Where is announced the exact date of the March 2018 Monero update? I did not find it from here. https://getmonero.org/blog/or anywhere else. Also. If the date is not decided yet, it also has to be announced there. And it has to set on the site the way that also a retarded idiot can find it at once. Maybe I will succeed then. We need to have knowledge of updates, dates and other such Monero related relevant information on that site. We have to know. I have to know. I do not want to be running all around to find the info I need to know by default. |

It won't. If it is real, it has probably already had it's effect. Bricking it may have a further effect, time will tell. Soon. At the least, it has spurred to action the PoW alteration scheme that has been mumbled about for some time. The next few weeks should will be interesting!Looking forward to seeing it all unfold that's for sure. These ASICs didn't last long, much like that silly spork earlier in the month really.   I can guarantee you they made ROI before putting them up for sale. |

(1st probability is high) Other risks: Baikal starts selling ASICS when their own mining is over and have collected enough coin and there is no chance of future growth. (There is more than three times hash rate growth in Monero from 300MH to 1100MH since Dec to March. Price increase is because they have not started dumping yet. Soon they will dump.) Monero will hard fork soon and change algo to asic resistant (as announced by monero team) In whole it is a waste of money.  |
