italy are estimated at 13.3 and Portugal at 24.9. In fact, I thought the difference would be much larger.

More people's dreams have got killed within this stadiums, because migrant workers dream of making a better life and to help the family to grow to next level of life work day and night. Still are we sure that 6500 workers have died to build the new stadiums at Qatar? If that is true it is a tragedy, after all I think that we can all understand that taking into account how many workers they have and that construction is a dangerous job where very heavy materials are moving around then an accident or two will happen and some will unfortunately pass away.

But 6500 deaths? That is huge no matter what standards you try to use, I hope next time FIFA sets some parameters in order to make countries that build new stadiums do their best to protect their workers and set very heavy consequences in the case they do not respect those rules.

I don't even know whether Italy would be the real favorite here. In one game everything can happen. I would say it's something like 45:55 in favor of Italy maybe, but I am not even sure about that. Portugal also has Fernandes along with Ronaldo and a couple of other very dangerous players. In these play-offs there is only one game. That also plays a role as one team only has the chance to play at home in the semifinal and then the final.

Your predictions are good even we have some long time for these matches and no one is sure about these matches, but I am having my own with Wales, Sweden and Italy are going into main round of world cup because these are very competitive and good sides having some good experience and quality players are big advantages.

Seriously this is big setback for Portugal as recently they have few very talented players and these all are doing very good but still they fail to qualify for world cup and now facing some tough competition from team like Italy which is also having very bad period in last few years as they already miss the 2018 world cup and now again on verge of losing their place second time in a row, but now we have to wait for their next move how they respond and what is outcome of this all.

Few years back I was mad about Italian soccer but sadly now recently they are struggling but good thing recently they won European Cup which is again a good sign for them and their soccer fans.
