This forum, in no way represents our clients, most don't have time to sit and read a thread filled with crap. And even when trying to steer the conversation to a potentially insightful or helpful approach it becomes ineffective, because the trolls go to work. So only if stays at a level of just crap, do trolls feel satisfied and ultimately keep their comments to themselves. Notice the trends if you read through it all or have the time.

Then why did you start advertising yourself here? I bet that most of your customers are from this forum.

Quote
To most of these trolls its just a game "war games" and what nut, and they don't care how it effects real people, their lives, businesses or clients.

Please answer a simple question: When were you supposed to deliver miners to your customers and at speed and power consumption have you promised for your miners?

(AMT started writing here because it seemed appropriate to have some sort of presence at the time. It was a major mistake to do so.)

- Valid point - drop the mistake part.

1 (Clients delivery dates changed based on the date of the order, or product ordered.) Circumstances like this thread and 2(trolls like yourself, ultimately indirectly assisted in some of our delays), other delays were 3(cause by poor sourcing) and just 4(good old fashion trusting the wrong people. )

1. Product? first grammatical, and second always refer to them as miners, thanks.
2. Never call out trolls directly please. The negative SEO specifically caused by one troll impacted SEO negatively which was his goal yes. Did this effect sales, maybe. But please never give them the satisfaction of knowing that.
3. Fine - focus on the facts rather opinions.
4. May be the case but don't mention on this thread.

Most of our clients did not come from this forum, we can tell you that for sure. 5 (That's why if you look on that list which was created with our clients orders numbers), 6 (you wont see to many to begin with).  This forum helped to steer clients away from our company, and distract our company by having to justify ourselves to trolls like yourself.  7 (But that was the point all along, at least from a trolling perspective.)

5. Post a link to the list, but good job reviewing the threads history.
6. Comes off too weird, use shorter sentences, focus on just facts.
7. View point 2 again.

What's up with the class action guys?  Clenell's big date came and went and not a peep from our favorite peanut gallery.

Would have thought Clenell would have address his followers by now, or at least mentioned something to those who are interested, he is their leader of it after all.  We feel that since we're the ones being sued its not our place to bring up the specifics (hence why we have not mentioned it thus far).

We did notice however that he was searching for more distant AMT clients on a new thread, maybe because he's realized his that his cocktail of psychiatric problems,  obsessive compulsive disorder mixed with a hint of narcissism and just a dab of paranoia (AMT and it's employees are not clinical psychiatrists, and are no way inferring that Clenell suffers from OCD or anything alike, nor do we have the we have any information that states otherwise)  have once again lead him down a path of no resolve.

Or maybe because a few local plaintiffs (like the 3 that came to us within the last day which have opted out) finally realize that Clenell possibly suffers from something and dragged everyone into a situation which was already pretty bad (our doing and choices) and potentially made it worse. What is nice is that now we can work with those opt outs on their orders individually. Maybe some clients are coming to their senses  or maybe not.

Could be, who knows..

Only time will tell right.

AMT_miners,

I have no "dog in this fight", but you really need to "chill" and accept the fact that you f'd over many people that deserve at least a little respect from the company you represent.  I am astounded at the disrespect that AMT has given it's customers (especially in this thread).  I would encourage you to "grow up" and act like a respectable business.  Without that, you will continue to be taunted like a child.

I apologize in advance for the "frank" and "apparently needed" public feedback.  I hope you get your sh*t together for the good of the Bitcoin community.

Und3rd0g,

this community forum, who sole purpose is to steer anyone way from buying a miner from any company in general, has provided the infrastructure to allow one crazy nut client to effect a start up business in such negative way that it may lead to it's ultimate demise.

Fine - but say it differently, less defensive, and check spelling and grammar please. Something like

"While this forum has it's perks, and has impacted the overall bitcoin community is a positive way, it has equally hurt the community as well."  The next sentence is just not necessary, and don't call the lead plaintiff a crazy nut. That'll cost us tomorrow when he complains to his council and our counsel need to take the time to review the complaint.

1Yes we f'd up, made poor sourcing choices and have taken responsibility for that. But this suit has set us back months, time and money.  2 Instead of closing shop like several others have and competely f'ing over our clients all together, we will still make every attempt at resolving any outstanding orders to our client's satisfaction. Even if it takes years, all of our nice clients will feel satisfied.

1. poor sourcing?  "Yes we have admitted to choosing the wrong SMT manufacturer for this job." <- the choice of the manufacturer is our fault, the botched job is the manufacturer's fault, and the delay is our fault.
2. Fine point - spelling / grammar. Also ad the other company and the value of the funds they supposedly took in to enforce a statement like that. Holds more water.
3. Years? - You can't say years in this business.

3 This forum, in no way represents our clients, most don't have time to sit and read a thread filled with crap. And even when trying to steer the conversation to a potentially insightful or helpful approach it becomes ineffective, because the trolls go to work. 4. So only if stays at a level of just crap, do trolls feel satisfied and ultimately keep their comments to themselves. Notice the trends if you read through it all or have the time.

3. spelling / grammar - Tenses please..  "it became"
4. New rule, you can only use the word "Troll" once in any post.

5 Please understand that it's very rare that we see more than 10 of the usual same clients posting on here. By having a customer support rep like myself write on here in such a manner, it brings a level of control to the spam which is left, and is AMT's way of actually deferring clients away from here and teaching them not to come to here for for real information. Because if you were a client and you found this thread and it provided no real information on an order by order basis, and was just filled with pages of crap, would you come back here on a daily basis to read it, or would you make every attempt you could to get in touch with the company directly and have a direct conversation with some one in charge.

5. fine point, but dont say that on the damn thread itself!

