If Haaland was still in Dortmund, then I think Dortmund would be the favourites. I like Chelsea to reach the quarter-finals, but Dortmund for whatever reason will definitely try to give their best to win it. I just don't want to say Chelsea are better, but they are an experienced team in the Champions League.

Please even with Haaland at the club they still won't have been the favorite. Haaland with all the talents at Manchester city that he has at his service can't still perform against Chelsea. I'm not talking about the team entirely but just the individual performance by Haaland. For Manchester city to even destroy us they had to bench Haaland. A typical number 9 is easier to defend against then a false 9. Last year tournament Chelsea were right there up to the round of 16 but we're eliminated by the team that went on to win the tournament which we still defeated at the second leg.

Chelsea are definitely a force at the champions League level, we have been making name for ourselves recently and that have earn up two trophies. It mightn't be much in numbers but when it comes to the champion league, that's definitely a big flex. What has Dortmund gotten, they're a small club and one who Chelsea doesn't have to stress themselves against to win them.

So far this season, Chelsea's performance has proven that Things isn't working for Chelsea for a very long time now, that they went into overestimated transfer deals and bought players in prizes they ought not to have, and I see this to be a preparatory measure against the upcoming matches awaiting them. When you compare both teams Chelsea have a better squad than Dortmund. With the recent additions to the Chelsea squad I think they will be even stronger and better by the time this match will take place I think Chelsea have a better chance of winning and progressing past this stage of the Champions league knockout stages. As for Dortmund, if we refer to some of the trial matches that Dotmund played. even though the opponents are not equal teams, at least Edin Terzic's troops are quite ready to carry out their second round of matches this season in the Bundesliga. plus, the return of Sabastien Haller might be a differentiator for the Dortmund squad to carry out their matches and also be ready to face Chelsea in the round of 16 later. but for sure, we will find out later after this match is held.

The way I see how the match is going to play at, I think Chelsea will likely win at Dortmund home while Dortmund will try to get a draw at least but that won't be possible. But Dortmund's players have the ability to beat a big team like Chelsea. Moreover, Chelsea is perhaps a renowned team. But this season their performance is not stable. The Chelsea team is now in the 10th place in the Premier League points table. And so it would be foolish to think that Chelsea can easily win against Dortmund. It will be challenging for Chelsea to win this match as well.

Manchester City who splashed the cash has lost when they came so close to winning the Champions League twice which has made Pep Guardiola frustrated. Lossing to Chelsea during the finals and also to Real Madrid after leading comfortably, they slacked and let Real Madrid take the win.

There is still a lot of work for Paris Saint Germain to be able to compete with other teams in the Champions League. Because other teams are doing the same thing to wade through the Champions League this season. Even some teams look better and more prepared than PSG for now. Honestly, I personally have a little doubt about Paris Saint Germain even though they have a capable squad.

It's very hard to talk about Paris Saint-Germain's title chances right now as we are not even in group stage yet. Everything can be changed but the most important thing is the draw. If they get a lucky draw they can reach finals but if they draw like Real Madrid last season then I don't see much chance for them.
You know Real Madrid passed Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool and reached the trophy. Paris Saint-Germain couldn't survive in a draw like this. Besides Spanish and English teams dominate the competition, Paris Saint-Germain have light opponents in their local league and they don't get ready for bigger matches. I don't know if it's psychological, motivational problem but if they don't get ready mentally then they have no chance in this tournament.

One thing is for sure - when Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar is on the field all eyes are toward them.
