Hello friends, tell me what you need to do, so that the video card RX480 Red Dragon 8Gb will start issuing 600H / s? I have 480 8Gb and 580 8Gb give out 300H / s and 470-4Gb give out 600H / s. This is the problem in what? Mining goes to nanopole currency - Electroneum - Claymore CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v10.2 Beta

I needed to know what are the best settings for the AMD rx480 graphics card and what approximate result can I expect and if v10.2 is more powerful or I can stay for my v9.7 verified. That's all.

Edit: Electroneum I mined when the price was higher than it is now 436 Satoshi. Good project but I don't mining ETN now.

In 2-4 days I will release new version with a bit better hashrate, improved stability, also I have fixed the issue with invalid shares on some cards.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

^^^ -h primarily depends on the amount of video memory available, just let it atuo-tune unless there's a problem. Interesting coin you're mining there BTW.

edit:

I just visited their website and their into graphic immediatly made me think of wow vanilla only with premium graphics, but then I was like oh it's just a stupid CGI info graphic of trees and clicked on "project" ...

"We are a new gaming company. Our core business..."

edit_2:

Blakecoin was doing something along these lines, that project seems bit sluggish last I checked though.
These lines are only for testing because I wanted to try out the new Claymore CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v10.2 Beta - POOL miner if it is more powerful than v9.7. XLC coins do not interest me at this time. About that value -h 832 I read in READme!!! document. But, when I do not set the value, there is low power, somewhere around 320 H/s for the card.
I have the same problem when I try auto tune the rig with my 570/470 my 570s are fine the 470 hashes at 300 something on my rig with 470 4gb and 8gb cards the rates are all over the place 340 to 600 nothing stable I tried setting the virtual memory th 50gb that didn't help so I'm using gatelessgate I don't get it claymore's miners are usually the best this new xmr miner sucks I can't get this stable on any of my rigs

It is very best miner for cryptonight algo IMHO. I mine with it electroneum now

AMDXMR Miner gives me better results.... I mine ETN and KRB with this depending on profit for each coin. https://www.amdxmrminer.com/downloads/
I tried this miner AMDXMRMiner v0.65b even older v0.64b screen flashes black and the miner stops. I do not know where the problem may be. For me, this miner does not work. I had to reduce the intensity because the comp is freezing, followed by a restart or BSOD.  Here's my startup file:
amdxmrminer.exe -p ....... -w ...... -psw x -i 5
And here I add the picture: https://imgur.com/bLyFPot
I also read the tutorial at https://www.amdxmrminer.com/ but did not help.
I'm staying with the Claymore CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner.

I have the same problem too but it relates to Claymore's devfee mining only. Don't know how to solve it, so I expect the pool and Claymore to solve it somehow.

For everybody who has a low hashrate issue with RX 400/500 cards with v.10.2. First unzip 9.7 and then unzip 10.2 in 9.7 folder, or just add Data.bin file from 9.7 into 10.2 folder.

Because nicehash was hack.

Just add this in hosts file
127.0.0.1 cryptonight.usa.nicehash.com

Miner uses the list of devfee pools if you specified "-allpools 1" option, it selects pool randomly, so it will find a good pool after a few attempts anyway, you don't lose anything because miner mines for you during these attempts.
In next update (2-3 days) I will update this list of pools and exclude nicehash.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

I can say 100% sure, with -nofee 1 there is 80% less reboots. So at the end of the day we (miners) do lose because of it.

However some rigs reboots more often than others. I have no idea why does happen. Still I have chosen to go with nofee, despite the fact that it is slower, but with fewer number of reboots, hashrate on pools is higher anyway. But waiting for the update, as soon as will be stable I have nothing against paying some fee...

This version is not so easy to use because you have to adjust "-h" and "-dmem" values often, I will try to improve it soon.
1. "-dmem 1" requires twice more memory, make sure you have enough virtual memory. For example, if you have 6 GPUs 8GB, set virtual memory to 6*8=48GB.
2. Check how much memory miner allocates, it shows something like "(Memory used: 5128MB)", make sure you have this memory on your GPU.
3. You can see low hashrate if you use almost all memory on GPU, try to reduce "-h" value a bit.

Guys if you are getting the "GpuMiner dk2an0 failed" error, be sure to note Claymore's comments above. I was initially getting the same error with my RX480 8GB rig. Lowering to -h 1024 will solve the issue but make the program only see 4GB on my cards. After changing page file to 48GB, the miner runs beautifully with default -h and -dmem settings.

Ellesmere RX480 8GB, same modded BIOS, default miner settings:
CryptoNote Miner 9.7 - 850 H/s
CryptoNote Miner 10 - 987 H/s

Thanks Claymore!
Thx Man!

hello,
nicehash issues can be workedaround by adding this line to your hosts file:
127.0.0.1 cryptonight.usa.nicehash.com
claymore will quickly fail on this one and switch to miningpoolhub
Great ! This worked for me, I removed -nofee and wrote this line in my hosts file, here is the result when devfee comes :
https://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/49514020171209issue1solutionmodiffichierhosts.jpg
It's not very nice but it works !
Thank you carafleur !