6. If we don't write something here everyday, trolls go to work and write such perfectly optimized negative SEO post that in turn ruin our reputation even more. And even if we restore balance, and improve our reputation through satisfied customers in the future, the trolls have still left their little comments, and they won't remove them anyway. And even if we remove their posts they are still mirrored on another site so it doesn't matter from an SEO perspective right?

6. Less words. That whole paragraph should be something like. "We continue to keep a presence here for the technical community."

7.Writing on this forum is in no way meant to be disrespectful to our clientele, nor is it a means to try and acquire new clients. And there are a few clients which can see past the day to day bs, understand the situation and help when they can.  And if we disrespect those which populate our thread with pure crap, than maybe that's just the unprofessional strategy which is needed in order to steer clients away from coming to this mess in the future. And bare in minde, on the next thread over is a new company that's scamming someone, or another thread filled with crap, or an asian based company offering a cheaper product. Think about it.

7. We're going to talk about that one.

To most of these trolls its just a game "war games" and what nut, and they don't care how it effects real people, their lives, businesses or clients.

8. Fine closing sentence, best part of the whole post.

Roadstress,   <- (always address members in this manner as to not cause confusion. )

Please be more specific. Your question is just to broad. That's like asking Acer how many pieces of computer hardware they built and shipped. (Notice the name drop, and analogy)

We have built and shipped over 8 different models of miners to this date. With 8 different speeds from 80ghs and to 2400ghs, using three different ASIC's. Roadstress please be more specific.

When you received your first order ? When was your first order supposed to be shipped to the customer?

When you received your last order? When was your last order supposed to be shipped to the customer?

What was the advertised hashrate and power consumption for your miners and what was the shipped hashrate and power consumption for the same miners? All of them since you said that you had 8 different speeds.

So you telling me that you are now offering refunds to your customers?   I'm still waiting to RMA my unit (after 2 months of waiting).   The folks who RMA'ed their unit say that FEDEX returned the units back to them because of an incorrect address.   Can you send me a *CORRECT* FEXEX return label?

You've been saying this for months now.  Nobody every replies to inquiries over there.

How about this,  how about going back 6 month and repplying to every inquiry that you have from your customers?

Why do customers have to send you yet another email?

AMT,
The fact is you still haven't had the courtesy to email and communicate to any of your paying customers on the status of their orders. Is that a way to do business? You can blame the people you outsourced the manufacturing, etc. But your own customer service skills are extremely lacking. If you just reply back to your customers the proper way you would avoid numerous lawsuits but you have chosen to remain silent and not officially inform your own customer base.

So, when will you be contacting your existing customer base directly to provide an update?

Actually not to correct you here, but NONE of the American companies have good reputations and right now the most well known and reputable mining companies happen to be mostly Chinese (spondoolies being Israeli). But yea its a fucked situation we all in that’s for sure. The issue is pre-orders in general. No assurances or previous track record just lead to this being a mess for alot of people.

I don't think you can even compare AMT with the worse of American manufacturers BFL.

BFL has at least shipped something,  AMT is plain and simple internet wire fraud.

I thought AMT had actually lost their mind there for a moment addressing their own posts like that.

I was quite confused.

I'm just hoping to receive my replacement Miner next week. We'll see how this all goes down.

As for the wrong address thing, as I understand it that is on FedEx's part. Apparently the driver just saw the locked door that was security protected and didn't bother to get anyone's attention. Nor were they smart enough to go to the back of the building where AMT's facility is located (the 430 address).

Even after calling the night that FedEx screwed up the return I as specifically and in plain language if it was going to be redelivered in PA and not sent back to phoenix. The next morning I saw that the miner had returned to MD. I called again and after arguing with the grunt on the phone asked to speak with a supervisor. She spent the day actually trying to track the package and finding out why the hell it was being shipped back to Phoenix. She did confirm my miner was on a direct truck from MD to AZ. And that the driver needed to make a concerted effort to deliver these packages (as I was not the only one who had to go through this). FedEx took 100% responsibility for the situation, and had been in contact with AMT about the situation when I received a call back later that day ( was supposed to be a call back in about an hour so it looks like it took a bit to get down to the bottom of things).

So as much as you'd like to blame AMT for this one they are off the hook. And it would not be much of a surprise to hear that a certain delivery driver might no longer be working for the company.

But it does feed into the line of royal cluster fucks that have been this whole experience, so really I shouldn't have expected anything different at this point. I was a seriously pissed off customer at 6 am when I realized they shipped the miner back across the country again. They said they will be able to capture the package when it arrives in phoenix and then send it back to PA. I swear to god if I don't see that as an express shipment there I might burn down every fed ex location. ( you have fair warning now if you are a fed ex employee)

I was sent a shipping label when following the RMA process exactly as described by the process on the site. I can't speak to anyone else's experience with that, but my own was a very smooth process until the driver failed to walk around the building to AMT's actual address and to deliver the miner.

My package is in phoenix at the local fed ex facility. They said the package should be "captured" there and sent right back to PA. We'll see if a fed ex guy comes knocking on my door today.

AMT - if you are planning on fulfilling my order placed on December 5, 2013 please respond to my emails, or my posts on the forum. 5 months is way too long for an order that was promised delivery the first week of February. I understand you've had some problems, but that is no reason to ignore your customers.... It is very disconcerting that you are shipping orders to seemingly random order numbers rather than staying true to the order queue. Please, I would like either my two miners delivered to me or my money back. I don't think that is an unreasonable request....

Somewhere in the beginning of October. Shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Last order via AMT was in the beginning of April. Shipped within 4 weeks.

Bullshit,,,,and STOP deleting my posts you peace of garbage!
