Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am not having a lot of luck getting things running 'right'.

I am running the following:

windows 7 x64
8GB RAM
16GB VirtualMemory
Powercolor HD7950 3gb
Asus r9 270x 2gb
Sapphire dual-x 280x 3gb
MSI Armor 570 8gb

I am trying to run claymore v11 cryptonote miner.  I am running Crimson 15.12 drivers for the older 3 cards.  I was running 17.11.2 for the 570, but my speeds were really low (~350h/s).  I am trying to find a better driver to use with the 570 to get my speeds up, but so far all of the other drivers I have tried kick my 570 into an event id 43 in windows.  If anyone could provide any guidance, I would certainly appreciate it.

All those cards have a date with the recycle bin except for that 570.
Not that I disagree, but they all make $1/day each or more, so for now, they are ok. I am more interested in getting my 570 running.

Best option - run RX 570 in a sepatare system with recent drivers, leave alone you old cards with 15.12 driver as they are still profitable. More interesting way - try to make Docker container with direct access to GPU and run two containers - one with 15.12 and old cards, other - say with blockchain drivers and 570 card. Please note I have not done it myself so please share your case when you'll get it running. Problem is that Claymore miner never was designed for running withing Docker container and no one knows for sure how it will work in it.

My rig with RX570/RX580 4GB upgrade to 930-950h per card, but rig with RX580 8GB have 850H... i tried -h 1800, but no effect. Who have troubles with RX580 8GB?

What is the auto selection for -h on those 570/580 4GB ?

I have rx-580's and I get between 830-860H/s, it was an upgrade from 780-790H/s, but I cannot hit 900+ H/s with these RX-580 8GB cards (Hynix).

What CPU/RAM speed are you all running, as this is the hardware/limiting factor as we all know!

Multiple questions incoming Smiley

(a) How are you setting your clocks for core/gpu? Are you using claymore to set clocks or are you doing it with a BIOS mod.
(b) What straps are you using, are they the default PBE "one-click" straps, and is your Samsung/Hynix/Elpida/Micron memory?
(c) What gpu's are these?

I cannot get Claymore to set my gpu/memory clocks either, for some reason they do not apply

Looking at the image for the OverdriveNTool, it looks like you're getting 850H/s per card with those settings, but it looks like you mentioned you were getting 1152H/s above, was that a typo?

11.0 rx570/580 unstable on 10.2 oc settings, lowered oc, sometimes shows gpu -100hs lower, sometimes after restart 1-2of 6 gpu shows 0hs.
10.2 getting 580 1000hs and 570 820hs.

so it makes sense to update the previous or new version less stable, quite different reviews for the version with improvements

Ahh, no worries, I misunderstood you there.

I tried playing with the -h settings, where -h = 1152 (default), I get:

Code:
GPU #0 algorithm ASM, -h 1152, -dmem 1 (Memory used: 4722MB)
GPU #1 algorithm ASM, -h 1152, -dmem 1 (Memory used: 4722MB)

XMR - Total Speed: 1734 H/s, Total Shares: 1, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:00
XMR: GPU0 865 H/s, GPU1 869 H/s

If I try to get claymore to use more memory, then the hash rate slows down:

Code:
GPU #0 algorithm ASM, -h 1925, -dmem 1 (Memory used: 7892MB)
GPU #1 algorithm ASM, -h 1925, -dmem 1 (Memory used: 7892MB)

XMR - Total Speed: 1697 H/s, Total Shares: 3, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:01
XMR: GPU0 847 H/s, GPU1 850 H/s

How would you work out this "sweet spot", I think I need to do some more reading on the OP...

I tried a lot of options, but I cant achieve more than 860h, maybe it's because of memory hynix (with samsung memory peoples report 1000h+), I'll have to go back to SG miner. RX 580 8gb with Hynix have 970h. Cry Cry Cry

Hi all,

I have been mining non stop for a few weeks now on the pool.electroneum.space pool.
I went to check my balance on the website and I have around 10 + days of missing transactions /payments and my balance is down by quite a bit.
I last checked around a week ago and all seemed well, and the miner has been running the whole time.

Anybody have any ideas as to what might have happened?

Also I went to check my paper wallet balance and get this error...
Error: wallet failed to connect to daemon: http://localhost:26968. Daemon either is not started or wrong port was passed. Please make sure daemon is running or restart the wallet with the correct daemon address.

Any ideas?

Cheers
