Anyone having connection issues again?
I have been for several hours.

I'm connected just fine.

totally dead here.  ABCpool is down as well.

No public work but connected fine to gpumax and on to Ozco.in

Same, I'm running BTC Guild through GPUMAX with no issues. I'd suggest checking your set pools. If ABCPool is down, that may well be your problem.

No dice, mmpool works just fine if i connect straight to it

could there be an issue between gpumax and mmpool? changing private pools isn't hard but i like mmpool.... (mtred isn't too different i guess)

I'm going to go try mtred to see if its gpumax->mmpool or if i am having some other issue.

EDIT- MTred doesn't work either

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'm on OZcoin pool when there's no public work and its all fine. Just noticed that the price tag is going up quite fast. From 0.00004PPS, to 0.000051PPS atm. I think that is the reason there is no public work atm, because its too expensive. Cmon guys, ease your greed a bit Roll Eyes

Its been at least .000051 or more for a month. These lower rates are something new. I had always set my rate to .000047 and always had public work. Now .000043 is sometimes too high.

BTW, How should difficulty affect the price?

simple, how much higher are you expecting from PPS payout?

I assume, 100% PPS is a great deal considering most big pools dont pay 100% PPS.

I see. Maybe I should increase my PPS from 39.9nBTC to 43nBTC as well. Difficulty increase should reduce the price for public work, when GPUMax will be open for everyone. Right now I can't really tell, because information on available hashing power at GPUmax is not public, neither demand for it.

P.S. For some reason I didn't get paid for yesterday...

Are purchasing going through? I have one from about 5 days ago still not processed. Also don't see the stats of my workers increasing on both leased and offline. but it does say I'm connected.

Found a bug for you.

If you delete all your pools, any pools that have miners attached to them will reappear as pool "null" and cannot be deleted.

Same here for Chrome browser. If I open the web site in firefox, however, it says that SSL certificate is compromised and probably someone is trying to get into my encrypted connection  Huh

Having a SSL certificate Firefox doesn't approve of has nothing to do with packet sniffing, the encryption exists whether the CA is on Firefox's list or not. Don't worry, you're fine.

It would be nice to have current PPS, high, low, weighted price for 24h, like BTC/USD on Mt.Gox at the top bar of the page. And a long range graph for PPS prices, hash rate availability/% of hash rate bought for each day in same fashion.  Roll Eyes I believe GPUMAX has an enormous potential. I think it would be better to also add low priority work where the buyer sets the price tag. If sellers are comfortable with that price, they just set PPS accordingly and only those miners are used. The rest miners are used with normal priority and if there is high priority work, then the whole pool is used. However, the buyer agrees to pay premium only when there's a competition for those resourses, i.e. any other work is regarded as competition. Otherwise its normal tariff. Discuss? Grin
