If you say it's excessive in terms of spending money because of spending on their players, I agree with that.
Chelsea's current condition is really not very good and that is a fact that cannot be changed. As for the match against Liverpool, it is clear that this is still fifty-fifty actually because Liverpool have not shown normal conditions for them either. even so there is still at least a few more weeks from now for their preparations to face Dortmund.

I don't think so. You can see chelsea's now placing at the 10th place which means chelsea has a very bad performance in the league compared with dortmund which is placed in a better position. Chelsea has a very bad squad at this moment even though dortmund is also losing some of its players and it must not be a big problem for dortmund. I don't know why people keep saying real madrid was not even strong. This is also happening since last year but yeah real Madrid was always winning UCL so many times what makes them called that the real madrid club a weak club. that's a very weird statement for me to see that. It seems like those people didn't know how good real Madrid is. Bookies were also underestimating real Madrid at this moment by giving bad odds for Madrid. I don't know why bookies were preferring Liverpool in the upcoming match rather than real madrid. Madrid has a bad odd during the first leg of last 16 against Liverpool.

chelsea made many good signings this january, but many players are still adapting to the team, but the champions league games are even further away from happening, which will allow chelsea players to get used to the team and manage to bring a good result mainly because will be playing against an opponent that is not as strong as in past seasons

We must never forget that when it comes to sports some fans love hating on the clubs which have been the most dominant, and when it comes to the champions league there is little doubt Real Madrid is the best with twice as many titles as the second place and winning their 14th title just last year, so if someone says that they believe there are other teams which are better than Real Madrid at the moment then this could be true, but someone which says Real Madrid is a bad team is simply exaggerating.

When you compare both teams Chelsea have a better squad than Dortmund. With the recent additions to the Chelsea squad I think they will be even stronger and better by the time this match will take place I think Chelsea have a better chance of winning and progressing past this stage of the Champions league knockout stages. Normally I would have expected Tottenham to be better than this in the Champions League. Because after seeing their start to this season I had bigger expectations. Conte's system was working like a clockwork. However things started to change not much time later. It reflected on their performance in this tournament as well. Milan defense was so strong from the beginning of this tournament but their defense started reducing few months ago which their coach can still do something about it before the end of the season.
