Yesterday match Rajisthan Royal was in good touch with bat. Jaiswal strike rate make able RR to score 200+. Middle orders did not contributed well but dhurav and Patel two hundred plus strike was bonus points for RR. CSK bowlers failed to restrict RR batsmen below 170 which is considered chaseable at this ground for second team.

If Dwaine Pretorius is still with CSK, it will be a good option to include him in the playing XI.

The spin bowlers were experienced, also I would say the pitches are helping the spin bowlers a bit. In most of the matches, I have seen the spin bowlers perform better than the pace bowlers and they give no runs. But I am not blaming the poor performance of their bowlers as the reason for Chennai's defeat. It was predicted earlier that Rajasthan would give a target of 200 on such a pitch. If Chennai's batsmen were able to perform well, they could have won this match. Chennai lost badly due to poor performance from the batsmen.

Their top order batsmen are experienced, but the performance has been a let down till now. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway have been scoring runs, but they are very inconsistent. Same can be said about Ajinkya Rahane as well. They are scoring runs, but the strike rate is not good. Today was a big opportunity for LSG to make the history of highest runs in IPL history but LSG failed to make that history. The highest innings in IPL so far is 263 by RCB. But today it seemed that maybe LSG batsmen will break the record of 263 runs and set a new record. Punjab's last over was excellent which basically made LSG fail to achieve this record. 
LSG batsmen have shown today that they have managed to score 257 runs by playing 120 balls while they have scored runs at 2.14.  Punjab need to score around 13 runs per over to win this match which is a tough target for Punjab. Let's see how much success Punjab can achieve in this target.

I was very surprised by LSG's performance today. The team has given a huge target of 258. Every batsman in the squad batted brilliantly. Due to the collective good performance of each batsman, the team has been able to collect the highest runs of this year's IPL. I don't think any team can collect more than 257 runs in this year's IPL.
Punjab Kings collected only 55 runs in 6 overs. They lost two wickets. Punjab needs 203 runs from 84 balls. I think it's not possible for Punjab to collect it. I guess Punjab will be able to collect maximum of 170 runs today.

I was very disappointed with the performance of the Punjab Kings bowlers today. Except for Rahul Chahar, every bowler in the team performed poorly today. Rahul Chahar did not pick any wicket but he gave only 29 runs in 4 overs. Besides, almost every bowler in the team has given more than 13 runs per over. Rabada managed to pick up two wickets but conceded 52 runs in 4 overs.

Punjab is not playing to win today. Their batting is a bit slow from the beginning of the innings. The team collected 166 runs after losing 5 wickets in 16 overs. 92 runs are needed from 24 balls to win. Atharva Taide played an excellent innings of 36 balls and 66 runs. Jitesh Sharam and Sam Curran are now at the crease.

Even though Punjab did not win the match, we have to admit that the performance of Punjab's batsmen was so good that batting for a target of 257 runs was almost impossible to win. Still, the batsmen of Punjab Kings are trying their best. At the end of 18 overs, the Punjab team collected 193 runs. Maybe there is no chance for Punjab to win. However, their batsmen have put in a lot of effort.
LSG was aggressive from the start of the innings. They lost two wickets in 6 overs of the powerplay, but still scored 74 runs. And the team's collection at the end of 10 overs was 128 runs. Punjab King's bowling was uncontrolled. If the performance of the bowlers was a little better, maybe LSG's innings would have stopped within 215 runs

In this match of Punjab Kings vs Lucknow Super Giants, Lucknow Super Giants won by 56 runs. I thought that Punjab Kings might be all out for 180 runs. Lucknow Super Giants' target of runs was really difficult to overcome.  Couldn't. The batsmen of Punjab Kings team batted very well. If Punjab Kings could have bowled well from the beginning and kept Lucknow Super Giants team batsmen under pressure, then Lucknow Super Giants could not have scored so many runs.
