Looking for a way to see temps on the innosilicon a4+ e.g. AVG 34/34/34/34 in AM: https://i.imgur.com/zWV2T8c.jpgLooks like the API can see it. PI command: devs {... "STATUS": [ { "STATUS": "S", "When": 1515017401, "Code": 9, "Msg": "4 ASC(s)", "Description": "cgminer 4.10.0" } ], "DEVS": [ { "PREHT": 0, "CID": 0, "CPIDA": 0, "CPIDB": 0, "TEMPH": 0, "ASC": 0, "Name": "BA1", "ID": 0, "Enabled": "Y", "Status": "Alive", "TempAVG": 49.33, "TempMAX": 61.33, "TempMIN": 36.67, "CHIP": 72, "CORE": 648, "DUTY": 70, "MHS av": 157.06, "MHS 5s": 157.22, "Accepted": 6, "Rejected": 0, "Hardware Errors": 0, "Utility": 1.27, "Device Elapsed": 284 }, ...
Any suggestions of how to either get it populated to the ASIC list? or even just the customize progress bar? Too bad they didn't stick with the same format as antminer. Can't really find enough documentation to hack it myself.

Is there way to monitor profitability for Digibyte - Skein? I can mine it by selecting Digibyte (Scrypt) and adding the -a skein parameter for ccminer, but it still calculates profitability based on Scrypt. Help would be appreciated.
PS: Keep up the good work, this tool works very good so far, I only need the Skein algorithm and it's perfect.
Thanks for your feedback. Awesome Miner supports about 25 popular mining algorithms, but unfortunately Skein isn't one of them. Are there any other coins that uses this one? Is there any plan to add digibyte skein as coin so it can be considered in profit switching? This coin has very high spikes in profitability, would be nice if it is added. Keep up the good work!

The ccMiner v2.2.3 that comes with current AM does support Skein by default, I've been mining them w/o issues on the managed profit miner

How is mining speed and profitability vs other Genoil, CCminer, BFGminer, CGminer... hidden fee? or lover profitability or side mining...?

I'm currently using my Nvidia GTX cards to mine XVG using the X17 algo.
When I'm using ZPool, the per day/month profits show up & change consistently, based on how the pool is doing.
However, when trying to use the YIIMP pool, the profits just show up as 0.00 & never changes.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I like the pool better, but it's driving me crazy not having a quick view of how the profits appear.
You need to specify what algorithm or coin the pool is mining. AM has no way to know unless you tell it because there is no yiimp API integration built in. I do have both of those specified. On the pool, I have the x17 algo specified & the x17 generic coin specified for the coin, since there is no section for x17 coins listed specifically. Also have it specified on the managed miner, itself, as well. I have it set up the same way with my Electroneum pool (for my AMD Vega rigs) through nanopool & my x17 pool for ZPools. I do see what you’re saying though, I bet both nanopool & zpool have API’s that allow it to read the profitability and since Yiimp doesn’t it can’t. And since AM doesn’t have any specific coins listed for the X17 algo it can’t assign any kind of profitability to it using the generic x17 coin option? Any kind of workaround for that if that’s the case? Did you manually specify the algo/coin to mine on zPool? AM v4.3 added x17 to default yiimp pools that supports them and my rigs were mining them no problems, prior to the update, all I had to do is add entries to User Defined Online Services for it to work. Someone mentioned earlier that if you had manually specified these algos/online services prior to the update, you might need to remove the user defined ones manually to avoid conflict, other than that, just need to specify in the pwd field to make sure you are paid out in XVG and username is your XVG address?

