Some did but didn't share their settings. Interesting to see

Host your ASICs in Siberia for $0.07/KW all inclusive. Contact me for information.

Im testing it to see but so far so good. Not a huge gain though

10.2
Four R9 290's (i know) all over clocked a bit
Sapphire Vapor-X ~850h/s
Sapphire Tri-X ~850h/s
2x PNY ~815h/s

v11
Vapor-X ~875h/s
Tri-X 855h/s
2x PNY ~830h/s

Not a huge gain but not bad for the same default settings and same overclocks except for the Tri-X.

The Tri-X with the same overclock as on 10.2 was only giving ~750H/s. Upped it 50 clock and 50mem and it shot up to the 855H/s.  Figured Ill run a bit of a stability test on it before pushing any further
.

Not a huge gain but hey cant complain about more hash power

that awkward moment when you get 425 H/s compared to 790 H/s on version 10.2

I get 425 H/s compared to 790 H/s on version 10.2 on my RX570 rig, how can I fix it?

Using the latest Catalyst version. Do I need to downgrade to Catalyst v15.12?

^^^ I'm not sure what you guys are smoking but my rx480/580s went from 995 to 1015 xmr.  Fix your -h values, 896 for 4gb cards, double that for 8gb.

One dude was spamming screen shots of his asus 480 doing over 2k xmr!!!!!!

V10.2.... It starts but cards drops after...

V11,  same thing...

GPU0 works fine but all the others are dropping ... Hashrate is from 0 to 80 on gpu1+

RX570...

Anyone has a solution for this??

Thank you! Smiley

My bios mod is hard codded.

Values should be :

memory clock 1150
core clock 2230

His screenshots was with cryptonight-light algoritm , mining aeon which using only 1mb size , not 2mb as xmr , so its hashrate is doubled , so 2k aeon is about 1k xmr ,nothing special about his screenshots , ver 11 support cryptonight-light now.

edit: for 4gb cards -h 928 is also good , ( 896+32 ) , 960 goes to high then , no free ram to work.

Proofs? Have Rig with XFX GTR RX580 8GB Hynix memory (core 1300, memory 2210, 940/900), any actions with a parameter -h do not give any effect, most likely, just garbage written.

I tried a lot of options, but I cant achieve more than 860h, maybe it's because of memory hynix (with samsung memory peoples report 1000h+), I'll have to go back to SG miner. RX 580 8gb with Hynix have 970h. Cry Cry Cry

Where is the best place to get sgminer as so much information online...

I am trying version 5.5 - is this right one to use ?

Also it is has been ages since I have used sgminer, what setting for a 580 ?
I was mistaken, the miner is called cast_xmr-vega-win64_070 search this, good hashrate for RX 580 8gb

Good day. Want to share my results.
Performance of my hardware with 10.2 (tweaked hashes and -dmem 1):
   R9 290x (1122/1376)  928 H/s  ( -h 968 )
   R9 290 (1124/1376) 931 H/s ( -h 960 )
   RX 580 nitro+ 1340/2000 1020 H/s ( -h 1896 )

And 11.0 (auto hashes and -dmem 1)
   R9 290x (1122/1376) - 910 H/s
   R9 290 (1124/1376) - 893 H/s
   RX 580 nitro+ (1340/2000) - 1036 H/s

By changing hash parameter for GPUs I managed to up 290x hashrate almost to old value, but 290 won't go more than 893. So for me old version is better.

This software is better for the older cards like Tahiti and Pitcairn if you wanted to mine other coins like ETN

Because with newer version like v10, you sometimes got like 20% rejects with older cards and had to use v9.6

The v9.6 however didn't let you mine coins like ETN. With V11 it seems fixed, the speeds are the same however.

Tahiti cards with Hynix memory get max like 650 H/s.

Thanks for sharing, what are your voltage settings ?

R9 290 is Gigabyte and its voltage lowered in Afterburner to -50mV and can even less (bios also modified 1000MHz timings for 1250 and 1375);
R9 290x is reference flashed with Stilt V3E (DPM7 - 1.1625V);
RX580 is -60 mV from default (but recently Afterburner asked for reboot, I pressed Yes, and now voltage control is missing for rx580);
That's all I can say about voltages.