I cant find anywhere, is there fee? Or Awesome Miner is using other miner who is taking fee?
How is mining speed and profitability vs other Genoil, CCminer, BFGminer, CGminer... hidden fee? or lover profitability or side mining...? AM is just a management software for your miners, it can interact with many of the available mining software (of which some takes fees such as Claymore), your mining speed/performance depends on your hardware and how you configured the mining software that AM interact with. AM is free to use for up to 2 miners (2 mining software instances controlled by a single running AM instance) and if you need more miners or extra features included in the paid version, it's a one time lifetime license and tiered into how many miner license you need as well as the ability to have AM interact with MSI afterburner, c# scripting, long term performance report ... etc, a paid license is also required if you wish to use the cloud service (which will incur extra ongoing subscription). All the above info are available on AM's website. TL:DR; AM has no hidden fees, and no hidden mining itself, performance and profitablilty is depend on how you set it up to work with your set of mining softwares (if any) IF you really really don't want to pay a cent or simply am trying out, the developer is kind enough to offer free version of license (2 miners per AM, thus per rig) for you to carry out your mining operation or test the features. AM's true power is the ability to monitor and control large amount of miners...so if you have the requirement to go beyond 2 miners and want a single place to monitor your entire farm, it's well worth considering purchasing the license.

I'm using 4.3.1. When I go to the pool configuration using the web interface, it is empty and there is a red circle with a line through it when I hover over any of the three buttons. Is this intended behavior?

Is there anyway to see which/how many miner(s) mined which coin for how long in the last say 24h? Sometimes it swiches a few times between coins during a day and I was wondering if I could see the stats and profitability of what it mined.
If you right-click the profit miner and select view details, you can see timestamps related to the switching interval, and the most profitable coins at that time. The true profitability comes from your pool. AM can only estimate based upon your hashrate, the difficulty of the coin, and exchange rate at that time.

You can do a brute force method. Make individual pools for all the coins from yiimp, specifying the coin for each pool. If AM doesn't have the coin built in, then you'll have to manually add them. Then put all those pools in a pool group and use the profit miner to mine the custom pool group. It's a bit of work, but it would work. I did it for all the Suprnova pools so I could profit switch between all the coins they offer.

What mining software does the Avalon 741 use? Have you looked at this page for some clues? http://awesomeminer.com/help/minerapi.aspx

Do most people use 24 hour profitability under statistics or current profitability for deciding when to switch?

Do most people use 24 hour profitability under statistics or current profitability for deciding when to switch?
It's totally up to you to decide, it really depends on your own mining strategy. Some people will say you should mine the current hottest coin, as you stand to gain the most if you can get it exchanged fast enough. If you have a very large amount of hashrate, then this may work. But if you think about it... it's probably not going to work. Let's say you switch to mine a coin that has a 2 minute block time on say Zpool. You mine your share, and you get a percentage of the reward for that block. But now, you have to wait for say 10 confirmations to mature before it's sent to the exchange. That's now 20 minutes you are waiting for the coin to mature before it gets sent to the exchange. Now, let's say it's a mildly popular coin, and it's gets sent to the exchange... minimum 2 minutes of that coin's block time if Zpool has enough of that coin built up to make it worth their while to send to the exchange. We are up to 22 minutes. That transaction is going to take another 10 confirmations before the exchange makes it available to trade. We are now up to 42 minutes. What are the chances that your coin is worth the same amount when you started mining it until it reaches the point where it can be traded on the exchange 42 minutes later? Not very likely. There are thousands and thousands of miners that use auto-switching algorithms and were mining the same coin you thought was hot in that moment. That shoots up the difficulty, and the massive dump on the exchange(s) sends the value of the coin down. A 24 hour profitability evens out those nuances, and I would even argue that a longer period is necessary. You want to be mining a coin that is consistently in the top spot... not in the moment. But, this is my opinion... there are other perspectives.

Is there a way to set the initial difficulty in managed profit miner? Some pools accept this value in the password but there is no password entry in managed profit miner.

You know I rather like this product so far, but one thing that bothers me is that as a pay product, I would expect that the algorithms would be fairly up to date. Someone shouldn't be buying the product and then having to go through multiple pools and adding in algorithms in 3 different places. I also think there should be a database built into the product to specify the card or cards you are using so you don't have to go to each algorithm and put in a power figure.
Finally and maybe I just can't figure it out, but why does the dashboard not show profit after power costs like the miner screen does? and it would also be nice if it could calculate how much you might make per day between the different algorithms it has mined instead of just showing whatever is currently being mined.
Just my suggestions.
Thanks
